**A Day at TJ Maxx: Hauling Home Unique Finds**

I decided to spend the day at TJ Maxx, one of my favorite stores for finding unique and affordable home decor items. As I walked through the doors, I was immediately drawn to a beautiful trash can in my bathroom. I had been forgetting about this need for a while, but now that I've purchased it, I couldn't imagine not having it.

"This is really pretty," I said to myself as I picked up the trash can. "I usually always buy my bathroom trash cans from Dollar Tree for $5 each also at HomeGoods." The price of the TJ Maxx trash can was $12.99, which was a steal compared to what I'm used to paying.

As I continued shopping, I found myself drawn to some black pillows that caught my eye. "I thought I might want to put these on the couch," I explained to no one in particular. These pillows were different from my usual pillow covers, which I had purchased from Amazon. Instead, they were full-on pillows with a thick and soft texture that I couldn't resist.

"I wanted to just get like dedicated black pillows that I didn't have to slip cover over basically these are so soft and thick," I said, holding up one of the pillows for inspection. They were indeed a pop of black on my couch, which I thought would be perfect for adding some contrast to my room.

Next, I decided to head into the Christmas section of TJ Maxx. The store was filled with all sorts of holiday decorations, and I couldn't resist picking up two wooden Christmas trees. "The biggest reason being that I thought they looked like iced cookies," I explained. "Can you kind of see it?" They had a red finish that reminded me of iced sugar cookies, although without the trim, it wasn't as clear.

"I thought that would be really cute way to incorporate a gingerbread element without it being a gingerbread man if that makes sense for my kitchen," I said, holding up one of the trees. I was considering placing them on either side of my stove, but ultimately decided against it. "I don't know if I'll do that I don't know if I'll pull these out or not," I admitted.

As I continued shopping, I came across a pair of earrings that caught my eye. "I'm really into like changing my jewelry a lot," I explained. "I'm finding myself that I'm wanting to wear a lot of jewelry but I don't have quite the pieces I would like to have." The price of the earrings was $19.99, which was a bit steeper than what I usually pay for similar items on Amazon.

"I really like these little earrings tooo they're like Huggies and I'm wearing my seconds again so I thought these in the first these in the second and I might even like get my thirds pierced," I said, admiring the earrings. The set was a good basic Hoops that I could have easily bought on Amazon for cheaper.

As I continued browsing, I stumbled upon some jade stone items at Dollar Tree. "I didn't realize I had dollar tree stuff in here that I forgot I have," I said with a laugh. There was a jade stone necklace, as well as some little tabs and a money clip. The price of the jade stone necklace was $7.99.

"I bought cuz I couldn't help myself," I explained, holding up the necklace. "I like the packaging I like the black kind of has that modern look but it also kind of has that like fresh Farmhouse look to it as well." Next to the necklace, there were some little soaps that smelled amazing. "Oh and it smells amazing," I said.

"I was definitely thinking of this for my guest bathroom but for summertime so I got that and then I got this little mug set no one's surprised," I said with a chuckle. The mug set was adorned with the phrase "boo all the way down," which seemed like a sweet touch to me.

Finally, as I was leaving TJ Maxx, I picked up an athletic style puppy vest in white for my furry friend Loki. "I love my vests so I love going for walks and you know all the things," I said with a smile. The price of the vest was $29.99.

