The Pizza Show - Obsession with Pizza

**A $2,400 Masterpiece: The Gold Pizza That Stole the Show**

As I stood there, my hair caught in the weight of the pizza, I couldn't help but think that this was no ordinary food. The pizza, encased in 24-karat gold and topped with truffles and caviar, was a true work of art. It was as if Frank had done it justice, showcasing his culinary skills to the world.

"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!" I exclaimed, trying to process the sheer magnitude of what I was seeing. "This is over the top! What do you think? Do you like it?" I asked my friend, and she simply shook her head in awe. "I love with it," she said. "The dough is good, the icing on it...it's sweet, but it's good." And then there was the presentation - a gold pizza that sparkled like a treasure trove.

"What's the exact name of this masterpiece?" I asked Frank, and he smiled knowingly. "It's called the 'Pizza Show' from Iceland," he replied, with a hint of pride in his voice. "And check us out," he added, as we began to take in the sights and sounds of the pizza-making process.

As it turned out, this was no ordinary pizza. The chef had brought in a special artist, Stephanie, who had created a unique way of preserving slices of pizza in resin, allowing people to treasure them forever. "I don't know how you're gonna feel about this," I said to Frank, but he simply grinned and said, "It's pretty." And it was - the gold pizza was truly a work of art.

Stephanie, the artist behind the Forever Pizza project, had grown up in a pizzeria and had always been passionate about food. She began by making pizzas for her friends and family, but soon realized that she could do more with them than just eat them. "I thought, why not make pizza into art?" she said, as we talked to her about her process.

The process of creating one of Stephanie's Forever Pizzas was surprisingly intricate. First, the pizza had to be dehydrated and treated to remove excess oil. Then, a mold had to be built around it, and resin had to be layered in to preserve it forever. "It's like chemistry," Stephanie said, with a hint of amusement on her face. "You have to get all the right elements together." And when they did, the result was nothing short of magical.

As we finished our tour of the pizza-making process, I couldn't help but ask Stephanie about the impact that this kind of food has had on people. "I think we're starving for authenticity," she said, thoughtfully. "Right now, there's a lot of fake food out there - and when you eat something real, like a pizza made from scratch, it's just...better." She paused, collecting her thoughts before continuing. "It's also about independence. People can make their own pizzas, with gluten-free crusts or vegan toppings...it's all up to them."

And then, of course, there was the social aspect of food. Stephanie mentioned that sharing a pizza is one of the most common activities people do together - whether it's after a Little League game, or as a celebratory treat. "It's like breaking bread," she said, with a smile on her face.

As I finished my tour of the gold pizza and its creation, I couldn't help but think that this was more than just food - it was an experience. It was a taste of something bigger than ourselves, something that connected us all in ways we never thought possible. And as I took one final look at the golden masterpiece, I knew that I would never forget this pizza - or the lesson it had taught me about the power of food to bring us together.

