My Color Series: Exploring Purple with Dollar Tree Finds

As I walked through the aisles of my local Dollar Tree, I stumbled upon a treasure trove of purple items that caught my eye. It was clear that they had a special place in their inventory for this vibrant color, and I couldn't wait to start exploring. I pulled out my camera and began snapping photos of all the purple goodies I found.

First up, I showed off some beautiful flowers that came wrapped in a pre-made packet. The colors were gorgeous, with a subtle fuchsia hint that added depth to the overall design. When viewed from different angles, the petals appeared more purple than pink, making it a versatile option for any occasion. Next, I showcased a computer paper pack that had been hiding on the shelf for far too long. It was a surprise to find such a purple delight among the regular colors, and I couldn't resist sharing it with my audience.

One of the most adorable finds was a small basket shaped like a frog, complete with a tiny handle made to resemble braided leather. The purple hue was rich and vibrant, giving off an ombre effect that added visual interest. The basket itself was not only cute but also functional, making it perfect for packing little treats or trinkets for loved ones. I couldn't resist taking the basket home with me and using it as inspiration for future gift-giving ideas.

have to tell you two things about purple one I've never gravitated towards this color I don't know why I don't actually have anything purple in my closet so this is just kind of what I wanted to wear for this video both of these things are linked down below and the other thing is I was shocked going through Dollar Tree at how many purple items there actually are for whatever reason I just anticipated that it was gonna be a little bit more difficult to find purple things and girl know you can do so many different styles of baskets gift baskets whatever care packages with this purple theme you could do spa you could do cleaning you could do birthdays and Gardens spring there's just I was I was amazed I could actually do a part two in purple immediately because there was just so many things I didn't pick them all up but yeah so I just wanted to tell you guys if you need a good purple themed Dollar Tree has your back on that also I'm going to go ahead and start including ribbons that are towards organizations you know like Breast Cancer Awareness Month they have the pink ribbon so I thought that it would be really great to also show you guys the other causes and the color ribbons associated to those I believe pancreatic cancer is purple but there are other organizations that I think have purple as their ribbon as well alright we are going to kick this off with what look at this a large tote I mean this is purple if I've ever seen it it really is a beautiful color I have no idea why I've never gravitated towards it because I genuinely like generally like pretty much every color there are a few shades of green that I'm not into but other than that I feel like every color that's out there is really beautiful so it's just been really odd for me that I've never like purchased anything purple but this tote bag is huge you guys look there's even a little front pocket here this would be great for a housewarming gift and you can put like cleaning products in here yeah spring you know summer time you could roll some beach towels and all kinds of stuff Dollar Tree even has sunblock that has a purple label not that you should buy things obviously because of a purple label but if that's something that you're looking for Dollar Tree has that option hand sanitizer I wanted to show you guys that not only is the packaging purple but there is a lavender tent to this sanitized sanitizer this is something that I would personally put in my daughter's care packages when she goes off to college I would be sending her like sanitizers so if I were to do a purple theme this is what's gonna go in her care package you get three for a dollar so if you're doing multiple packages that's a great bargain some loot bags has the little lavender purple swirls and you get 20 in here okay so this is actually something that I needed for myself I needed some highlighters because I realized I actually didn't have any of the ones I really wanted and but this came in a color variety but this was the only one at Dollar Tree where I saw a purple highlighter and I think that's so cool again when I when I send a care package to my daughter I'll probably include a purple highlighter just for her studying they have photo album with just a plain purple cover I've used these as recipe cards you can use these in your care packages you can write little No put little pictures little memories just really anything cleaning tips if you're doing like a home you know housewarming gift and you're doing like a cleaning supplies you could put little tips and tricks yeah so things like that here is a purple pen this is actually something I purchased a long time ago from Dollar Tree but I wanted to include it because it may still be it's some Dollar Tree stores it is a little hair clip this is a gorgeous velvet purple bow color filled it purple color some cuticle trimmers that has the purple handle I've seen these in other colors as well I've seen them in blue maybe a pink I recently picked this up LA Colors a purple eyeshadow these little la color shadows are really pretty I've seen them on and I loved them and they have it in purple and look at this LA Colors mascara you've got the blast of purple here and then the purple wand and these come in other colors in which they did the same thing so it came in blue so this part was blue and then the label at the top was blue bolero has these a French lavender and citrus you know spa products that I've shown you guys so here is the lavender so you've got the purple packaging this was in a recent haul but I wanted to show you guys the purple nail polish I did see some suggestions I'm showing makeup and nail