perspective okay so this morning wal deore is on sale which is what I was hoping for these are up my alley right here oh my god look how cute this is little coasters all the mugs Winnie the Poo like what the dog is killing me that is so cute the Cardinals wait what are these I don't get it is that like a drinking glass they have it in red as well oh what's that wow I'm also kind of looking at black decor because I'm decorating with black now oh my God look at this mug I mean how am I supposed to not get that how am I supposed to not get the Nutcracker mug right like $10.99 but it's 50% off so it's $5.50 oh my God I can't like I'm I'm okay I need to chill out how cute is this cookie jar pretty sure it's a cookie jar snowman Santa what is this like a huge mug I don't even know look Snoopy gnomes nut cracker so cute no no oh my gosh look at these I love these wow they have Charlie Brown nut crackers whoa look at that guy teacher nurse that is pretty wild come I'm out of breath from just making coffee this is going to be our backdrop today I did get in most of my office furniture so all this is getting moved soon and I'm going to turn this into like a really cute like coffee bar so I'm very excited about this little section here if you guys go back and watch my construction house tour the house I was supposed to buy the house that I built that I took a year like putting into it also it went into a bidding war and sold for like like 100,000 over I guess I picked some really good features anyways um I'm not bitter any freaking who um I guess what I'm trying to say is I had a section like this in the construction house and I was really excited about it so it's just been really nice to kind of have it also here um anyways so I'm going to go ahead and share with you guys the mix haul went to Hobby Lobby TJ Maxx and HomeGoods I don't think I F filmed anything in HomeGoods in TJ Maxx those stores for me are just like harder to film in um but let me go ahead and show you guys that I did finally select some artwork for my bedroom this is just I don't know why but this does something for me I it's almost like I can almost feel the fresh air and I really like that so I think this is going to go above my bed that means that my bedroom is pretty much done I'm sure I have a couple of little things that I would like to do but the reveal is coming all the new furniture came in um and then I also got this it's actually a two pack you can see here they go together it's not quite the same image and I really like it I'm thinking that this is going to go um like on the opposite wall of my bed where I'm going to put a chest of drawers so we'll see if it ends up there if not maybe I'll try to find a spot in the bathroom for it I'm not sure if I have the wall space for that there either um but if it doesn't work in either of those two spaces I know there's a space somewhere in the house because this is pretty much my the aesthetic I'm going for um okay so that's the wall art I picked and I actually I picked something different in the beginning I don't know if I caught myself I think I did I think I I filmed a part where I was putting in the cart I was going for more abstract for my bedroom and then I realized oh it didn't have any green so it really just I felt like I was settling with that piece and then I found those okay next up where we oh we're still on we're still on hobby lob I decided to pick up some more red bulbs so I got this packet here and I have a lot of Christmas decorating videos I know I'm sharing Christmas stuff and I'm in a Halloween sweater this was $23.98 but this is 50% off Christmas is 50% off at Hobby Lobby right now um so I got red bulbs I also do I do a gingerbread theme I do a plaid theme I do a candy cane theme and all three of those have red in it so for me I can't go wrong with red then I thought I might want to start decorating with black elements so I went ahead and picked this sign up just says Merry Christmas the font is really cute it kind of reminds me of like a do for SS font um and it was $20.99 but 50% off of that so what $10.50 if I'm doing the math right I don't even know I don't know if I'm going to end up pulling out these the black elements but because of how I'm now decorating with more black I thought I would just get a couple of things and see if like when I'm decorating it needs a little pop of that here and there I went ahead and also got got this um Buffalo check tree skirt I don't I know it's not going to go in the living room however I might surprise myself and and put this in the living room my living room has a red tree skirt and red matching stockings and then I got this Buffalo check thinking um maybe I'll do something like this in the formal dining room or the tree in the entryway or the tree like upstairs in the media room or something I don't even know if I'm going to put AE in the medi room but like the game room so that's where I would essentially do my candy cane theme so I'm not really sure I just really liked it and decided to get it this was $34.99 50% off and then I got the stocking however my store only had one I have to go back and find another one I need at least you know me and Mah so $9.99 but 50% off so this ended up being $5 Loki's chilling in his spot he's laying like a lion let me turn you guys so that you can see oh he just looked up but it's funny because Micah was talking to me about how she thinks Loki's like multiple different animals and it's so true I didn't even sorry I'm adjusting you I wasn't even thinking about it from that standpoint but like for example he's also a deer he hops like a deer when he runs he doesn't run like a average dog I guess you could say um he lays like a lion and then I think and he looks like a bat he looks like a bat when he's upside down he looks up at me he looks like a bat it's crazy um he's all I I don't know I don't know what other animals he he is but there's that information okay so that's it from Hobby Lobby I really needed to kind of sit and think about the the black elements cuz I found myself reaching for things and then putting it back so I think I just need a little bit more time to like sit and think all right now let's move on to HomeGoods um now I got this little candle this back candle cuz I thought it was absolutely precious uh $7.99 I don't know let me style it over here for you guys um I'll insert a CP um I just think it would look really cute where my apples are so had to get it then I got another item that has black in it I don't know I thought maybe in a wreath somewhere it's stunning it also has a farmhouse element to it so got the ring at the top it's got the little bow it was $12.99 not a bad price for homeg goods so I was very pleased like I could see this easily maybe going for like $24.99 kind of thing but I'm really glad it was $12.99 so stunning I just got one I really don't know I feel like I should have probably bought two or three um cuz I definitely think this is something that would be gorgeous in the center of a wreath but yeah now this I bought purely because I kept forgetting I desperately need a trash can in my