after he got the keys the dream turned into a nightmare I was expecting to reach a certain number on room sales and I didn't hit one tenth of that I don't think Kenny has an idea how to run an inn and the few guests that do come are far from impressed there's nothing in the bathroom no shampoo no conditioner soap nothing we have to go out and buy some if I came in I would probably check right back out it was like old it's trying to be cozy but it's not it's hideous if I wanted to stay at my grams I could pack a bag and go stay at my grams I'm not going to a B&B for that if you buy an inn you got to step up and be an in keeper we need to fill these rooms we really do FY financial disaster Ken was forced to move out of his house and into the Inn I said Ken you're making the biggest mistake and he moved in and he turned get a miserable man Ken is now 48 Single Living in his crumbling in and hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt the more the hotel fails $2,868 and taxes that are still go the more controlling Ken becomes he just takes everything out on us to make our lives feel miserable just like his you don't feel very good about yourself as an employee kind of chips away at your sense of self I I don't know what's going on I I told you I'd buy a little time so I's down here everybody's walking on eggshells everybody's afraid to do their job they don't want to get yelled at clip come here yourself everybody threatens to quit it's a daily event yeah things don't get better here I'm definitely leaving you know what you really need to grow up and at your age you're a 48-year-old man just get the out of my face the progression of events has just turned it all into a hot mess and it doesn't matter what we do it's just a hot flipping mess River Rock in an American take it was decorated in 1880 as well it kind of looks that way for the first time and the last time it's been a while for the rooms there is a closet over over here are they special hangers just for me oh y wow wow I think the coat will stay what is that extra extra carpeting we just got new carpeting here okay so it's uh save for repairs I've never had free carpet in my ward before okay just check my view look at those bugs and the blue bottle is stain for the week there's like a little Forest of them down here we give these to your cleaner sorry it's like an insect fun truthfully in the fall there was like a ladybug problem you bring an an in guest and oh my gosh there'd be like you know 50 bugs in the room and so Ken and I would take care of that to get rid of the ladybugs for the people to stay um now they've died and look at this here I think that's a cockroach to welcome me on the toilet having a number two I'm just like I can't believe it look at that never had a cockroach committee welcome me on the John let's get out of here well what else is on this floor well this is the owner's quarters and all these bits of furniture here do people literally sit that seems to work well to for Internet service out here okay so this is the Wi-Fi chair yes it really is I'm going to bear that in mind if I need to check my emails it's very sketchy at best okay far worse than I thought through Gordon's eyes I was like wo it's totally neglected now I will uh I'll unpack and get ready for dinner okay welcome to Milford it's a joke had it go it was horrible the place is filthy filthy my first impressions of the Y have been Dreadful at least I can take my mind off things with some TV nothing look at that I knew those shitty hangers would come in useful for something come on can't believe I'm going to miss The Simpsons come on damnn this is embarrassing $110 for this hole just the general hygiene cleanliness is just shocking the Wardrobe is full of crap and there's no excuse for dead insects and filth everywhere it's like they've given up and no one knows there's a hotel here because it's just not fit to rent these rooms out for the public I mean look at it if this this is what the bedrooms are like God knows what dinner's going to be like so far at Milford Pennsylvania's River Rock in I've discovered outdated Decor bugs Galore look at that I've never had a cockroach committee welcome me on the John and a TV that last worked in 1982 I've heard that the owner is a chef so maybe the restaurant will be the river Rock's Saving Grace okay good to see you meet you and it's Ken isn't it yes sir is this American beastro outside yes is it a classic beastro is it yes everything made from scratch that's nice you're a chef by trade yes I am are you not in the Kitchen Tonight uh no I'm not working online so you've retired from cooking somewhat running the past maybe or I'm running the other side I'm just watching all the food and letting and sending everything out it's hard to run this whole place by yourself I have so many years of experience I thought that when he hired me he'd be able to let go a little bit in now way that I could get this job done but he just can't seem to let go um and how would you rate the food 1 to 10 seven or eight and if I asked you to rate your runs out of 10 what would you give them four or five I'm now myself about dinner let's hope that the food is better than the rooms sure the concept of an American beastro serving fresh local food in a country in makes perfect sense but I can't make any sense of this menu oh um so I'm