polish so here you guys go they have different color purples as well this one was my favorite and this color is in sheer magic it says it right here it's not going to focus but that is the name of this color these are really fun this is something that I feel like we haven't seen in really any other color I think they have it in pink and I missed it for the pink video because I've done pink yellow and blue so far so go check those out I'll also link them down below for you but this is what's so special about purple is they have these really fun LED string lights you get six count in here as you can see in their glittery very beautiful these will be fun to add to any packaging especially if you I think they're battery-operated which is a great requires two double-a batteries so you could just decorate a little basket if you're getting a basket whereas if you're putting it into a care package you probably don't want to have them on because it goes in the mail and you know what not all right this is an oldie so I'm not sure if this is still available at Dollar Tree but who remembers the palm keychains with the little lobster clasp yeah that's it beautiful purple color alright this next item was in my blue series but I found it in purple too and I just loved that they have epsom salts so obviously this is gonna be purple because they're saying that this is their lavender scented salts purple peeps how adorable I've only seen these in yellow and purple maybe pink at Dollar Tree this is gonna be great if you want to do a purple themed spring basket look at this purple cups just plastic cups so if like tcu whenever I think of purple I think of TCU it's a college here in Dallas and yeah just college LSU right it's really great if you want to do something like college themed this I found really interesting I don't know if I've ever purchased these before but these are floral gel beads and first of all you can see that they're purple a little gel beads and then if you look in the picture it's just showing you that you can fill up your face with these beads and they did come in different colors as well this is something I recently picked up it is a little mini fan I think this is so cute this is something I would put in my care package to my daughter just this cute little purple fan does require some batteries this is an oldie I pulled this from my stash I'm obsessed with these the expandable file folders and as you can see it's just some flowers they they pre they have more of a fuchsia hint but when you look at it from the front to me I get more purple than I do pink out of this but it could probably be honestly in both categories also they have computer paper this is probably the first time I've ever shown you guys computer this is the first time I've showing it for my color series I may have hold a couple I think I believe so a couple years ago so it's been a hot minute though since I've shown you guys computer paper from Dollar Tree but purple so you could write your little note put it in your care package if you want that like little extra added this is something new that you're gonna see and just my necks just normal everyday kind of Dollar Tree haul but I pulled this one out specifically because it has that touch of purple but magnetic Dazzlers look how cute this is so you can see there's that touch of purple it's got a little purple heart charm and then the little rhinestone in the middle and this is not a toy not recommended for children five years and younger there is a magnet on the back so these are going to be great for anything obviously that you can adhere to as a magnet all right guys this basket I had to get it was a too darn cute and I feel like this may be my niece's basket I've never seen Dollar Tree do anything like this I just adore the little windows and they're see-through but they made little windows all throughout there's a beautiful little or there's like a little sky behind them with the white clouds the Frog oh my goodness this is two adorable little handle has that faux braiding effect and it's purple here is another traditional Easter basket all purple very beautiful I love all the different shades kind of has somewhat of an ombre effect not really but a little bit right here here is this which is the share fresh lid I've actually owned a couple of these before what I love about these you could obviously put as housewarming you could put just as even if you don't do a theme if you just do like purple in general and you put a bunch of purple items this will work in that as well could be plainer it could be cleaning it could be just organizing I would put these in my daughter's care package and put like little trinkets in here maybe like some extra little goodies whatever that may be this is a flashlight so this one's kind of a little bit random but they have colored flashlights and now here are some of the purple cleaning supplies that I found they have the balance sheets I mean this is a knockoff bounce yeah so you can see the purple packaging there they have the Lysol lavender fields these are toilet bowl cleaners you can see the little thing is purple here is the Snuggle air freshener look at this the purple top the packaging yet some dish soap all in this lavender purple like I said I was really surprised and again I did not even touch half of the cleaning supply stuff that was purple they have fabuloso they have the sink scented drainer thing I I hold it for my yellow series so go back and check that I got the little lemon one they made they make a lavender one for that as well so the purple I know I've said it the purple surprised me alright guys that's it for my color series today with purple I absolutely loved it I'm not gonna put any baskets together in this video but you kind of get the gist you could definitely use the tote and pile things in there that you feel like you will be great for the person that's getting the gift and I hope that you guys are loving the series please give it a thumbs up as always