I'm meeting a Rolls Royce it feels amazing unbelievable the 24 karat gold Pizza is truly a work of art I knew the perfect person to bring a slice to Steph Amanda's the artist known for encasing slices of pizza into resin so that you could treasure them forever I don't know how you're gonna feel about this but it's pretty it's pretty extravagant gold pizza this would preserve really well Steph is a product designer and artist who grew up at a pizzeria and mean she's as pizza as it gets nickname in high school was just pizza a pizza nightlight Pizza coasters piece of luggage tag piece of hot cold pack and then pizza sticky notes Steph's latest project forever pizza blew up on the internet and now people put their name on a waiting list to get the favorite slice of pizza encased in resin so they could keep it forever when you're forever eyes in these pizzas what is the process exactly working with the resident how does it actually get done you dehydrate the pizza you treat the pizza you then build a mold you layer in some resin you then put the pizza in and then you fill it up Wow and how long does that process take a long time yeah I have to remove as much of the oil as possible gosh it's a lot of chemistry I find that really interesting pee-wee Herman tweeted about it someone gave one to Demi Moore world's first pizza museum called like it just kind of just went and win the win right I want to kind of get to the bottom of this Pizza craze and how its kind of gotten to this level how do you explain why it's important to so many other people right now I think we are starving for authenticity right at this point time and always but like particularly right now where there's this like what's real what's not real pizzas real like it's real and you can eat it yeah yeah yeah we don't have to think about it and I think what happens when we do that is you eliminate fear and that just feels better it just is yeah pizzas probably one of the first foods anybody bought that they could buy themselves so it's also independence is it pending you know it's celebratory it's the after the Little League game it's like as a prize it's a snack it's breakfast it's lunch it's dinner it's drunk food it's gold and $2,500 and the most exquisite thing ever right like it's it's vegetarian it can be gluten-free like you can do all these things with it it's a cannabis I always tell people it's a simple food but it's incredibly nuanced and complex right so even though there's only three components to it it's more complex than you could ever imagine and the way that you're describing it from like society and the social aspect its kind of the same way it's totally the same way I mean you can talk about eating together and it's obvious that's a shared thing to do but like what's going on beneath the surface is trust the modern breaking of the bread awesome$2,400 gold pizza with truffles so beautiful holy I'm like I took piece of art it's like eating Mona now like way before the gram was popping on the food we've been making chicken waffle pizza for seven years who's never about that now of a sudden people just do it for that yeah you get sensational with it you put it out there people get excited about it you hope that enough people come in that maybe it warn't you making it maybe it doesn't you're saturating people's brains with nonsense right and the flip side of things it can be really good because something goes viral people like it like our taco pizza I'm Thrillist but we're getting calls from Columbia China national news call me to be on their TV show and Skype for the national commune that's great that's awesome organically the pizza kind of just spread it's not like you were just trying to put it up on Instagram it just people liked it so it's spread what do you think it is about pizza that has captured everyone's imagination everyone's heart this is a vehicle that people can get creative with and it's an affordable vehicle not just lost anybody can do these things and take biscuit dough or making croissants you know like it just it's it's so versatile I look forward to us hanging out more time together so far I've had natural thing where everyone so I can only love that food I love that thing you put up and then the food God would like was born two days later I was going to Iceland to film Kardashians with Kim and of all the two thousand dollar pizzas Wagyu that's Aggie trying to get the watch it music orders chips yeah a week's see cuz it's like the crumbled ones and then the bigger ones underneath I was gonna meet you chef thank you Bon Appetit my cheers he answer of the cheers I feel like I'm meeting a Rolls Royce it feels amazing unbelievable the 24 karat gold Pizza is truly a work of art I knew the perfect person to bring a slice to Steph Amanda's the artist known for encasing slices of pizza into resin so that you could treasure them forever I don't know how you're gonna feel about this but it's pretty it's pretty extravagant gold pizza this would preserve really well Steph is a product designer and artist who grew up at a pizzeria and mean she's as pizza as it gets nickname in high school was just pizza a pizza nightlight Pizza coasters piece of luggage tag piece of hot cold pack and then pizza sticky notes Steph's latest project forever pizza blew up on the internet and now people put their name on a waiting list to get the favorite slice of pizza encased in resin so they could keep it forever when you're forever eyes in these pizzas what is the process exactly working with the resident how does it actually get done you dehydrate the pizza you treat the pizza you then build a mold you layer in some resin you then put the pizza in and then you fill it up Wow and how long does that process take a long time yeah I have to remove as much of the oil as possible gosh it's a lot of chemistry I find that really interesting pee-wee Herman tweeted about it someone gave one to Demi Moore world's first pizza museum called like it just kind of just went and win the win right I want to kind of get to the bottom of this Pizza craze and how its kind of gotten to this level how do you explain why it's important to so many other people right now I think we are starving for authenticity right at this point time and always but like particularly right now where there's this like what's real what's not real pizzas real like it's real and you can eat it yeah yeah yeah we don't have to think about it and I think what happens when we do that is you eliminate fear and that just feels better it just is yeah pizzas probably one of the first foods anybody bought that they could buy themselves so it's also independence is it pending you know it's celebratory it's the after the Little League game it's like as a prize it's a snack it's breakfast it's lunch it's dinner it's drunk food it's gold and $2,500 and the most exquisite thing ever right like it's it's vegetarian it can be gluten-free like you can do all these things with it it's a cannabis I always tell people it's a simple food but it's incredibly nuanced and complex right so even though there's only three components to it it's more complex than you could ever imagine and the way that you're describing it from like society and the social aspect its kind of the same way it's totally the same way I mean you can talk about eating together and it's obvious that's a shared thing to do but like what's going on beneath the surface is trust the modern breaking of the bread awesome\n"
