The Audi A7 Review: A Comprehensive Overview of its Features and Performance
As we stepped into the Audi A7, we were immediately struck by its sleek design and luxurious interior. The car's exterior was adorned with Bang & Olufsen sound system, which hinted at the premium experience that awaited us within. With a price tag of €68,900, this car was certainly not for the faint of heart.
One of the first features we noticed was the Audi phonebook, which included a phone charger, digital radio, and an Otie music interface at the back. The leather dashboard was particularly impressive, with a nice finish that added to the overall sense of luxury. The electric adjustable steering wheel and sports steering wheel were also notable features, although the latter's price tag was not specified.
As we delved deeper into the car's features, we found an array of advanced technology options. does come with a price because this thing is expensive it's unreal how expensive this car actually is I'm going to tell you in a minute this isn't even like a v8 or something this is a v6 TDI diesel a7 it does have the optional matrix LED laser party peace lights as you can see they dance around when you open or close the car that's a really cool feature people are going to be really impressed with your car if you enter or leave your car we also have the optional 21 inch wheels which luke gorgeous it's also an s-line edition and it's a launch edition so it's got everything you can get first of all the engine we've reviewed the 50 TDI with the q8 with the a8 and with the a6 so we really know it very well and we know that it has great performance 286 horsepower 620 Newton meters should be able to do 0 to 100 kph in just 5.7 seconds which we are going to test out we're going to test the 0 to 100 time on this little straight over here and then we're going to the Autobahn to test the high-speed performance of this car so the a7 it sits right in between the a6 and the a8 well obviously it's a 7 but if it's the most beautiful car of the 3 without question I mean just look at this if you're looking for like a statement car I you know a card that says I want something different something unique something that's a statement not a sedan not a station wagon this is it I think yeah the previous a7 was a big big hit like the Mercedes CLS I think but when Mercedes introduced the third-generation CLS which is the main competitor to this car yeah we were kind of disappointed I mean the back looks a bit weird the front does look ok but this is just a beauty a really great successor to that beautiful predecessor of this car so let's take it for a drive and as I said this car is a statement car so this new screen setup by Audi I mean you've seen it a lot but it does suit this car very very very well yeah as I said I like it better than the a6 I like it better than the a8 if you performs as well as howdy claims it does because 5.7 seconds that that's really quick that's mainly because we have a very fast shifting automatic gearbox and Quattro all-wheel drive so you always get the power down so we have our draggy performance meter attached to the sunroof right here and I'm now going to connect my phone to it okay so there we go we go to drive select and we go for dynamic we put the ESP in sport mode the gearbox is in sport mode so left foot on the brake built the turbo boost I launched it oh yeah typical German 5.7 seconds to 100 so they are absolutely right so yeah it's really fast let me just oh and as I said if you want to measure your own car or your friend's car who says that his Toyota Corolla does six seconds to 100 kph you can get this at our store just check this I have to say their camera frame rate and the sharpness the resolution is superb really really nice okay so let's go to the Alta bomb I'm going to stick to dynamic mode and talk to you about the gearbox and drivetrain in general this drivetrain isn't the best I have to say it does perform very well but it's not very refined it's not like a BMW 30d or a Mercedes 350d drivetrain those are a little more refined this is a bit more you know little vibrations sort of a diesel e sound yeah those inline six is by BMW and Mercedes are nicer to drive than this v6 by Audi and that's because a v6 doesn't have natural balance so an inline 6 engine does have a natural balance so handling wise this is a heavy car you do feel that it's a bit more heavy than an a6 but this has the optional air suspension of course it has with that big of a price but yeah it's nice it settles the weight really well but it's not like a driver's car even though this has s-line package and some other stuff I think we'll have to wait for the s7 or even the RS 7 so we're at the Autobahn going to switch to sport mode for the gearbox we are already in dynamic mode so let's see how this thing performs at high speed nice it's completely empty behind me so I'm just going to wait for the best gap possible and then I'm going to floor it this is really slow ok here we go so the engine needs a bit of time to build boost but when it when it has it's really fast here we have a CLS 350 D that steeled v6 diesel by Mercedes and as you can see he has to go to the right but he's not willing there he goes okay he's flooring it I'm flooring it yeah this is fairly foster and it's amazing how quiet and comfortable this car is it I mean we were just doing to 234 there goes the audio but it's amazing how quiet and uncomfortable this car is at such high speeds this is really made for the Autobahn because it's so sleek so smooth our dynamically it's really nice you don't have a lot of wind noise you know wind noises caused by angles and this car only has flow G lines it does feel a bit slower than the a6 and that's mainly because yeah it's it's heavier and you do feel it a bit the top speed I mean we're doing fifty-four 255 we have some bumps but the air suspension soles no worries in there it's yeah it's really nice so all-in-all the a7 is my favorite outie of the moment it's where everything comes together with the current OD systems I think when you look at the design of Audi at the moment the exterior design the interior design the futuristic and modern infotainment systems it's it's it's a
