Unicorn Crate Box: A Review of the Stormy Reads Box

The Unicorn Crate box is a monthly subscription service that delivers a curated selection of items to its subscribers. The theme for this month's box was Stormy Reads, and it did not disappoint. The box included several items that were perfect for the theme, from jewelry to candles to bookmarks.

One of the first items I noticed in the box was a beautiful silver and simplistic necklace. I am a huge fan of this type of jewelry, and it was perfect for the stormy reads theme. The necklace was elegant and understated, with a simple yet striking design that added a touch of sophistication to any outfit.

Another item that caught my eye was a candle by the brand Nov Yores, titled Stormy Reads: Rainstorms and Book Pages. This scent was like nothing I had ever smelled before - it was blue, with notes of light and dark blue mixed together, evoking the feeling of rain on a stormy night. The scent itself was fresh and clean, with just a hint of sweetness that added depth to its overall character.

But the pièce de résistance of the box was a pair of unicorn socks featuring clouds and rainbows, along with a saw-cutting through one of the clouds. I am utterly in love with these socks - they are so cute and whimsical, with a unique design that is sure to bring a smile to anyone's face.

Next up was a beautiful bookmark featuring a quote by Louisa May Alcott: "I'm not afraid of storms for I'm learning to sail my ship." The bookmark itself was gorgeous, with a stunning image in the background and a simple yet elegant design. It added a touch of sophistication to any book, and I couldn't wait to use it.

But before we get to the book itself, let's talk about the packaging - which was absolutely adorable. The box itself was wrapped in beautiful wrapping paper featuring a little unicorn crate seal with a purple wax stamp. This was so cute, and added to my overall excitement for the box.

And finally, after some digging, I found the main event: Roar by Kora Carac, signed by the author herself! I have seen this book everywhere on Instagram and Twitter lately, but had no idea what it was about - until now. According to my research, the story takes place in a fantasy world, where our protagonist Aurora must navigate the complexities of court politics and magic in order to claim her rightful throne. Sounds like my cup of tea!

As I opened up the box further, I discovered that the poster on the back was actually a map that could be colored in! If you're a fan of maps like me, this is sure to bring a smile to your face.

And finally, tucked away at the very end of the box was a handwritten note from the author - which was just as lovely as I had hoped. It started off with a sweet message saying "You look fabulous today," and ended with a personal touch that made me feel like I was reading something truly special.

In conclusion, this Unicorn Crate box was absolutely fantastic - every item was carefully curated to fit the Stormy Reads theme, and each one exceeded my expectations. the first thing that is in here is this tote bag that says reading weather on it and it has a bunch of different storm clouds and this is just such a nice little tote I love it I absolutely love tote bags and I use them for everything like my school bag is just a big tote bag and I can never have enough of these and I love the design on this one so I'm very very happy with this the next thing that I'm seeing in here are these adorable little Post-it notes and I don't know how well you can see them on camera but they're just tiny little clouds and so cute hopefully you can see them better like this but they're just tiny little Cloud sticky notes and I love them these are going to be so great for just putting in a book if I want to annotate it or if I'm studying or something I love it okay this next thing is so cool I am obsessed with this it is a wind chime that has like a unicorn at the bottom I have to open this hold up look at this this is so cool and it just sounds so magical and beautiful I love it so much this is probably the cool cool thing I've ever gotten in a subscription box a windchime is perfect for the theme and it's just like the coolest thing ever with a little unicorn at the bottom I'm I love it so much the next thing that's in here is this adorable little necklace it's just a tiny little storm cloud with the lightning strike and it's silver and simplistic the last two things that are in here are this poster that matches like the cover design of the book and the back of it has the title and some blurbs but then if you open it up it actually opens up into like a map that you can color which is so cool if you didn't know I'm a huge fan of maps I just really like them I just think they're super cool and the fact that you can color this one makes it even more F and then the very last thing that's in here is a handwritten note from the author which is really lovely and it starts off by saying you look fabulous today and like that's just such a
