iOS 12.1.1: The Delayed Software Update and Its Expected Release Date

Hey guys, in today's video we're talking about iOS 12 point one point one, we're gonna talk about some of the new features coming to the software. The reason I believe this software has been officially delayed by Apple and also talk about expected release date.

Now if you follow me here on YouTube, I was expecting this software to be released at the latest on Thursday the 29th, and that didn't happen. The reason why I believe that didn't happen is because this software although is not going to be a major software update for many, for those of you who own Apple watch series 4, this is gonna be a pretty decent update.

Because it's going to be receiving the ECG, the new electrocardiogram application for iOS will be coming with iOS 12 point one point one. A new FaceTime UI will also be coming with the software alongside some additional hectic 3D touch options for iPhone 10.

Our iOS 12 point one point one has been in its third beta since November 15, so it's approximately 15 days two weeks since any additional beta was released for this software. Now this will be launching alongside of watch OS five point one point two which is in its second beta as you see here which also been in beta 2 for 15 days.

Which means Apple is preparing iOS for the ECG application, the electrocardiogram for Apple watch series for owners now. The reason we know this is because Mac rumor has obtained an internal memo that was directed to Apple employees educating them on of the new ECG functionality for Apple watch series for and how to explain this to consumers.

Some consumers don't go replacing traditional methods of reading, Apple doesn't want that liability furthermore Apple has extended the return policy for Apple watch series for 245 days when normally is 14 days in case some consumers bought the Apple watch series for because of the ECG and might have thought this will be replacing traditional methods then Apple doesn't want them to do that and also don't want them to lose their money thinking that this was going to replace those methods.

So, Apple watch series 4 will be getting the new ECG with watch iOS 5.1.1 side 12-point 1.1 and of course all the new changes, and that's the reason why we may see this software delayed until next week maybe on the 3rd or the fourth we could see a new health application, a new application that would integrate the new ECG reader to watch away as series for customers.
