How to Customize Your iPhone with iOS 10.3.1 and 10.3.2

Introduction

As we are aware, iOS 10.3.1 and 10.3.2 have been released and many of you may be wondering how to customize your device to give it a unique look. In this article, we will guide you on how to do so using these latest versions of iOS.

The iPhone Devices That Can Be Customized

One of the primary devices that I wanted to target for customization was the iPhone 5. Although jailbreaking is not an option with iOS 10, many users may still want to customize their device. Fortunately, both the iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6S, and 6S Plus can be customized with these latest versions of iOS.

Reducing Motion

The first step in customizing your iPhone is to turn on Reduce Motion. To do this, go to Settings > General > Accessibility and then click on Reduce Motion. Once you turn on Reduce Motion, you will be taken to a website that offers various wallpapers to help customize your device. Choose from the different options available and tap on the color you wish to set as your wallpaper.

Choosing the Wallpaper

Once you have chosen your wallpaper, click on the "Save Image" button. After saving the image, head over to your Photos app to find the new wallpaper. Clicking on the wallpaper will give it a single-line preview; you can then click "Apply" to use it as your device's wallpaper.

Customizing Your Dock and Folders

After applying the new wallpaper, you may notice that your dock and folders are not blacked out. To change this, swipe up on Control Center to access your home button. Immediately swipe up on the control center to bring down the phone application. Tap on Home Button to see the app with labels still present. Perform this step again to remove the labels from all icons.

Removing Labels

The next step in customizing your iPhone is to remove the labels from all other icons. To do so, simply bring each icon down and rotate it until you have all your icons without any labels. By doing so, they will stay that way until you decide to turn Reduce Motion off or on.

Conclusion

In this article, we have guided you through the steps of customizing your iPhone using iOS 10.3.1 and 10.3.2. With these steps, you can now give your device a unique look without having to jailbreak it. We hope you found this article helpful and informative.
