**A Star Wars Fan's Paradise: My Visit to the Seattle Exhibition**

I'm really wonderful to be here in Seattle, this is one of my favorite places to come. It's wonderful to see all of you, how are you doing today? I was thinking of Steve Jobs and his investment Cloud City, yeah, know he was uh he was... (laughs) ...uh what's his name it runs Vegas Steve Steve Wi that's who I was thinking of, you know he had his own situation out there in bond Cloud City. Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope. It's Hollow Lea no, it's Beth... yeah, let's go good! This is the Yoda rehearsal puppet and the sound of my voice narrating the next couple of minutes because I do not have the rights to replay any Star Wars music.

There is Obi-Wan Kenobi's cloak, the one that he wore in A New Hope. The old Obi-Wan I still can't believe I was standing there this close to the things that I've seen in the movie so many times. There's Luke Skywalker's uniform in Return of the Jedi, you saw him wearing it in Jabba's Palace. I have even more footage in a separate video in my classic channel that covers most of what I saw at this exhibition. While costumes from both trilogies are in this particular show, I chose to Showcase most of them from the original trilogy in this Vlog.

That's the emperor's cloak from Return of the Jedi, and I still remember the first time I saw it. I mean, of course, in the movie theater. (laughs) I'm probably going to be making a return trip to the museum soon if only because I walked right past Boba Fett and didn't even realize it. That's Padme, she wore that in Attack of the Clones and then her daughter... you know Leia. This is what she wore in A New Hope at various times on the tour. I found myself staring at these pieces for minutes. The backstory for just about every one of them was fascinating. You don't realize where the inspiration was drawn, but it makes sense when you see where it came from and everything you're seeing here this is the real deal.

These are not replicas, at least not to my knowledge. Bonus points if you know this bounty hunter's name... (laughs) ...and what he or she happens to be holding! One of my favorite costume designs of the entire trilogy, right there. That's Han Solo's costume from Return of the Jedi, many people don't know but the costumes evolved over the course of the three films and of course in the prequels they were all over the place.

This was Chewbacca... and let me tell you, he was tall! I cannot express how tall he was. Towering! You should probably also watch the video I did on the science of Star Wars where I was able to look at a few other pieces from the Star Wars series of movies. There's a stormtrooper naturally and my V Darth Vader... if you're following me on social, then you likely saw the selfie that I took with him.

A long time ago in this galaxy... (laughs) I interviewed the guy who was responsible for making R2D2 move. And C3PO, Anthony Daniels impressed the hell out of me! He was warm, charming, funny, and boy could he play to a crowd again! If you want to see even more of what I saw, check out the other video in my other channel.

There is a lady in front of you... if her hair's in the way, just smack it out of the way. You know, tall people when I go to the theater... (laughs) It's always tall people who sit in front of me. I spend the whole evening hating them... so I like do the force, bad sometimes they wither and dive before the intermission! I like that it makes the second half so much easier to enjoy.

So, Anthony... um, yes. Where were we before I so rudely interrupted? No, whooping but Applause is good! Excellent. You could act... (laughs) That was pretty cool. The Sky ate the Space Needle... to your credit, I saw more people wearing Seahawk stuff than I did Star Wars costumes, but I bought a Star Wars Hat.

We had a lot of fun and the guy who took our tickets he recognized me as Chris Pillo and he said he used to watch our Vlogs. (laughs) And that was all about Star Wars... today was not all about Star Wars! (laughs)

To top off a near-perfect day, we got Follow Friday by Dave Prow... and might I add you were the only one in the list of people who wasn't a nerd today... (laughs). it I'm so grateful for no the floors look so clean it's cuz I have to keep busy you think Jen I can roll around on the floors now yeah I'm over here filing Jedi's nails while she's sleeping this is 39 years or so since I first stood on a a strange planet in a distant Galaxy and said hello I am C3 human relations and this is my counterpart R2D2 39 years of trying to create and maintain a credible character 39 years of of gradually becoming one of the film industry's greatest visual icons 39 years of wearing the film industry's most uncomfortable costume and I end up as a bean baby I was perfectly willing to spend the entire evening sweating inside 60 lb of metal and plastic and rubber unable to eat drink sit down or D go to the bathroom for you yes but the man man said no it must stay in the exhibit so I hope you will take this rather Natty gold tie as as a gesture of respect to a character that I love very much indeed that's really wonderful to be here in Seattle this is one
