the very first one is probably my my fave i'm not entirely sure i'll let you know at the end of the video but this is a movie themed gift basket obviously this can be year-round you can just switch out the movies for whatever seasons so in this instance i'm showing you guys um the santa claus which obviously the two movies that you'll see in here i did not get from dollar tree but you can get movies at dollar tree and i've even purchased christmas movies from there as well so i actually decided to go with the two individual popcorn holders that dollar tree sells two for a dollar so that's amazing and then i just decided to keep it really simple and fill it up with some candy and then you see here that i took one of those like skewers and taped it to the back of the movie so that the movie could sit up in the back so that you're able to actually see the cover of the dvd and then i added some fun decorative straws and then some candy canes to just push the element of it being a christmas style gift basket then i found these items from dollar tree as well these like gift tags name tags um and i thought it would be fun because these are like little individual cups of popcorn that you should you could label them for each person so if you were to do it for your entire house and you were to do like a movie theme night it would be really cute to like give everybody their little candy and their soda and then add a little name tag in the end i decided to go with the little chalk ones because i thought they were really cute and i just added my name and then put it inside the box and because there were two popcorn boxes i thought i would just show you guys two different styles so this one's actually not at all christmassy because i just went with some popcorn that i already had in my pantry and then i'm adding some chocolates to it as well the chocolates i did pick up from dollar tree and i'm adding suicide squad so that's not really like a holiday movie but i wanted to specifically do this because i want to show you guys these really cute candy lollipops that i found at dollar tree the other day with the joker and harley quinn and i thought it was just absolutely everything because i love those two they're like my favorite villains and i just thought it turned out really cute and of course the second person that i'm watching a movie with is peta because you know why so these two gift baskets are going to be perfect for a movie lover or if you are hosting a little movie night in your house with just your family just a really fun way to make something as simple as watching a movie into something really fun and festive and it makes you feel like you're going to the movie theater the next gift basket i wanted to do this because i wanted you guys to see how cute a gift basket can be when it's very very simple all you have to do is get a couple of little items from dollar tree these are individually wrapped k-cups from dollar tree i'm also showing you guys some hot cocoa options as well in the end i decided to go with the french vanilla i have this cute mug from dollar tree says merry and bright and i'm just stacking all of the little k-cups into the cup itself and then i got this packet of basket bags and ps throughout this entire video i just used this one package so the one dollar that i spent went through i was able to use across all of the baskets so as you can see i'm cutting into one whole basket or bag because i don't need the double layering and then we're gonna just wrap that around the base of the mug and then we're just gonna add a cute little bow i had this gingham bow lying around and it just looked so so cute and made it very very festive and i thought it was such a great gift in the end it was two dollars i mean if you want to count the bag um let's just call it like two dollars and fifty cents if you will because i did use a lot of the other bags for other gift baskets as well so that's it i'm adding like you can see here the cute little bow and i think it's just charming this is going to be great for a co-worker this can be great for a teacher for your neighbor friend and it's really simple this specific gift basket is for all of the teachers i think this is really really cute and i found this red tumbler at dollar tree and now we're gonna pack it with all of the school-like goodies also throw in a gift card in here i didn't show you guys that option in this video but throw a gift card and it will just look super darling these light up pens are from dollar tree i actually got them a couple years ago so i'm not sure that they're available this year but i'm adding these paint pens from jot that are from dollar tree the markers the little correction tape as well is from dollar tree the scissors so so the whole thing is from dollar tree and another i want to show you guys two different ways to kind of style this once you're done you can either just add a cute little headband which would be really fun you know they can wear it while they're teaching and then that's the display of the basket or you can grab another piece of the gift basket bag and then do the same concept wrap wrap it around the tumbler and secure it with a little zip tie and then i decided i wanted to make it look ultra festive and christmassy and so i'm adding these sequin ornaments from dollar tree in the red so that they match the tumbler and basically i secured them to the zip tie so that's how i was able to add them and then i just found any sort of ribbon that i have in my christmas gift wrapping stash and i just secured it to the top and it just looks so incredibly festive and pretty and honestly it's my favorite part about a gift basket or a gift or any sort of gift is the wrapping itself so this gift idea is just no mess no fuss ultra simple you get these craft bottles from dollar tree and you just simply fill them up with whatever it is that you think would be i use dollar tree uh homemade cards as crafting cards so um i'm doing like a little christmasy theme as you can see a lot of christmas stickers and plaid and things like that i even have some sketching pencils from dollar tree and just gonna fill this little the bigger flap up with all of those things and then i take the smaller flap and add some other little sticker goodies and some like little tape and things like that at first i thought i was going to put the smaller flap inside the bigger flap but i decided it would actually look cute if i stacked them on top of each other so that is what i'm going to do here and then find the ribbon of your choice in this instance because there's a black checkered gingham buffalo thing going on i thought let me do that with red so that it also
