The Critique of Apple: A Call to Innovation and Improvement

Apple is indeed a great company, with a great relationship with its customers. They have a tremendous amount of money at their disposal, which has enabled them to create a fantastic system that benefits both themselves and their customers. People love Apple, and it's no secret that many people already know about the company's excellent products.

However, there are still some areas where Apple could improve. One example is why they haven't released black computers in quite some time. The original black MacBook was well-received by customers, and many people would love to see a black Mac Pro, iMac, or even a new Black Mac Mini. It's surprising that Apple has been so reluctant to offer alternative colors for their products.

Another issue with Apple is their mice. The company has had a long history of releasing mice that are not only uncomfortable but also poorly designed. The Mighty Mouse and Magic Mouse were two of the worst examples, in this author's opinion. What's going on with Apple's mouse design? Why haven't they taken any steps to improve it?

Apple needs to take some risks and innovate their products to stay ahead of the competition. They've been relying on the same operating system for years, which has become stale. Even someone who has only used iOS for a month can feel bored with it on certain devices. It's time for Apple to make some changes.

But beyond the need for innovation, there's another issue that needs attention: customer support. This is something that not many people know about, but Apple's technical support is lacking. When customers try to reach out for help, they often encounter a lack of information or unhelpful representatives.

The author had an opportunity to discuss this with some Apple representatives and discovered that the company hasn't published any rewrite speeds for their products. It seems that these figures are not considered important enough to share with the public. However, this lack of transparency is concerning and may be frustrating for customers who need more information about their purchases.

The author also had a question about monitor compatibility. They wanted to know if they could use a 30-inch 2560x600 Dell monitor with their Mac, but were unsure if it would work. The Apple representative explained that the machine only supports up to 25 inches at this resolution, and even then, there was no clear indication whether a single or dual-link adapter would be required.

Despite these issues, the author wants to emphasize that Apple is still doing a great job. They're a fantastic company with excellent products, and many people love them for it. However, by addressing some of these areas, they can improve their products even further and become an even more beloved brand.

In conclusion, while Apple has many strengths, there are also areas where they could improve. By taking risks, innovating their products, and improving customer support, the company can continue to thrive and satisfy its customers.

since the first generation 3 or 4 years with the same boring OS it's gotten stale even someone like me who's been using iOS for about a month is bored with it on certain devices so you might be scared of breaking it my motto is kind of if it ain't broke don't break it but you can still make it better improve upon it just something to think about dear Apple this is something not a lot of people know about your customer support isn't very good your technical support isn't very technical all right thanks for holding there Marquez no problem yeah so I was a to talk to some people about that uh you know since I didn't have the figures on that I thought there might be a chance that it's just something that isn't published that actually is the case on this one we haven't uh published any rewrite speeds you know it's truly not that important when we're talking about those maximum rewrite speed okay I also had one other quick question uh just because of what monitor I wanted to use with it do you know what the the the maximum resolution I could get out of it is if I could use a 30in 2560 x600 monitor see yeah we do have so we do have 25 2560 x600 uh through that Thunderbolt Port only is there a an adapter I could use because I don't have a thunderbolt monitor this is a Dell 30in monitor good question though definitely you know I don't think at that point we're achieving 2560 by 1,600 let's find out for you make sure that that is absolutely right uh it's okay I'll place you back on hold here marus no problem thanks all right marz thanks for holding so yeah it would not work just uh with the single link I do actually have a dual link adapter sweet yeah so did you need to actually get any of these on order today is this still something that you're thinking about at this point um