getting a little bit confused cuz we've gone Mexican on the quader we've jumped down to to Thailand and then we G Italian for the calamari what what American Beast yes yeah wow um what would you recommend on the menu we do a house smoke trout I believe that it's a golden trout from uh Northern California comes in Frozen you're recommending that I eat frozen trout from Northern California you know Chef it it it it's it's been only Frozen Once your head is sweating it's a little high in here sir you're dripping it's me I'm sorry I feel like I a leak in my B your bold head who puts these ideas together that would be Kenny show okay um so give me a taand players yes sir yeah uh entree dying to see that I'm traveling around the globe in Milford enjoy I'm appalled I was like I'm eating a flip-flop with mayonnaise Ken the owner looks like a zombie sleep walking towards disaster it's time to get everyone together and see if I can wake Ken up how much money are you losing per month right now about 5 to 7,000 a month and that's on the decline correct if those rooms aren't that busy why are they so disgustingly dirty they they they're dirty because I didn't check them it's almost like we're robbing customers when I arrived you gave your food seven or eight out of 10 yes but the food was Dreadful Seth how long have you been cooking almost 18 years as a chef 18 years in the business are you proud of what you serve personally I don't it's Kenny's menu it's on the menu so I want what I want I know what I want you can't hold people's hands in this business if you don't fix this in they've all lost their job I honestly think that Kenny needs somebody to open his eyes so that he can see that everybody that works for him is capable and we're dependable and black light to make sure there was nothing I wasn't seeing and I was appalled to discover a vast spread of bodily fluid stains has this thing ever been washed people will pay to sleep in this bed unfuckingbelievable there is no way I'm sleeping on these sheets tonight luckily I came prepared oh I forgot to turn off the lights oh man that was rough hopefully a sh will wash away the of those awful stains look at this thing me it's like being in Danny DeVito's house a shower come on I feel dirtier now than I did before I got in here free I don't think the staff or the owner have any idea how revolting it is to be a guest here I want you to come upstairs with me I want to show you something place all of you time for a wakeup call good morning good morning these are the guests that have been staying in the hotel now you've all experienced over the last 24 hours a sleepover and what I'm here to do is to help fix this place I can't do it without your feedback my biggest complaint was this morning when I took a shower um I had water up my ankles before I got out my shower head I probably showered from here down cuz the shower head hit me about here there was like bugs on the floor and then I was sitting on the bed and then I saw a bug on the door too I have back problems and this morning it was really hard to get out of bed um just cuz you could feel the Springs the big question for me is that on the back of last night's experience who would stay here again a little raise of hands I probably wouldn't come to stay again really no one thank you very much indeed thank you thank you I hope Ken is starting to see how his lack of effort at the Inn is driving guest away there's one more thing I want to show him if this doesn't wake him up nothing will I'm going to show you something that is pretty horrific come in uh just stand over there please three you glasses on brace yourself Karen oh my goodness I'm disgusting it's awful I didn't even like to think of what I'm even looking at it's like a Galaxy this is foul absolutely foul I'm CH shocked a little bit it's disgusting it's truly disgusting the seeing this makes me sick to my stomach oh dear I don't know what to say I mean I'm just it is a horror show it was horrifying I was thinking how many times have this room even been rented without being cleaned for all that to be there Ken you're running a hotel not a brothel it is disgusting start taking responsibility I've discovered some disgusting things that the river rock in horrific food I give that to my dog dead bugs it's like an insect funeral home and I've worked out what the source of all the problems is it's Ken and it's not as if you're the captain of the Titanic you're the Iceberg he's in way over his head and making everyone's life miserable the face I apologize to everybody who slept there before that I put you through that I think it's horrible I hope Ken realizes now that there's more to running an inn than just owning an inn this place needs to change and change fast yes we need garbage bag at least way to get stuff first up the Inn needs to be cleaned so it's a place fit for paining guests to stay in I put the whole team to sort of filling the place like the in hotel manager so I want you to have that level of responsibility I think what I learned the most was that I need to give people the opportunity to run this place I can't micromanage like I always did I really hope that he backs off and lets us all do our jobs he just has to put the faith in us and I know that our team can accomplish anything I think Ken's work and and the price is Affordable would you help me