bathroom this was kind of reminds me of like a do for SS font um and it was $20.99 but 50% off of that so what $10.50 if I'm doing the math right I don't even know I don't know if I'm going to end up pulling out these the black elements but because of how I'm now decorating with more black I thought I would just get a couple of things and see if like when I'm decorating it needs a little pop of that here and there I went ahead and also got got this um Buffalo check tree skirt I don't I know it's not going to go in the living room however I might surprise myself and and put this in the living room my living room has a red tree skirt and red matching stockings and then I got this Buffalo check thinking um maybe I'll do something like this in the formal dining room or the tree in the entryway or the tree like upstairs in the media room or something I don't even know if I'm going to put AE in the medi room but like the game room so that's where I would essentially do my candy cane theme so I'm not really sure I just really liked it and decided to get it this was $34.99 50% off and then I got the stocking however my store only had one I have to go back and find another one I need at least you know me and Mah so $9.99 but 50% off so this ended up being $5 Loki's chilling in his spot he's laying like a lion let me turn you guys so that you can see oh he just looked up but it's funny because Micah was talking to me about how she thinks Loki's like multiple different animals and it's so true I didn't even sorry I'm adjusting you I wasn't even thinking about it from that standpoint but like for example he's also a deer he hops like a deer when he runs he doesn't run like a average dog I guess you could say um he lays like a lion and then I think and he looks like a bat he looks like a bat when he's upside down he looks up at me he looks like a bat it's crazy um he's all I I don't know I don't know what other animals he he is but there's that information okay so that's it from Hobby Lobby I really needed to kind of sit and think about the the black elements cuz I found myself reaching for things and then putting it back so I think I just need a little bit more time to like sit and think all right now let's move on to HomeGoods um now I got this little candle this back candle cuz I thought it was absolutely precious uh $7.99 I don't know let me style it over here for you guys um I'll insert a CP um I just think it would look really cute where my apples are so had to get it then I got another item that has black in it I don't know I thought maybe in a wreath somewhere it's stunning it also has a farmhouse element to it so got the ring at the top it's got the little bow it was $12.99 not a bad price for homeg goods so I was very pleased like I could see this easily maybe going for like $24.99 kind of thing but I'm really glad it was $12.99 so stunning I just got one I really don't know I feel like I should have probably bought two or three um cuz I definitely think this is something that would be gorgeous in the center of a wreath but yeah now this I bought purely because I kept forgetting I desperately need a trash can in my bathroom this was $12.99 here's the price it's really pretty I usually always buy my bathroom trash cans from Dollar Tree for $125 also at HomeGoods I did pick up some more black pillows I got this cuz I thought I might want to put these on the couch um now I just recently did black pillows on my bed but those were just like pillow covers that I got from Amazon I wanted to just get like full-on pillows that were just dedicated black that I didn't have to like slip cover over basically these are so soft and thick I just thought they might look might be a pop of I think I might need a pop of black on my couch and last but not least let's run through TJ Maxx so I decided to pick up these wooden Christmas trees and the biggest reason being that I thought they looked like iced cookies like can you kind of see it I don't know if anyone else kind of sees it maybe if there was like some trim left over would look more like a cookie but because they took the red all the way to the edge it looks less like that but still I thought that it kind of reminded me of an iced cookie and I thought that would be really cute way to incorporate a gingerbread element without it being a gingerbread man if that makes sense for my kitchen so I got two they were $12.99 really I thought about the stove one on one side one on the other kind of thing I don't know if I'll do that I don't know if I'll pull these out or not I just kind of thought I might want to um if not there I'm sure somewhere then I picked up these earrings I'm really into like changing my jewelry a lot I'm finding myself that I'm wanting to wear a lot of jewelry but I don't have quite the pieces I would like to have so I picked up this set I really like these little earrings tooo they're like Huggies and I'm wearing my seconds again so I thought these in the first these in the second and I might even like get my thirds pierced so I've been thinking about that and this little set was $19.99 just some good basic Hoops I could have done that easily on Amazon for cheaper which I'm coming with an Amazon jewelry haul soon um all right then I picked up I didn't realize I had dollar tree stuff in here that I forgot I have a jade stone I got my favorite little tabs and and and a thing of money I don't know all right this I bought cuz I couldn't help myself I like the packaging I like the black kind of has that modern look but it also kind of has that like fresh Farmhouse look to it as well um $7.99 and these are little soaps they soap like Oh and it smells amazing I was definitely thinking of this for my guest bathroom but for summertime so I got that and then I got this little I don't know mug set no one's surprised so not even going to say anything but I like how it says boo all the way down that's what I thought was really sweet and special about this there there's the price right there oh my God that's so that's so gorgeous all right so I got that I also got Loki got already got a slobber on it look look that's what a slobber looks like you guys I don't know why it has dirt built into it it's it's not like he's shoving his face in dirt but yet here we are so I got this athletic style puppy vest in white $29.99 has the hood yeah I love my vests so I love going for walks and you know all the things and I think that's it for today's haul I hope you guys enjoyed I know I kind of gave a mix of a bunch of things but primarily Christmas I am very very excited to just kind of like wrap up another room in the house um because I want to also like you know get get into the holiday decorating and it's hard for me personally to like get into holiday decorating when my space doesn't feel complete to me um so now that my room's going to be done I'll be ready to kind of move on I don't know honestly if I'm going to end up having time to do fall in my bedroom which you guys are used to but I'm definitely preparing for Christmas I've already ordered new sheets new style new everything for it um so I'm very
