Intel Core Ultra: Unlocking Performance and Productivity

Core Ultra is built on the proven platform of x86 with software compatibility, ensuring that your application can run without any issues. This means you don't need a website to check for compatibility, as one of PC's greatest strengths remains intact.

We're expanding our AI efforts to another operating system, and we're excited to welcome John Solman from Google to share his insights on the latest developments in this space.

Let's take a look at some examples of our new AI-powered features. As you can see, this is a new AI-powered feature that we're introducing later this month, and it's available for public viewing today.

This feature is designed to improve productivity, and I'm personally excited about its potential to simplify tasks like email management. The Intel team sent me a long email to prepare for this event, but using the help me read feature saved me a lot of time.

You'll also see the magic editor in action, which allows for advanced photo editing with AI. Whether it's unblurring old photos or making edits on the fly, this feature is a game-changer.

To give everyone the opportunity to try AI on their PC, Intel has released an open-source project called AI Playground. This is a simpl-to-use Windows app with a user-friendly interface that allows you to get started with just one click. It's free, runs entirely locally, and has all the latest capabilities.

Let's take a look at some examples of what you can do with AI Playground. With stable diffusion, you can generate images from text or even other images. The inference runs almost instantly on the Arc GPU, fully local, no Cloud needed.

We're also excited to announce that pre-orders for Lunar Lake start today, and systems will be available on retail shelves starting September 24th. We have more than 80 unique designs across more than 20 top OEMs, many of which are being sold in over 30 retailers around the world. Only Intel can deliver this scale.

nearly 50 different games and we're faster than our competitors best 16% faster than AMD 68% faster than qualcom and that was actually very difficult to measure because 23 games didn't run on the arm processor gaming is more than just performance our investment in drivers and day Zero game compatibility are a huge part of the experience for our customers now we'd like to show a demonstration of the arc GPU in action running on lunar Lake all systems are running the same game Dota 2 we're going to look at performance and power so first up look at lunar Lake versus DMD on the left both are running about the same frame rates but lunar lake is running at about 30% lower power then if you move to the right hand right hand side you'll see lunar Lake versus Qualcomm and lunar Lake's running about 25% faster but at half the power if we do the math Luna Lake laptop delivers 35% More Energy Efficiency than AMD and over twice that of qualcom at the end of the day however we know performance and every one of our engines have been increased in their capability the npu is four times bigger the GPU has added AI extensions and we've doubled the AI throughput of the course xc2 has another trick called XC Matrix extensions we call it xmx which delivers up to 67 top just from the GPU the lunar L GPU is the fastest AI accelerator in a mobile processor ever building on the GPU we also have a new npu nearly four times the performance of our prior gen up to 48 tops other mpus have similar specs on paper but we deliver the best performance by doing more with every top because our
