The Art of Tech Reviewing: A Week in Review
As I sit here reflecting on this week's episode of our tech review series, I am reminded of the importance of hands-on experience with new gadgets. My latest endeavor was upgrading my Mac Mini, a task that I had been putting off for quite some time. The 512 solid state drive it boasts is a screamer, and I was eager to put its capabilities to the test.
I must say, I was impressed by the quick boot up time of this fast machine. In fact, it's one of the fastest I've ever seen. Booting up in under 10 seconds flat is music to my ears, especially when I'm working with demanding software like Nikon files. The aperture on this camera is also absolutely impressive, and I was able to render 20 megapixel images in no time.
But what really sets this machine apart is its ability to handle the demands of photography. Whether it's shooting in RAW or exporting files over Wi-Fi, this device never fails to deliver. And let's not forget about the desktop - with a boot up time of under 10 seconds, I'm able to get right into work and enjoy the fruits of my labor.
I have to say, though, that my favorite thing about this machine is its aperture. It's like having an extension arm on my camera, allowing me to capture the perfect shot every time. And speaking of shooting, I did manage to get some great night shots at a recent bonfire gathering - although, unfortunately, they didn't quite turn out as planned.
As I continue to review this machine, I'm reminded that there's nothing quite like having a solid state drive in your system. It's like having a rocket ship under the hood, propelling you forward with incredible speed and agility. And when it comes to aperture, well - let's just say I've been spoiled by my experiences with high-end cameras.
Of course, no discussion of tech would be complete without mentioning the chat room. As we went live on stream, I was thrilled to see all of our viewers tuning in and participating in the conversation. It's always a pleasure to connect with our community, and I'm grateful for their enthusiasm and support.
As I wrap up this week's episode, I want to thank each and every one of you for watching. Your engagement and feedback are what make this series so special, and I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful group of viewers behind me. Whether we're discussing the latest tech trends or just hanging out in the chat room, I'm always excited to share my experiences with all of you.
And speaking of experiences, I have to say that last night was quite an adventure. With no intention of drinking and driving (seriously, please don't do it!), I joined a group of friends for a bonfire gathering - and we had a blast. We drank, laughed, and even managed to get some great shots with my still camera. Of course, I didn't forget to record everything that happened - after all, that's what vloggers are for!
As I head back home tonight (I'm heading to my parents' house in about 4-5 hours), I'm feeling grateful for this crazy life of mine. Between reviewing tech, hanging out with friends, and working on various projects, there's always something new and exciting on the horizon. And that's exactly what makes life worth living - so here's to another week of adventures, and I'll catch you all in the next video!

apologize for that my Asus monitor which I won on I was going to say Craigslist yeah um QuiBids and then the microphone is right here a little pop filter cuz sometimes I have my air conditioning unit well not my air conditioning unit my um what's it called what is this thing called guys a space heater that's it I can't even think of word today space heater sometimes it blows there then sometimes the air would hit so that helps anyway now I'm rambling there you go the chat room saying hi there you go we got it now yo yo yo yo hi hey people stream in the house true that true that that's tell we role in this live stream so tonight I'm going to the diner with my family I don't think I'm going to bring my cam quitter there it's always I love going to the Colonial Diner by the way in woodbery for those wondering I love going there but I can't do my camcorder in there can't do my cam that sounds weird I I can't bring my camcorder in there and feel natural I'm not sure why I can feel natural almost anywhere else except for the diner cuz I feel like it's a smaller place so I feel like it's kind of more Awkward do you get where I'm going with this anyway so today's uh agenda is to get some work done and then update my Wii U the spring update is finally here so this means the Wii U console interface all that good stuff is much much faster thank you Nintendo Gods I love my wiii U but that software is slow as hell so I'm really glad Nintendo finally fixed that and today is the official launch of the Wii U Virtual Console which is awesome that alone is going to get a lot more interesting the Wii U I think um especially Super Mario World Super Mario World guys remember that for Super Nintendo so I will definitely be downloading that hopefully tonight we're making progress like I already said I'm very excited about this update it's going to be awesome this alone I think is going to gain a lot of interest because the Virtual Console is going to bring back so many memories that's one thing I really loved about the original way man I love the Wii overall but one thing that always stuck out was the ability to play the classic games without having to get out the classic consoles it's just a really cool feature anyway I'm heading out soon um to Walmart yes with my parents and then we're obviously we're going to go to the Colonial Diner but good news my friend Dan is coming over tonight so you will see him in the Vlog it's been a while uh last time the last time you saw him was what geocaching it's been a while either way we're going to stream tonight over at ddr.com live that doesn't mean anything to you right now CU better I tell me watch this video the live stream's going to be done but I am recording the live stream so if you go to that page you'll see another link on that page to view past live recordings so much live stuff going on just bought Kirby's Adventures for 30 cents guys 30 freaking sents what a deal and that's awesome because I've actually never played Kirby's Adventure I mean I know that's horrible to admit as a gamer but this is finally my chance this is why I love the Virtual Console it's a second chance to play the classics especially 30 cents guys 30 cents it doesn't get better than that well except for free but they can't give it to you for free Dan is here hi I just found them chilling at Wawa he was like sleeping in the corner or something so I was like dude why don't you come over and stream night you know so man what is new oh God sorry nothing busy working all that stuff 6 days a week true every day twice on 32 it's mid-range nowadays right yes uh yeah cuz iPhone 64 we still don't have 128 gigs maybe by 5S probably I wouldn't be surprised only because iPad's in 128 now yeah which did yeah mhm very good point which is what 4 five 67.99 for that thing yeah which is ridiculous but even better check this out I could do that yeah yeah MacBook Pro with Retina go ahead Speck it out for us real quick it is best I bet right yeah and that's over my network too I do it Wi-Fi on the network it's not even plugged in I have it on my external drive um and honestly probably boot up time is the most impressive endings like that not only because of the whole Jim and Pam thing but because they actually flash back to season six they showed Michael Scott which is really cool not only that but um yes my voice is totally shot um they showed a scene from season 6 that we never never saw up until this season so it was kind of like a behind the scenes deleted scenes kind of thing and that's something I always greatly appreciate very well done NBC it is now Sunday just got my shower cuz I stayed the night at chist tips I didn't record anything guys I'm sorry well well because first of all I didn't even bring my camcorder but I brought my still camera and I got some nice night shots not of the Moon unfortunately well technically of the moon but didn't turn out the way I nearly wanted it to I that's what I get for now bringing my telephoto lens but as you can hear my voice is almost back which means I will be finishing the Mac Mini upgrade on um Wednesday this is a very busy week for me I'm barely going to be home Monday and Tuesday I'm working with my dad and I'm working with him again on Thursday which is good though it means money paying off my taxes so life is pretty good life is pretty good but yeah um last night was fun we had a bonfire we we had our drinks hence stay in the Night Never Drinking Drive seriously there's never ever n EXC to drink and drive that's one thing I do not tolerate whatsoever it's it's probably the stupidest thing you can ever do in life that's just my opinion anyway guys I guess this is the end of the Vlog cuz there's nothing else to do like I said it's Sunday I'm heading back to my parents house uh probably like 4 hours 5 hours so I want to get this video edited scheduled for tomorrow and then schedule the rest of my videos for this week
