**A Day at the Track: Reflections and Anticipation**
I'm actually pretty stoked about how I drove today, you know, there weren't a lot of drivers not because I'm like yo I drove so good but because this car that I've had my hands on more than anything else I own and I'm just so proud of it. You know at home with some pretty big dogs cars even with a couple new battle scars as you can see we've got a whole crack in my PS deuce bumper that's very rare and hard to get but we could repair that my splitters a little messed up I got that rotor that's all messed up and then back here my bumper flew off and that got a little crack and some scuffs. But overall I think what I reasoned was like weird misfire break out the thing too there's kind of like an 80 conversation so in the IE t start getting warm starts adding more fuel and we actually lessened out a little bit but because we added more fuel on the higher rpm because of the leaning out on the street and it was still a little bit too much fuel so I was just kind of like getting rich and but when the car would get hot so because I'm pushing such a small trailer to max it gets hot and creates really high IITs and I do think I'm probably end up putting a bigger turbo on the car just keep it cool and those would be healthier for the engine overall.
**The Battle Against Wadman**
So we're gonna up against Wadman who's actually driving Donati's pro two car he got it for a good deal often adi I guess sonali sold it with a bunch of spares and stuff he's been ripping. He was the top qualifier I think he got like a 95 car shreds way faster than this he's on 1 2 3 s I'm on something like 240 tread wears it don't have a lot of grip. I'm proud of how I did decent kept up decent I was coming in really hot on that first corner you got gapped on the start a little bit and that could that could have been a bad mistake because when you try to do that you end up going flying off track especially when the person in front of you's got more grip and they can dig out of the corner and you can't. But seem to work out in our favor so I think so as long as I lay down a good lead line his car so fast that he might actually have a hard time following me but we shall see.
**The Run Down and Analysis**
I tried to run away from the competition, which is probably not the best strategy. I was trying to run away from Wadman's car because I knew it was fast, and by running away, I made him easier for him to go fast. My lead wasn't the best, but I just tried to run away instead of hitting the points, which would have actually choked him out. So my guess is that I lost that one because he had a better lead. This is my hypothesis, I don't think we're gonna go one more time, I won, and I'm actually pretty stoked.
**Post-Race Reflections**
When we took home the win, I was surprised but also kind of expecting it, you know? drive as I said in yesterday's video this is gonna be more of like a pro-am style series which I've never really driven with our 32 and I feel like it's gonna do really well it's very easy car to help me brainstorm away like without being precedent I don't know how I would actually change this but it's gotten really really bad especially this morning on this Drive people just camping in the left lane you know it's a passing lane like you're not supposed to still they're like I get it if there's no other cars around but I hate when someone's going under the speed limit or the same speed as all the other traffic can't be in the left lane and then I have to pass them on the right I hate passing cars on the right it's very dangerous it always introduces a chance but collision because people don't check the right as much as I check to the left and the other solution would be tailgating them to be like yo move over and I don't like doing that either so I don't know what the solution is I don't know how we can get everyone's attention you know maybe maybe we'll start a movement that's what we need to do to get that dang left morning other notes that I wanted to mention might be my last drift event up north not sure since I'm going down to Florida next week I am not bringing my skyline down right away but I don't know if the timings gonna work out to where I'll be able to drive anymore up here so I hate leaving much other places and even though I was assured that it'd be safe like a couple different people I'm still very nervous because it was so close to the gate and frankly like trailer theft is a really really big thing so I'm a little bit nervous and hoping that my trailers still there it's still there hooray I'm so relieved Before we jump too much into the throwing well but I knew you guys like can have the best sound called because they didn't have the mic in the right setting so anyway you can see me scrubbing in my tires so it's a good idea to do when you've got like cold fronts and rears that might need to be broken in a little bit otherwise you don't have a lot of grip first lot actually went pretty well I'll let you guys see again I apologize for the noise entries super weird kids are slowed down a lot and then you have to build up a ton of speed and like shallow out a ton if you don't drop on that rumble strip you're like screwed also this downhill super fun because you build with ton of speed and that's a big flick and I'm was one flying off on this one if you can't tell how fast I'm going so the second lap is a little bit better way to do abadeer you can tell if you heard that that was indeed my clutch slipping so I had a feeling of this clutch wasn't gonna last very long because it wasn't rated very high but was only on they said it would work with my conversion kit but I think it was got to have accustomed when disc made you also notice too here I tried to do the whole Cletus trick that he taught me where you put it in neutral and just pump the clutch don't really get a little air and then cool the discs down and it kind of worked because it didn't slip anymore flush the day but I was also playing these youth clutch kicks here I had a vacuum leak that I was just fixing a real quick like little valve for the brake booster popped out I think this one if I'm not mistaken I decided to try drifting it forth they get a little more wheel speed because it was kind of hard to get the car to go where I wanted to go third let's go for fourth let's go forth and clutch that wha-wha-wha so as you can see I wasn't having the best look lots a little weird stuff going on with my car I think this is just a good lap I mean mostly entry was early alright not bad decent on that clip this is really a cello all right you know this beat okay okay and let's do a nice big Fleck yeah not bad a little bit off that clip maybe but I think that was a better practice up for sure so here I started practicing I put this run knew those not my best just because I learned a very valuable lesson here presents a lesson just something to keep in mind watch won't play without a fragrant and then I kind of choke myself a little bit I had to grab him before split second and watch how what you do it's crazy great so that was one thing out for realized if I just hang back a little bit better and make sure I stay on my line the real important part is that that straight that's where it's very easy for me to catch up to people like the big wand you straight so here came back a little bit make sure you choked up make sure to get out to that remote strip in Sears where you can cut my ketchup come black car drive through the shadow my inflict big and kind of power out of it so I learned on that all right so your quick update would be I qualified well I got an 85 I'm guessing that's gonna put me somewhere and maybe the top four qualifiers they're really six people so really well we're determining who gets the buy run out of the top eight car start doing weird random misfires and I think I warped her rotor or bent it because my caliper is kind of a bum stop and when the guy spawned in front of me I think I kind of hit it kind of hard because it's like having makeup I'm like kind of stopping at certain points now but it's nothing else so anyway it's the day of nonsense 432 but other than that it's you working pretty good I know you guys like the helmet cam for the comps that we're gonna do first battle movie 46 we are headed up to grid I actually didn't up qualifying second so apologize she was performing either thought I did worse than I did I'm just kind of struggling with my car I think my eye sees we're gonna little warming the car start breaking up and doing much weird stuff thank you so anyway I'm late for my first battle because I was being dumb and distracted I don't know this is fun though I've a little bit more serious than the street series events but not as serious as ft so I like toms like this I just have learned from practice that I got to make sure I don't fall too close on initiation cuz if I get messed up in that first part the rest of the run is junk my car is not running very good it's like breaking up and doing weird stuff I hope she blasts saw a little bit of smoke hopefully it's not a belt or something I get so nervous driving this