after we met with the owners he went to the truck he says how much do you want me to write the check out for wow wow he's my idol and my mother too my mother it wouldn't happen without her help either I said I could move to this Restaurant to this place and the only way I could do it is I need some money from you I needed $50,000 and she also said just take it so both their houses are tied into here so if this place fails you have let them down and yourself this entire place wouldn't be here without my brother and my mother's help I want the business to succeed so they don't have to have a worry I don't want to ever let them down and you can't do it alone yeah I know do you have a girlfriend in here or no no don't take this the wrong control holy the dad is a stoner hippie I'm not a businessman why are you talking so much I'm going to knock him on his ass and the sons are at each other's throats grow up and turn into a real man you my God and Mom is drowning in debt you owe a million on it yes can I fix a business where they spend more time getting high SM than working it definitely smells of a business that's run by Stoners yeah I know the Applegate River Lodge is located in beautiful Applegate Oregon The Lodges nestled amongst gorgeous Rivers Lush Vineyards and Bast some of the Northwest most stunning views owners Joanna and Richard Davis built the lodge 22 years ago Richard actually designed the the lodge and built it having that much workload a stress is just unbearable once this labor of love was completed Richard decided it was time to take a break and relax for 20 years the couple got divorced so Richard now lives on sight in a hut next to the main Lodge my given name was Richard but at this stage of my life I just go by paw but the Applegate River Lodge it's been a way of life here for my family for about 22 years right now my duties are making sure that the energy that was given to me to Stuart is here on the property at all times and yeah it's pot grab my guitar see where is my guitar while Richard is looking for his guitar back on Earth his ex-wife Joanna is desperately looking for the money to keep The Lodges doors open we could easily lose anywhere from $5 to $15,000 a month just because of lack of business what's going on see I got new reservations coming up what are you doing nothing just screwing it off I actually in my motor home I rented my house out did you need something no I'm just hanging out I don't see the Applegate River lies as a business never have never will all the pressure of running the lodge falls on Joanna's shoulders she had High Hopes her two sons Juke and Dusty would take charge of the business I just totally disagree with what you're doing should be none of your concern there's a big window you don't have anything to do with this godamn restaurant but their constant fighting has gotten in the way my brother and I have a rocky relationship and uh led to fist fights and all sorts of arguments the brothers refuse to work together so dusty runs the restaurant and bar as a separate business I I'll grab you a menu and we can get you something else with his girlfriend and head chef Cammy way too much olive oil on him they turned him back while Duke and his wife Melissa used the hotel's lobby as a concert venue organizing Regular Music nights how's everybody feeling tonight Dusty's a lot more into deadlines and numbers and I'm a lot more into feelings and ideas and Concepts a lot of people say there's too much cos smoke and too much music too much of this and too much of that too much fun that's not my take on it and if that's not enough of a headache for guests trying to sleep Richard holds after hours Jam sessions what time is it 1:1 that music I have had to comp some rooms here at the lodge if it was too noisy for them or they didn't think the room was clean enough e there's spider all over it so gross I've had to cop in quite a few rooms unsurprisingly the Inn is hemorrhaging money dragged down by a co-owner who doesn't treat the lodge as a business and two fighting Sons if I can't get this family working together their business is doomed this Lodge is my life it's a legacy to carry on through generations but the family is so dysfunctional that Gordon's just going to say you know what I can't fix you guys we have to save the business we have to save our family I think Gordon's our only hope my first time in Oregon beautiful countryside I'm on my way to the Applegate River Lodge now if they got a lodge is so filthy Richard so the bedroom's up here right right what in the hell has happened to this carpet I haven't been up there in a while there's more stains on this carpet than inside Hugh hepner's w I told you they party in here no but how I mean how many come look at this car every room's got those stains on them you know and what about the cover on the bed when was that from 1970 you have I can't believe this restaurant is making money the guest must be coming for the view because the food is Dreadful this says grilled salmon with pepper but it tastes like you literally just sprinkled it with sugar the salmon is frozen I I'll be more than happy I'll just take that off your down certainly I can't stand to watch another minute of this thank goodness dinner service is almost over because this place is a joke oh dear got 2 minutes I'm embarrassed I'm amazed you're still