My Anniversary & More Note 7 Issues (I'll be back soon!)

I'm Erica, and this is my channel, where I like to film stuff and share my experiences with technology. I'm currently on my one-year anniversary honeymoon, and I've decided to take a week off to spend some quality time with my husband. Our first year of marriage has been absolutely great, and we get along really well. It's no surprise that the saying "the first year is supposed to be the hardest" hasn't held true for us – it's been an incredibly nice experience so far.

As a result, I've decided to take some time for myself and recharge. However, my recent adventure at a T-Mobile store has led me down a different path. I finally got my hands on a replacement Galaxy Note 7, which took forever to obtain since I didn't buy it outright. The wait was well worth it, as they resumed sales on Wednesday, and I'm excited to continue with my review.

I did hear about the replacement phone that caught fire on a Southwest Airline recently, which is quite alarming. Fortunately, the plane did not leave the gate, which is an incredibly fortunate outcome for everyone involved. The story goes like this: the guy was powering down his phone, intending to put it in his pocket, when it suddenly started smoking. He immediately threw it on the floor and apparently, it had burned through the carpet and into the subfloor of the plane.

This incident highlights the concern among people about these newer phones, which are experiencing similar problems that were prevalent with older models. Seeing a newer phone experience such issues is indeed unsettling, as it raises questions about Samsung's quality control measures. The company is currently investigating this matter, as well as involving federal authorities.

Personally, I don't think I'll have any issues with my replacement Galaxy Note 7. However, I will certainly keep an eye out for any potential problems that might arise. It's essential to note that we don't know the full circumstances surrounding the incident on the Southwest Airline, so it's difficult to say whether there was anything that could have been done differently.

I also want to emphasize that I'm not downplaying the potential danger of this situation. If Samsung had indeed messed up and created a second-generation phone with the same issue, they should take responsibility and pull it off the shelves altogether. It's unacceptable for any company to prioritize profits over consumer safety.

Now that I've addressed this matter, I'll continue with my review of the Galaxy Note 7. This is a T-Mobile model with a Snapdragon processor, so stay tuned for my performance section. I'll be back on the 11th with the rest of my review, but until then, goodbye!

my husband first year of marriage has been really really great we get along really well they say the first year is supposed to be the hardest but it's been really really nice so we're doing good going to take some time for ourselves so that's that's needed to happen been a crazy year so while on my anniversary honeymoon I went to a T-Mobile store and finally got my hands on a replacement Galaxy Note 7 it took forever to get one of these because I did not buy one outright so they finally resumed sale on Wednesday so I'm going to resume my review and yes I did hear about the replacement phone that caught on fire on the Southwest Airline luckily the plane did not leave the gate which is really really good I'm so glad that that did not happen so the story goes something like this the guy was and down into the subfloor of the plane so it seems that it was not just a little thing and that's quite scary so to see one of these newer phones having a problem like we're seeing with the older phones is really disconcerting it's making a lot of people pretty frightened Samsung is investigating it the feds are investigating it and yes indeed it was one of the newer phones personally I don't think that I'm going to have be having a problem with this phone I will of course keep my eye out on it really I don't think I'm going to have any issues we don't know if something happened to that phone we don't know if he damaged it in some way there could be a multitude of things going on here so if anything starts happening with this if it overheats or something I'll let you guys know I do want to say though that I am not downplaying how dangerous this could possibly be please don't get that impression if Samsung really did mess up up and have a problem the second time I would probably tell them to pull this thing off the shelves and just move on with it what are they going to do say something like oh yeah we fixed it a second time we promise it's good that's just not going to hold up so I will be continuing on with this review please ask your questions it was supposed to be continuing on with the performance section of this review so on and so forth so we'll see how this goes
