up got ready took the pups for a walk and I finished editing the video that goes up before this one right now um we have my little niece here and she's banging on the glass door over there so if you hear banging um that's what's going on she's just having a jolly old time at banging on the window it's really just making her life worth living right now we are getting ready to head out to Darren's parents house and we're going to be staying the night there tonight uh all of the family is kind of like well it's also the weekend but off of work and at Darren's parents house so we're like okay well it's not very often the entire family is together so we are gonna go see everyone hang out have a fun pool day and yeah I just wanted to pop in kick off the video and say welcome back if you my gosh I have never worn this bikini I got it like two years ago in Mexico and I was so excited about it and then I keep feeling like nothing is worth like wearing it for so it's basically like the solar system and I thought that was really cool like yeah it has like planets and different kind of stuff and I thought that it was so cool so I got from this lady who home makes or like hand makes them her little brand is somewhere on here um and yeah I was so excited to get this and then I keep feeling oh here's her little logo I keep feeling like nothing is like worth its debut and I just keep holding on to it so you know what this weekend I'm wearing it it's it's time whenever I really like something I try to save it and like preserve the newness for something that I feel feel is worthwhile of its debut but what ends up happening is I just hold on to it so I have like perfumes I have dresses and shirts and all these things I've had some of them a year or two years because I keep being like Oh it's not like this event isn't worthy of like wearing this I like it too much and so like I want to save it I want to save it and then sometimes I end up saving it to the point that it doesn't even fit me fit me anymore so you know what I've waited long enough with that bikini and I'm going to wear it this weekend and I'm going to enjoy it hey it's 1 30 and we just got here and as you can see I've changed into my very exciting uh planetary um bikini and very very happy about that so everyone is at the pool right now so I'm gonna go head out there I will probably get some clips on my phone I don't want to bring my camera it's going to be 107 today guys and my camera is like all black and things just aren't going to go well it's gonna overheat in like five minutes so I will get some clips but hello welcome and yeah seen a bit hi Stevie girl what are you doing what are you doing getting ready to swim yeah now that service foreign hey guys so it's Sunday we are back my parents house uh yesterday was an absolutely amazing time but I didn't really Vlog very much and that is because um as you guys saw there was like that big like margarita machine type thing and in it my my in-laws made what they call summer beer and there's like some uh vodka Country Time Lemonade um some Corona water and basically it's it becomes like an alcoholic slushie basically um but we did find out later that um I'm not sure exactly how it happened but accidentally double the amount of vodka ended up in it than uh was supposed to be so um things were not going well we're doing better today surprisingly I felt totally fine today which is very peculiar but we hung out in the pool a bit longer this morning in early afternoon and then we left there about like 12 30 and so now we're back so um we are back here my parents are doing some like deep cleaning right now and my mom is actually going to be washing the rug that's like right here because obviously my two pups um you know cooking and things like falling and then my sister's dog but it basically the sections that should be white or no longer white so my mom bought this like carpet cleaning machine situation and um I have never seen a carpet be cleaned in person and so I'm actually very excited to watch it so I thought I would uh show you guys and if it actually works and I'll tell you all about it but um very interested to see uh what she's gonna do and how it's gonna work so let's let's go outside and uh see what's going on okay so here is the rug so you can kind of see in sections over here like more of the color like it's not supposed to be like a bright white but you can see that certain areas especially over here are significantly darker like you can see the edges are much brighter than over here so um let's see what is okay so this is a machine you got so is this Hoover power Dash pet oh this one's specific for pets yep oh how cute Okay so what what have you done so far okay so so far I've just filled the tank up with water in solution so I have I've only used this once before so bear with me it's all right oh it's like a vacuum yeah oh my gosh are you for real look at that versus that I mean you'll probably have to go over it a couple times because it's pretty dark but but I can already see now we're sucking up okay oh four or five times she says so this is the second you can already start to see that the water in there is like kind of dirty oh my gosh what oh I wish you could see it from this angle this is wild okay that's super super works okay so she's done kind of like an L shape and can see how much cleaner that is and then she's going to refill the little tank so it used all of the solution and water doing that section but look at all the dirt that came out oh my gosh wow so she's gonna keep going at it until she finishes the whole rug but it already oh yeah you can see this section looks brand new in this section looks like it's it's seen some stuff hey guys