open there's no standards in here I don't believe that there's no standards you got a river running outside your patio with salmon in it and you're serving frozen salmon where's the standard then what we do here is not you may be able to manipulate your mother but you are not going to pull the wall over my you're it's nearly 10:00 when many Hotel guests will be thinking of heading to bed but the music concert is just about to start we've been doing this for 20 years we've been playing music I think Gordon's going to like it this is the noisest hotel ever been oh my God I don't do drugs so never thought I'd see a dancing mushroom but I was wrong know who this is I recognize the smell it's like before you tried to relax it's insane Madam please we got into bed and felt something I pulled it up with my foot and it was a pair of underwear dirty underwear oh my God as she I am mortified that is completely unacceptable did you have any interactions with Richard Richard invited us to the back room what in the like the but Hut yes to do what there was marijuana in the back he offered which we did not partake taking guests into the butt room and offer them marijuana it's not a hippie commune it's a it's a large I know I thank you for your time the guest feedback has hit Joanna hard and now she's asked to speak to me alone in you okay my Dy oh I wanted to show you this book it's the building of the lodge and can kind of see what we went through oh wow from the beginning from the Zero yeah that's that's the but Hood actually seriously that's incredible and the kids you know they were all here we grew up here they're they're attached to it it means so much to them now I understand I mean it's clearly your your little Paradise but I don't think it's been Paradise for guests but that's all going to change y wow look at that and they lived happily ever after that was my absolutely beautiful place to go for a swim but there's still one problem I need to tackle to make sure this Lodge has a future it deserves it's time to talk business take a seat um Richard there's a beautiful we're nice the disgusting bed wear all gone and with the blinds guests no longer need to stare down a Rich's butthole but but but the cin room looks like a really classy place now I mean the bed the the Furnishings the lamps it's it's not all that funky stuff I had in there for years oh I love it stunning one last thing I'd like to show you at the restaurant are you ready yep yep let's go we've got some exciting things happening there holy moly welcome to the new Applegate River Lodge menu the menu's small the menu is dynamic and the better the ingredients the less that needs doing to them let's start off with the top shall we half a roasted chicken and a lovely Sage lemon butter sauce next to that the wild king salmon with citronel and grilled lemon and then finally 12 oz New York strip stunning I like it it's simple but it's it's perfect now sit down and enjoy oh my God sh you can just taste the freshness this really good night and day I love this menu cuz it's us have we ever had dinner all together it really hasn't happened yeah coming up Richard you will not believe what I've done with your butt Hut oh with the Davis Family ready to work together and the stunning new changes to the lodge I've got one more surprise for the family that will take this hotel to a whole new level this one you're going to love oh that's so cool wow now this is everything you need to put on a mini music festival for your guests oh what I can't believe it here's the exciting news all of a sudden the lodge has four extra bedrooms oh no oh my god wow yeah that's too good wow coupled with a new outdoor grill so the guests can enjoy a phenomenal barbecue lunch while they enjoy the show now the music business The Lodge of the restaurant will work together and all the elements of the business will be making money to help pay down the debt and keep this place open for decades to come I'm completely excited and ready to start doing music outdoors and I think it's really going to be unfuckingbelievable has this thing ever been washed I don't even like to think of what I'm looking at this is truly disgusting that's not an in it's a disaster two years ago chef and restaurant Ken PES had a dream he bought the river rock in in Milford Pennsylvania a Charming Town nestled in the stunning Pocono Mountains just 2 hours drive from Manhattan it was a golden opportunity the light sh of bomans had come this way but soon after he got the keys the dream turned into a nightmare I was expecting to reach a certain number on room sales and I didn't hit one tenth of that I don't think Kenny has an idea how to run an inn and the few guests that do come are far from impressed there's nothing in the bathroom no shampoo no conditioner soap nothing we have to go out and buy some if I came in I would probably check right back out it was like old it's trying to be cozy but it's not it's hideous if I wanted to stay at my grams I could pack a bag and go stay at my grams I'm not going to a B&B for that if you buy an inn you got to step up and be an in keeper we need to fill these rooms we really do FY financial disaster Ken was forced to move out of his house and into the Inn I said Ken you're making the biggest mistake and he moved in and he turned get a miserable man Ken is now 48 Single Living