A Wild Ride Through the Desert and the Strip

We're about to hit the road again, keep my eye out for cops it's been an average speed of a little over three digits and I think we're gonna slow down a little bit now because there's a our group Chavez cops cops cops cops left and right. So we're gonna be here come on mate Park City and five o'clock not too bad we didn't drive nearly as fast as all these other guys that beat us here but we don't have any ticket so I'm okay with that. We're gonna go party tonight and then do some more driving tomorrow so today most of the pack is heading straight to Vegas down the interstate we're gonna split up on a small group go to Salt Flats this should be interesting.

I kicked Michael out we got we got Martin now two three two three three next Bonneville Speedway or they do the top speed runs I'll be damned and I got the bigger nuts sure that's your car launch controls fun one hell of a drive today through the desert it was awesome to see the salt flats. We had the perfect group the first day was a little nerve-wracking but today was great I got to see what this thing can do on the wide open roads I've never been on roads that long Street you can see for 20 miles is amazing I love this car.

You got one more deal with it bringing a party in Vegas you get back to driving cruising the strip right now we got police escort so we go three wide with no slowdown this is gonna be amazing red lights in front of police I like this oh yeah the monthly half Mustang there we go now we've got something fun to do okay that means go Luxor launch control that was crazy when they told us we were doing a police escort I didn't know that we could do whatever the hell we wanted on the strip for an hour Thank You coarser alley that was one hell of an experience thank you so much that was amazing thank you very much for that that was awesome now we see if the Highway Patrol this is cool as a locum please there's a lot of them here.

We have our friends up here at the Highway Patrol that are taking us over to the Hoover Dam we are currently cruising with the police officers at the speed limit oh my god this is awesome it's all an ass Wow Wow Wow this rail isn't intense the police escort here I think we're three digits about 80% of the time and it was a freaking pickup leaving us that was never done anything like that before. We go check out the Hoover Dam got all the cars up here the MS guys have to go to conference meeting before seeing this arch they're gonna take the r8 I'm going to take my turn driving the perform on Tay let's see little things all about said you're spending five days with this AMS performance twin-turbo r8.

I wanted to give you guys a bit of a review before we get started a mess did not pay me for this review they did not pay me to be here but they did pay for my expenses to come out here and have a blast with this car for five days on the Corsa rally cars been taken from 550 wheel horsepower to 830 wheel horsepower alpha 9 package 900 horsepower crank is the same thing that's on the perform on T on it but here as well you can also get that on the GTRs they've been selling that fit forever this turbo kit just came out months ago and we're out here testing it making sure it's all good for the customers and different conditions.

They can do in the shop on the dyno so literally driving this car high speeds for hours at a time and we had basically no issues only issue we had was a fuel pressure issue where it was running too high feel pressure but few clicks on the computer and Martin had a fixed and ready for the customer to go on a rally as well. The most important thing about this kit and the reason that's perfect for this rally is that basically everything except for the turbo cos factory the motor is stock the transmission is stock the fuel system stock and the ECU is stock it's obviously been tweaked and reflash to handle boost with the launch controls intact and man that is a blast performance wise this car ran nine 60s at the quarter-mile at 150 miles an hour and this performance put a bunch of their employees in it and all of them ran pretty much the same times nine six nine seven over and over and over and over again watch control and automatic transmission does make this thing work big thank you to Martin and the MS crew for allowing me to drive this car and building such an amazing vehicle.

And also thank you to the course of rally crew first rally ever and it was just mind-blowing I'm hooked I'll be doing rally one day again
