It Takes the Competitors Get to Wisconsin for Day Four of Competition There Goes the Volkswagen

Day four of competition has finally arrived, and the Volkswagen event is set to take place in Wisconsin. The competitors are gearing up for what promises to be an exciting day, with plenty of action on track. As the sun rises over the rolling hills of Wisconsin, the anticipation builds among the racing community.

We're Heading to the Field of Dreams

But before we can get into the nitty-gritty of the competition, let's take a detour to one of America's most iconic locations – the Field of Dreams. Located in Dyersville, Iowa, this beloved site was the inspiration for the famous movie of the same name. We're thrilled to have discovered that this field is also home to an American flag-rolling crew, which we got to experience firsthand. What a cool stop! The crew's enthusiasm and dedication to their work were infectious, and we couldn't help but join in on the fun.

Rainy Day Ruckus

As we made our way back to the track, the weather began to take a turn for the worse – rain started pouring down, causing chaos among the competitors. It was clear that everyone was scrambling to get their pictures taken at the checkpoint before being forced to flee the scene. We watched in awe as the racers expertly navigated the slippery roads, their cars skidding and sliding as they desperately tried to reach safety.

The Crew of American Flags

As we made our way along the road, we spotted a crew of American flags rolling by, their vibrant colors a stark contrast to the gloomy weather. It was clear that these flag-rollers were taking their job very seriously, and their dedication to their work was inspiring. We couldn't resist joining in on the fun, snapping photos with our new friends under the awning of this picturesque scene.

The Crew's Close Call

But just as things were starting to settle down, disaster struck – one of the crew members' front brakes calmed off, leaving them limping along the side of the road. Luckily, they were able to limp it up and get back on track with minimal damage. We watched in awe as they expertly assessed the situation and managed to patch things up.

Rollers Get Ready

As we prepared for our own day on the track, we couldn't help but think about the rollers who were itching to get behind the wheel. With a determined look on their faces, they were ready to put the pedal to the metal and take on whatever challenges came their way. It's clear that these racers are not ones to back down from a challenge.

Road to Nowhere?

As we made our way along the winding roads of Wisconsin, it became clear that we had taken a little detour from the main highway – much to our surprise, we were about to hit the famous Sunset Sun Vine overdrive location. We couldn't resist stopping for a few snaps with the burnout marks and other scenic views.

Cops Try to Put an End to the Fun

However, as we pulled up to the track, we were greeted by some rather disapproving faces – it seemed that our presence had attracted the attention of local authorities. It appeared that they didn't want people having fun in this particular spot, and they weren't afraid to let us know. We reluctantly bid farewell to the scene and made our way on to the next track.

It's Almost Time for Checkpoint Number Two

The competition is heating up, and we're just hours away from the next checkpoint – will Bryant maintain his lead, or will the other competitors manage to catch up? The Road to Checkpoint Number Three

As we make our way to the road for checkpoint number three, it's clear that this competition is taking an unexpected turn. The road is slippery, and many of the competitors have lost control of their vehicles – some even ended up getting stuck in the mud! Despite the challenges, however, the determination of these racers remains unwavering.

In addition to us, there are several other teams making their way to checkpoint three. The competition is heating up fast – will anyone manage to catch up and challenge Bryant for the top spot? We can't wait to find out.

