**Review: Eye Level Stand**

I'm impressed with the Eye Level stand. Usually, I'm not big into stands, but after using this one for a bit, I'm very pleased. It's great to have something mounted to your desk that works fantastic for watching movies or doing other tasks on your device.

One of the benefits of the Eye Level is its flexibility in terms of placement. You can mount it to your dashboard, console, or even use suction mounts on your windshield if needed. This is especially useful when dealing with handheld GPS systems or cell phones, which can be tricky to position correctly.

I've found that the universal Mount and individual mounts provided are very solid and work well together. The build quality of the Eye Level stand is fantastic, and the clamp is incredibly powerful – I'm confident it could withstand twisting and turning for a long time.

For the price, I think you're getting a really solid product that works exceptionally well. In fact, I have no problems recommending it to anyone interested in a good stand.

very very well so let's go Ahad and just give you guys a quick tour of it um as you can see here on the bottom see if I can keep this all in frame it's very large stand um you have a very very strong clip you do not want to put your finger in there it is very strong it actually has I'm not sure if you guys can see it but it actually has rubber U now this stand actually will go ahead and mount to pretty much anything so actually um let me just come over here as you guys can see just clamping it on to the edge of my desk just zoom the camera in a little bit um you know you go ahead it mounts on a desk it mounts on quite a few different things um very very well it's very powerful and in addition you can go ahead and just lay it flat like I had it a minute ago now on to the second part of the review which is this long bendy extendable arm and of course that's the technical term for it uh so guys this is actually like the main part of the stand obviously and it's really really pretty impressive um it's going to be hard to kind of show you guys with keeping it all in the shot here but it is very very flexible so as you can see here I mean we can go ahead and you know twist it all kinds of you know bizarre ways I mean really actually I rather like that I think that's that that's the way I'm going to start using the stand um as you can see here is very very flexible um you know really not a whole lot to worry about and it does come in two different SI sizes now I have the 16 in here it does also come in 8 in um depending on what you're going to use it for and I will get into some of the possible uses for it later um depending on what you're going to use it on either could work pretty well um but I have to say the uh the stand is really pretty interesting as far as this arm goes because I mean as you can see here and just kind I could go ahead and set here I can set it fairly high like totally out of the shot I can set low so it does give you a lot of options now let's go and talk about the third part of the stand which is this uh kind of the mount for your device uh so I've taken off my iPod to show you guys here um it's actually pretty welld designed there are quite a few different ones um there are some specifically for the iPhone and iPod Touch there's one specifically for blackberries etc etc um however this is just the universal and the way it works it's pretty simple um basically it just kind of extends here it does have rubber feet so you don't have to worry about anything scratching it up and so I can do this on camera right basically I just pull it down here and there you go it's already mounted um as you can see it works pretty well um obviously in conjunction with the stand see if I can get good this is kind of difficult to keep everything in the shot but um it works really well obviously as you can see here you can swivel it upside down want to do it however pretty much you want um so as far as the stand go is pretty solid uh it does support quite a few devices and in addition to this you also can buy a special version of the ey level which supports the Kindle I believe it's the 6-in Kindle so all in all it really does support quite a few different devices I'm really impressed with you know the just kind of the variety of the stand now as far as the uses of the eye level they're actually pretty impressive so as I showed you the clip will go ahead and clip on to pretty much anything it's very very powerful um so the way I like to use a lot is actually go ahead and clip it on to the edge of my desk and then just using that nice long arm kind of swivel around and then when you're doing that it's it it's basically at eye level when you're sitting at a desk you can go ahead and be runting anything maybe you have a Twitter client maybe you have like an email uh or maybe whatever you can almost use your iPod or iPhone or indeed any smartphone as like a second monitor to your computer it's actually kind of cool um in addition also is a really got a great application for in the car uh so if you have a GPS capable cell phone and I believe actually if you went the uh Universal Mount you probably could even fit some GPS systems in there uh of course they'd have to be a little bit smaller but um it actually does work pretty well um I'm sure most of you guys if you ever you kind of had to deal with trying to mount one of those handheld GPS or indeed even your know your cell phone it kind of gets a little bit complicated you know you're going to have to figure out where to put it um a lot of the time you know it's going to be kind of in the way maybe like one of those suction mounts on the windshield or whatever um with the eye level you can go ahead and put it in quite a few different places uh so if there's maybe a spot where it can go ahead and clamp to your dash like on towards the front of the dash that could work or you can go ahead and mount it on the console um it totally depends on your car but the eye level is really flexible like that so there's quite a few different places that you can use it so anyway guys that's that's it for my review of the eye level I'm very impressed with the stand um you know usually I've never really been too big into stands you know I just hold it or whatever it's not a big deal however after using the ey level for a little bit I really am very very impressed it's great to be able to have this you know mounted to your desk um it's Works fantastic for watching movies obviously you know you're you're depending on the screen size of your device but you know if you're just sitting on your desk you can watch a movie you can do all kinds of really great things so guys if you're interested this will collect something to that you would you know use on a daily basis I do definitely recommend the eye level um everything's very very solid the build quality is fantastic I mean you know the spr I mean the clamp is ridiculously powerful um you know I think you could just twist around that arm forever and the universal Mount as well as all the individual mounts I'm sure will work just as fine as what I have here uh so guys if you're interested you