good morning it's Monday morning I know I did not do a very good job vlogging this weekend this video was supposed to be a weekend in a life and um didn't do a very good job with that so yesterday after the clips you saw about like cleaning the rug and all that stuff um we ordered a Round Table Pizza and that was amazing ate it and then just kind of relaxed we watched some different shows we watched some like um uh I think it was on like entertainment or like E news or not news but just they were like um kind of like exposes and like Hollywood stuff and then um watch like a documentary of like the horrors of airbnbs like as an owner like the worst case scenarios and like basically what shaped Airbnb so like from the beginning like the first really bad um situations where like the homes were completely trashed and like how that shaped like the insurance and all of that with Airbnb and it was actually really interesting I feel like I'm making it sound super boring but I promise you it's very interesting actually I would recommend it yeah probably next 10 minutes I'm preparing all of my various beverages so I thought that I would chat with you guys while I did that so um I'm just gonna put water in here so the first one I'm doing is zest so zest is um it's also by tranon um this is an energizing Focus blend and it's strawberry watermelon lemonade so this is what the packaging looks like I am I feel like I just started using a bunch of trenot products recently um Darren's entire family uses it and I've used it on and off for years um but just kind of when I feel like my health is not where I want it to be or like my energy or just you know I'm not feeling optimal I always come back to these products because when I'm using them I always feel great and I feel healthy and then once I get to like the point that I feel good I'm the type of person that I'll just stop where I'm like okay reach the goal good to go and I mean that's with like eating healthy using supplements going to the gym like I know it's like once you've like reached where you want to be and you feel good you continue and you're supposed to like ride the wave and like finally you've gotten into like a sustainable place but for me I'm always like okay I reached it bye-bye like out the door bad habits and then or out the door like good habits and things that I want to do and then all of a sudden I'm just right back where I was before so I am once again just kind of I don't know I haven't been feeling the best recently and just kind of like low energy not really like motivated and I want to change that so I I know because I've used it many times on and off for several years um oh this is what the the like whole packaging looks like by the way but like the whole package looks like and then they come inside is um like 24 of these little sleeves which are individual servings but um I just I feel better when I'm taking things and actually like actively taking care of my body and then here can you see the white straw is like stained with my lipstick stays on forever I have to like scrub it off okay let's see is it like it feels like it's gonna explode um so kombucha which unfortunately almost out of I like those individual served ones however these buying it in a big size and just kind of like dividing it up throughout different days is just so much more cost effective so I've been doing that recently so I have my zest I have my kombucha and then I need to take my collagen so this is the glow collagen also try not so all of a sudden I'm like zero to 100 with all the turnout products but really they are they're excellent so and you take two tablespoons of this but I always measure in my mouth so I know every time I take it on camera it probably looks like I'm taking these gigantic gulps like this is like four servings this is actually a ton of servings 15. 15 servings so it actually lasts a good amount of time and I feel like I usually end up taking it like every other day because I usually forget to take it every day so usually although the fact it's like 15 servings they usually lasts me the better half of the better part of a month if not entire month um so now with the rest of water I'm gonna make sure I drink this and finish my coffee before I leave because I'm not having that great of a morning and like there's no real reason behind it I'm like okay I'm gonna do everything I can to make sure that I'm like helping my myself in as many ways as I can and then I was also reading this article the other day that was saying that 30 of your mental health is um like I guess created by what you eat and what you ingest so I'm like okay keeping that in mind today I'm also going to eat something healthy for lunch and I'm ingesting nutrients and health this morning and I'm just going to make sure that I eat really well today so that even if I'm not able to improve my mood today at least I'm setting myself up for Success tomorrow I'm going to head out for work and I know this video is probably short but I'm going to go ahead and end the video here because I also don't want to be Negative Nancy today so this is this is just how I get myself out of a funk just eating well having nutrients I'm gonna listen to some like really positive hype up music in the car and I'm just gonna do everything I know that makes me feel good when I get back from work today I'm going to go on a walk and maybe listen to a podcast and I know that all of those different things typically make me feel really good so I'm gonna do everything I can to artificially improve my mood so that's the plan and I hope these some of these tips and ideas maybe work for you guys if you are sometimes in more challenging moods to deal with so anyway thank you
