What's it like to receive a PRE-BUILT gaming PC

The Unboxing and Setup Experience with Origin PC's Pre-Built Desktop System

As I began to unbox my new pre-built desktop system from Origin PC, I couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and curiosity. What did it look like inside? How was the build quality? And most importantly, would this thing be able to handle the demanding games I wanted to play? As I carefully removed the packaging and began to assemble the components, I couldn't wait to see how everything came together.

One of the first things that caught my eye was the cable management. The Origin PC team had done an incredible job of organizing all the cables and connecting them in a way that looked almost... factory-fresh. It was clear that they had put a lot of thought into this aspect of the build, and it made me wonder what kind of technical expertise had gone into creating this system.

As I powered on the system for the first time, I noticed that the Origin PC team had equipped my new desktop with a 4kg sync display, which paired perfectly with the rig. This was a great addition, as it allowed me to test out some of the more advanced features of the system. With a decent refresh rate and an overall score of 12,000 854 from 3D Mark FireStrike Ultra, I knew that this was going to be a beast of a machine.

But what really stood out to me was the comparison with my own custom-built PC from two years ago, which had scored an impressive but slightly lower 8,000 271 in the same benchmark. The graphics score of the Origin PC system, on the other hand, blew that number out of the water, coming in at a whopping 13,000 873.

I have to admit, I was a bit surprised by just how quickly and smoothly the system performed. But perhaps that's what comes with having a team of experienced engineers who know exactly what they're doing when it comes to building high-performance PCs. The fact that they were able to deliver such impressive results without sacrificing any of the convenience and ease-of-use that comes with buying a pre-built system was truly impressive.

One of the features that I think sets Origin PC's systems apart from other pre-built desktops on the market is their focus on providing a level of support and service that's unmatched by many other companies. With a direct line to technical support, users can rest assured that they'll be able to get help whenever they need it, without having to navigate a confusing web of multiple manufacturers and suppliers.

Of course, there are some downsides to buying a pre-built system like this one. For one thing, it's possible to build an equivalent system yourself for less money. And while the Origin PC team has certainly done their due diligence in terms of component selection and cooling, there may be other systems out there that offer similar performance at a lower price point.

That being said, I think there are definitely some scenarios where buying a pre-built system like this one makes perfect sense. For example, if you don't have the technical know-how to build a PC yourself, or if you simply don't have the time and energy to do so. In those cases, having a team of experts who can handle all the complex setup and configuration work for you can be a huge relief.

So what's next for this system? Will it live up to its promise and deliver incredible performance in my favorite games? Only time will tell, but one thing's for sure: I'm excited to find out.