in his crumbling in and hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt the more the hotel fails $2,868 and taxes that are still go the more controlling Ken becomes he just takes everything out on us to make our lives feel miserable just like his you don't feel very good about yourself as an employee kind of chips away at your sense of self I I don't know what's going on I I told you I'd buy a little time so I's down here everybody's walking on eggshells everybody's afraid to do their job they don't want to get yelled at clip come here yourself everybody threatens to quit it's a daily event yeah things don't get better here I'm definitely leaving you know what you carpet in my ward before okay just check my view look at those bugs and the blue bottle is stain for the week there's like a little Forest of them down here we give these to your cleaner sorry it's like an insect fun truthfully in the fall there was like a ladybug problem you bring an an in guest and oh my gosh there'd be like you know 50 bugs in the room and so Ken and I would take care of that to get rid of the ladybugs for the people to stay um now they've died and look at this here I think that's a cockroach to welcome me on the toilet having a number two I'm just like I can't believe it look at that never had a cockroach committee welcome me on the John let's get out of here well what else is on this floor well this is the owner's quarters and all these bits of furniture here do people literally sit that seems to work well to for Internet service out here okay so this is the Wi-Fi chair yes it really is I'm going to bear that in mind if I need to check my emails it's very sketchy at best okay far worse than I thought through Gordon's eyes I was like wo it's totally neglected now I will uh I'll unpack and get ready for dinner okay welcome to Milford it's a joke had it go it was horrible the place is filthy filthy my first impressions of the Y have been Dreadful at least I can take my mind off things with some TV nothing look at that I knew those shitty hangers by trade yes I am are you not in the Kitchen Tonight uh no I'm not working online so you've retired from cooking somewhat running the past maybe or I'm running the other side I'm just watching all the food and letting and sending everything out it's hard to run this whole place by yourself I have so many years of experience I thought that when he hired me he'd be able to let go a little bit in now way that I could get this job done but he just can't seem to let go um and how would you rate the food 1 to 10 seven or eight and if I asked you to rate your runs out of 10 what would you give them four or five I'm now myself about dinner let's hope that the food is better than the rooms sure the concept of an American beastro serving fresh local food in a country in makes perfect sense but I can't make any sense of this menu oh um so I'm getting a little bit confused cuz we've gone Mexican on the quader we've jumped down to to Thailand and then we G Italian for the calamari what what American Beast yes yeah wow um what would you recommend on the menu we do a house smoke trout I believe that it's a golden trout from uh Northern California comes in Frozen you're recommending that I unfuckingbelievable there is no way I'm sleeping on these sheets tonight luckily I came prepared oh I forgot to turn off the lights oh man that was rough hopefully a sh will wash away the of those awful stains look at this thing me it's like being in Danny DeVito's house a shower come on I feel dirtier now than I did before I got in here free I don't think the staff or the owner have any idea how revolting it is to be a guest here I want you to come upstairs with me I want to show you something place all of you time for a wakeup call good morning good morning these are the guests that have been staying in the hotel now you've all experienced over the last 24 hours a sleepover and what I'm here to do is to help fix this place I can't do it without your feedback my biggest complaint was this morning when I took a shower um I had water up my ankles before I got out my shower head I probably showered from here down cuz the shower head hit me about here there was like bugs on the floor and then I was sitting on the bed and then I saw a bug on the door too I have back problems and this morning it was really hard to get out of bed um just cuz you could feel the Springs the big question for me is that on the back of last night's experience who would stay here again a little raise of hands I probably wouldn't come to stay again really no one thank you very much indeed thank you thank you I hope Ken is starting to see how his lack of effort at the Inn is driving guest away there's one more thing I want to show him if this doesn't wake him up nothing will I'm going to show you something that is pretty horrific come in uh just stand over there please three you glasses on brace yourself Karen oh my goodness I'm disgusting it's awful I didn't even like to think of what I'm even looking at it's like a Galaxy this is foul absolutely foul I'm CH shocked a little bit it's disgusting it's truly disgusting the seeing this makes me sick to my stomach oh dear I don't know what to say I mean I'm just it is a horror show it was horrifying I was thinking how many times have this room even been rented without being cleaned