Pirillo #Vlog 778 - WE NEED A BIGGER BIB
For Me It's a Programy Thing to Say They're Cute
When it comes to something that is really funny, I'll do my best attempt at making it. My name is Paul, and I'm a web developer from pre-pre-73. This is one of my attempts at creating something humorous, and I hope you like it. Here's the first image, and here's another. They're both cute, y'all can share them with your friends because that's what they were made for. It's always exciting to see how people react to these kinds of things.
A Very Programy Thing to Say
They say that when something is really funny, it's because it's well-written and clever. But I think there's more to it than that. For me, it's all about the delivery. You have to be able to sell a joke or a punchline in order for people to laugh. That's why I've spent so much time practicing my comedy skills. And now, I'm excited to share them with you.
A Custom Wooden Darth Vader
I recently received a custom wooden Darth Vader figurine from Chris at Spacem Monkey designs.com. It comes with a stand and a lightsaber, which is perfect for any Star Wars fan. The best part? The sand on the surface of the figure is magnetic, making it easy to move around. I'm not sure what kind of dark side powers this figure has, but I'm excited to find out.
A Pet Rock
When there's something strange laying in your bed, who do you turn to for advice? For me, that person is always my pet rock. Yes, I know it sounds weird, but I've had a pet rock since childhood and I just can't get enough of them. There's something comforting about having a small, inanimate object that doesn't judge me.
A Toothbrush Head
I'll stop talking now because I just had another pretty good meeting with my vlogger fair team. The reason why I'm standing in the kitchen right now is because I don't like sitting in front of my computer when it comes to talking to other people on the phone. I want to listen to the conversation that's happening, cuz it's very important. As a figurehead for vlogger fair, I have a major announcement to make, but I'll say nothing more about it just yet.
A Geeky Event
I think that creating an event is a part of my blood. I've always wanted to host a geeky type of gathering, where people can come together and share their love of video games and technology. I even asked for feedback on this idea recently, but I'm still not sure how to make it happen. My plan is to start by bringing all the Seattle area geek YouTubers together, and then see if there's any interest in a larger event.
A Pedicure
I'm on my way to get a pedicure because I can no longer bend over to cut my toenails or paint them myself. I asked Chris if he'd do it for me, but he said no. So, I'll have to find another solution. And that's why I need to get these nails done – I'm going to a celebration this weekend in Texas and I don't want to wear open-toed shoes with ugly toenails.
A Darth Vader LED Light Lego
I didn't even know about the BrickShake until now, but it sounds amazing. I'll be able to build my Star Wars sets in the dark, which will be a game-changer for me. The only downside is that I'll have to make sure not to use up all the tin foil at once – there's nothing worse than running out of material.
A Soap Dispenser
Thank you, Steve, for sending us a soap dispenser! It's easy to refill and always looks great on my desk. And speaking of desks, I've been doing what is now a tradition – whenever I leave you alone, I make you bacon. It's become a little inside joke between us, but I think it's something that should be shared with the rest of the world.
A Stranger's Question
Today was the first day a stranger asked me how far along I was. When they said I just ate a watermelon, I felt like a fool and got a bit offended. But then they changed their mind and suggested my nail color matched the bacon – or at least complimented it. It was a strange conversation, but I'm glad I could help.
A Special Delivery
I received a package from Kurt Kelner with a Darth Vader LED light Lego inside. When he said "May the force be with me," I knew that this gift was special. And indeed, it is – I can finally build my Star Wars sets in the dark and show them off to friends.
A Tradition Continues
I'm doing what is now a tradition – every time I leave you alone, I make you bacon. It's become a part of our little routine, and I think it's something that should be shared with others. Who knows? Maybe one day, we'll have a whole team of people making bacon for each other.
A Mysterious Message
When there's something mysterious happening in the world, who do you turn to for answers? For me, that person is always my pet rock. Okay, maybe not exactly – but I do have a feeling that there's more going on than meets the eye. And I'll be keeping an eye out for any clues.
A Final Thought
That's all for now. I hope you've enjoyed this little programy thing of mine. Remember to always keep a sense of humor and never take yourself too seriously. That's the key to life – or at least, that's what I think.