farm we're starting our competition of day three here and things are going to get interesting be the hottest day of the trip about 90° so we're buckling in for some slower times and a little bit more turbo nice I was shooting it yesterday I Stu I stuck my camera in there I was like it started and I backed up and then I looked I was like oh no that's not spinning oh well this one's bigger oh is it cool so you can go even faster than you're supposed to even faster than your yeah what's your what's your best that you turned in I've turned in a 26 day one you ran a 18 you couldn't turn it no I ran 18 yesterday and couldn't turn it in so yeah all right put this thing in the fours oh yeah we're going to do it a 16-year-old that's going to maybe run a 4se second eight hey do you have your driver's license real quick No One Believes you're 16 my driver there you can see that part there you go 16-year-old running deep fives here at six Summer Lane is a badass he's been doing this for a long long time he started racing cars here on Dragon drives when he was 14 on Rocket Mountain race week in the youth class where we have an adult with you in the passenger seat and now he's graduated driving by himself here at 16 and one of the top competitors in his class Blaine learned his lesson and threw the shoot at the Eighth Mile no more mid 8sec passes in the quarter this Camaro right here has showed up to the track every single day done one pass and ran an 850 so if he can do it here he's an absolute living legend this guy tip of my hat like awesome car awesome we can do it again good looking good 858 not quite what he wants but he is he is he is right there right where he wants to be I'm confident he can get it that guy that guy's really good at playing the game let me tell you what PS out of that's what happened yesterday yeah he's fighting traction 733 172 we will definitely be seeing Bryant come back around having some issues building boost on the starting line for some reason I think he had a problem with that yesterday too actually at the end of day two we have a mix up of standings compared to day one number one still Bryant Goldstone number two Alex Taylor back here 701 number three Michael manuel with the third gen Camaro 705 and then Doug cook coming up in fourth place 70 something it's be a really tight competition for second third place here at six summer let's see how it goes today at the end of day two for six summer yesterday a little bit of a mixup for the top spots overall Bryant Goldstone 650 something average number one Alex Taylor 701 number two Mike Manuel number three 704 and then Doug cook right on his heel 705 in his Chevy Nova it's going be very interesting to see how the battle goes down for second and third place here today come on Denis do go 692 is going to lower her average probably to a 6sec average which is amazing she really wanted six every day at six summer it's just not going to happen this year starting off with the seven the first day but they've got to be pumped right now putting them in second place overall still nice work thank you I I hope it's a oneand done she may want to better it but she was just being safe to try to get it down the track we had no idea what that thing was going to hold safe yeah exactly so we're nicely done that was good hell yeah I should lock you in again for second hope it should it should probably going to pack it up and get on the road it was so fun to race home I get to line up by Tom melon all the time and uh like one of us either has some kind of a problem so like that was a lot of fun we got out of the top it like that was a good hell yeah I love it cool track too congrats on another six it is a cool track everyone here seems to be loving Tri-State Raceway this track is really nice another cool feature of the track I just noticed is there's a self- draining burnout box right here and the water can just drain right into it that's pretty cool 153 121 11 19 God damn that thing is consist it is he was moving can they look at this right are you number three overall I don't know actually you're Michael right y yeah okay so 70 of course Bryant's number one yeah 650 Alex has a 701 you have a 704 and Doug cook has a 705 nice yeah awesome so first second third fourth are going to be a or I'm sorry second third fourth going to be a very tight race yep so I put a little more in it we'll see last year the track wasn't that great so hopefully they step their game up seems to be pretty good right now Alex just clicked off of six nice seemed pretty effortless she said it was turn down to be safe I'm like the safe six that just sounds ridiculous it does actually he raced light you ran a little motor with a single kit so he got bumped to Fourth this it's tough being a small block guy out here man the guys have no respect peasant just doing what we can doing great hey you know what consistency sometimes wins it's early nothing the week where it might still happen yeah there's like what 300 separate 400 separating you Alex and Michael yep yeah we're all right there be awesome Y what did Alex go earlier 92 692 okay yeah so she doesn't go back up there still only a little bit separated for that six you know time for that six probably not going to be this track not this track no we're just we're winning our class so we're going to just keep trying to win that and then however we end up and overall we end up perfect can't be all things all people you know mhm here we go it's time to see some of the fastest cars of the event go down the 1320 starting with number three overall more at 22 a new PB for the Camaro and I don't know how that puts him in the standings Alex was ahead by a few hundreds she might still be ahead for number two but it's going to be really close hell yeah yeah nice work thank you new PB again new PB again mile hour actually is new uh yeah pb8 mile 461 yeah 461 and 695 at 212 so yeah 8 mile and then4 mile mile and speed amazing amazing what a week what do we I'm glad the track held it I was surprised it sounds like a couple pairs after me though it started to get a little not good I don't know how you and Alex sit now with that's what the smoke was yeah Chili's wasn't that good so we figured we'd do that and then I didn't clean any of the oil out of the intake manifold so now firing it up on methanol it's got the injectors on the top of the manifold and I think it's spraying it down until we get that burned out so oh boy we have to spray for some mosquitoes until it gets cleaned up yeah a little smoke show so if it goes 750s I'll be happy car mid ssec pass for the Monte Carlo as he predicted he should be happy with that with the smoke screen and everything we got the all-wheel drive onic up here for his first pass of the day 8 97 for the little Civic oh no oh I just noticed the milk truck is on a trailer dang it what happened well when it comes to a game of hide and seek they lose oh yeah we saw them pulled off and it just died just just flat out died and uh a good sign wouldn't crank back over they put a wrench on try to spin it over and nothing so you know we kind of kind of decided like better save the yeah let's let's stop he got running everything pulled back down he got run so I think it's transer converter related I we all agree we talked all the way here we think the motor's totally fine which is great so then we go to get in the truck and Trail on our way back with the truck we hit a deer last night are you serious in this yeah this not not B but got the right corner to buffers front brake caliber came off and I kind of figured that's what happened cuz I heard it and I didn't have as good at brakes so I kind of decided I probably should pull off can you like limp it up the road I think I might have to so she has no breaks or just she her front left C for fell off oh my God she's literally dragging it luckily that's all she has to go like SN like The Meadows part SN trying to bring with you we just stopped so we can play with you let's see if we can get this underbite mouth going what's the plan like why' you stop uh so I'm going to Jack this up I'm going to look
