Unboxing - Xbox 360 Messenger Kit

Unboxing the Xbox Live Well Xbox 360 Messenger Kit

I'm here to bring you another unboxing, and this time it's the Xbox Live Well Xbox 360 messenger kit. As you can see from the packaging, it goes on the bottom of your Xbox 360 controller. The kit includes a keyboard, SL keypad, or whatever you want to call it, as well as a headset which I think is pretty cool that Microsoft included. The Xbox Live service now supports Twitter and Facebook, which is amazing for someone like me who's a social media nut. However, I don't really use Twitter that often on Xbox Live because of the on-screen keyboard; I'm just too impatient to go from letter to letter, number to number, and all that stuff.

I have to say that this packaging is one of those very annoying plastic packagings that people say it's because of theft, but I think they do it to annoy the hell out of me. Either way, let's get the unboxing done and we're back after much frustration. Here is the actual keyboard. I got to say, the quality actually feels really nice; it's about the size, well, it's obviously smaller than the size of a Blackberry, Blackberry keyboard. I'm an iPhone user, so I'm not used to keyboards like this anymore, but I have to say it feels really nice in my hands. It doesn't feel cheap, and to plug it in, there's a standard Jack or plug rather; I guess it just goes in like that right. I guess it's better to do it from the back, which is what I know they said all along.

This makes holding the controller feel a little awkward, but it's not like I'll be playing day in and day out with this thing on here, so it's really nice if I want to tweet real quick or send someone a quick message. There looks like there's a friends list button right here that's really nice; I'm guessing that green thing is to bring up the dashboard interface and maybe exit out not really sure but that's um there you go. The unboxing of the Xbox 360 messenger kit comes with the keyboard obviously and again the headset which I think looks really nice, so I'll be using this one instead of my old one.

Let me show you guys my current headset to give you an idea; it's pretty much old-looking cuz I use it a lot like I said. Here is the bottom thing that plugs into the controller; usually, there's the mute switch and your volume but now it has this little gadget which I think that's really cool anyway. I just appreciate um little updates like that.

I'll be using this new headset instead of my old one because it looks nicer to me. The quality is good, and it feels nice in my hands. It doesn't feel cheap; the keyboard works well with the headset, which makes gaming more enjoyable for me. If you're looking for a way to enhance your gaming experience or just want a better headset, this might be the right choice for you.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this new messenger kit, and I think it's worth the investment if you're looking for an upgrade over your current headset. The fact that it supports Twitter and Facebook is also a bonus for social media enthusiasts like myself. Just keep in mind that it might take some getting used to at first, but once you get the hang of it, it can be a great addition to your gaming setup.