for all that to be there Ken you're running a hotel not place needs to change and change fast yes we need garbage bag at least way to get stuff first up the Inn needs to be cleaned so it's a place fit for paining guests to stay in I put the whole team to said just take it so both their houses are tied into here so if this place fails you have let them down and yourself this entire place wouldn't be here without my brother and my mother's help I want control holy the dad is a stoner hippie I'm not a businessman why are you talking so much I'm going to knock him on his ass and the sons are at each other's throats grow up and turn into a real man you my God and Mom is drowning in debt you owe a million on it yes can I fix a business where they spend more time getting high SM than working it definitely smells of a business that's run by Stoners yeah I know the Applegate River Lodge is located in beautiful Applegate Oregon The Lodges nestled amongst gorgeous Rivers Lush Vineyards and Bast some of the Northwest most stunning views owners Joanna and Richard Davis built the lodge 22 years ago Richard actually designed the the lodge and built it having that much workload a stress is just unbearable once this labor of love was completed Richard decided it was time to take a break and relax for 20 years the couple got divorced so Richard now lives on sight in a hut next to the main Lodge my given name was Richard but at this stage of my life I just go by paw but the Applegate River Lodge it's been a way of life here for my family for about 22 years right now my duties are making sure that the energy that was given to me to Stuart is here on the property at all times and yeah it's pot grab my guitar see where is my guitar while Richard is looking for his guitar back on Earth his ex-wife Joanna is desperately looking for the money to keep The Lodges doors open we could easily lose anywhere from $5 to $15,000 a month just because of lack of business what's going on see I got new reservations coming up what are you doing nothing just screwing it off I actually in my motor home I rented my house out did you need something no I'm just hanging out I don't see the Applegate River lies as a business never have never will all the pressure of running the lodge falls on Joanna's shoulders she had High Hopes her two sons Juke and Dusty would take charge of the business I just totally disagree with what you're doing should be none of your concern there's a big window you don't have anything to do with this godamn restaurant but their constant fighting has gotten in the way my brother and I have a rocky relationship and uh led to fist fights and all sorts of arguments the brothers refuse to work together so dusty runs the restaurant and bar as a separate business I I'll grab you a menu and we can get you something else with his girlfriend and head chef Cammy way too much olive oil on him they turned him back while Duke and his wife Melissa used the hotel's lobby as a concert venue organizing Regular Music nights how's everybody feeling tonight Dusty's a lot more into deadlines and numbers and I'm a lot more into feelings and ideas and Concepts a lot of people say there's too much cos smoke and too much music too much of this and too much of that too much fun that's not my take on it and if that's not enough of a headache for guests trying to sleep Richard holds after hours Jam sessions what time is it 1:1 that music I have had to comp some rooms here at the lodge if it was too noisy for them or they didn't think the room was clean enough e there's spider all over it so gross I've had to cop in quite a few rooms unsurprisingly the Inn is hemorrhaging money dragged down by a co-owner who doesn't treat the lodge as a business and two fighting Sons if I can't get this family working together their business is doomed this Lodge is my life it's a legacy to carry on through generations but the family is so dysfunctional that Gordon's just going to say you know what I can't fix you guys we have to save the business we have to save our family I think Gordon's our only hope my first time in Oregon beautiful countryside I'm on my way to the Applegate River Lodge now if they got a lodge is so filthy Richard so the bedroom's up here right right what in the hell has happened to this carpet I haven't been up there in a while there's more stains on this carpet than inside Hugh hepner's w I can't believe this restaurant is making money the guest must be coming for the view because the food is Dreadful this says grilled salmon with pepper but it tastes like you literally just sprinkled it with sugar the salmon is frozen I I'll be more than happy I'll just take that off your down certainly I can't stand to watch another minute of this thank goodness dinner service is almost over because this place is a joke oh dear got 2 minutes I'm embarrassed I'm amazed you're still open there's no standards in here I don't believe that there's no standards you got a river running outside your patio with salmon in it and you're serving frozen salmon where's the standard then what we do here is not you may be able to manipulate your mother but you are not going to pull the wall over my you're it's nearly 10:00 when many Hotel guests will be thinking of heading to bed but the music concert is just about to start we've been doing this for 20 years we've been playing music I think Gordon's going to like it this is the noisest hotel ever been oh my God I don't do drugs so never thought I'd see a dancing mushroom but I was wrong know who this is I recognize the smell it's like uh my apologies uh I'm sorry please Madam sir we got the honeymoon suite and the bathroom wasn't clean so we you know I cleaned it and it just kind of grossed us out the fact you had to clean the room before you tried to relax it's insane Madam please we got into bed and felt something I pulled it up with my foot and it was a pair of underwear dirty underwear oh my God as she I am mortified that is completely unacceptable did you have any interactions with Richard Richard invited us to the back room what in the like the but Hut yes to do what there was marijuana in the back he offered which we did not partake taking guests into the butt room and offer them marijuana it's not a hippie commune it's a it's a large I know I thank you for your time the guest feedback has hit Joanna hard and now she's asked to speak to me alone in you okay my Dy oh I wanted to show you this book it's the building of the lodge and can kind of see what we went through oh wow from the beginning from the that we went through to get it to this place you understand why I'm so fired up about keeping it and and having it run wow Top Notch and this is this is sort of ground zero this is where it Ground Zero yeah that's that's the but Hood actually seriously that's incredible and the kids you know they were all here we grew up here they're they're attached to it it means so much to them now I understand I mean it's clearly your your little Paradise but I don't think it's been Paradise for guests but that's all going to change y wow look at that and they lived happily ever after that was my absolutely beautiful place to go for a swim but there's still one problem I need to tackle to make sure this Lodge has a future it deserves it's time to talk business take a seat um Richard there's a business meeting okay you're not really involved running the business okay and I think you need to let these guys deal with the business so I would ask you to disappear okay you're a nice guy you're to your music as well perfect I love it that system is going to really change everything we do here Gordon has just he's synced everything up and made this one business it's really what this place has too I love it wow so the room is fresh it's vibrant it's warm and I've had all the carpets cleaned so there are no more stains ooh nice I my curtains are gone my 16-year-old curtains that's nice is it beautiful we're nice the disgusting bed wear all gone and with the blinds guests no longer need to stare down a Rich's butthole but but but the cin room looks like a really classy place now I mean the bed the the Furnishings the lamps it's it's not all that funky stuff I had in there for years oh I love it stunning one last thing I'd like to show you at the restaurant are you ready yep yep let's go we've got some exciting things happening there holy moly welcome to the new Applegate River Lodge menu the menu's small the menu is dynamic and the better the ingredients the less that needs doing to them let's start off with the top shall we half a roasted chicken and a lovely Sage lemon butter sauce next to that the wild king salmon with citronel and grilled lemon and then finally 12 oz New York strip stunning I like it it's simple but it's it's perfect now sit down and enjoy oh my God sh you can just taste the freshness this really good night and day I love this menu cuz it's us have we ever had dinner all together it really hasn't happened yeah coming up Richard you will not believe what I've done with your butt Hut oh with the Davis Family ready to work together and the stunning new changes to the lodge I've got one more surprise for the family that will take this hotel to a whole new level this one you're going to love oh that's so cool wow now this is everything you need to put on a mini music festival for your guests oh what I can't believe it here's the exciting news all of a sudden the lodge has four extra bedrooms oh no oh my god wow yeah that's too good wow coupled with a new outdoor grill so the guests can enjoy a phenomenal barbecue lunch while they enjoy the show now the music business The Lodge of the restaurant will work together and all the elements of the business will be making money to help pay down the debt and keep this place open for decades to come I'm completely excited and ready to start doing music outdoors and I think it's really going to be a great way for the lodge and the restaurant and the music to unite wow now Richard you will not believe what I've done with your butt Hut you ready come and see come and see I joking I haven't touched that thing I was you don't want to go in there it's time for the new and improved Applegate Lodge to open to the public while Dusty and Cammy deal with the meals Duke and Melissa handle the entertainment with their combined effort much needed revenue is coming into the lodge and with the music on the outdoor stage the entertainment is far enough away for guests to enjoy their rooms quiet feels like we're away from everything now that the relaunch is a success I've got to hit the road Gordon it's time for you say goodbye it's been A Slice of Heaven A Little Slice of Heaven serious yeah
