Right now, the loaf is whole; the entire loaf is still sitting on the table for us. There's no better time to start than now, and it's going to be a little bit more difficult because we're early, yes, that's part of it. But as the weight comes off and this does get easier, and we get into a more mature market, you're going to be absolutely running away with it because you've done the hard work when it was more difficult.

**Surviving the Tough Times**

You have to survive through in order to succeed; we call it doing the mah in New Zealand. You have to do the work to get the treats. Right now, you have to do the M; you have to do the work of trying to make these businesses work while it's difficult, while the technology is limited, and while you have to do multiple integrations to do basic things.

**The Easier Times Ahead**

Then when things get easier, it's like taking the weight off, and you're going to be able to run away with this. You'll be one of the few people who's actually come out of this AI Revolution better than you went in. So I'm giving you permission right now; I'm actually instructing you: plan your personal branding journey; start it today; start it this week.

**The Importance of Getting Started**

There's no downside to it; no one's going to judge you for making content, even if you're a beginner and not knowing everything. That's something I get quite a lot of - "Oh, I don't want to post this stuff because people will look at me like I'm an idiot." But no one's going to watch your first 20-30 videos; unless you really put a ton of effort into it, you should just be making content for the sake of making content and getting in the habit of getting in front of a camera.

**The Benefits of Consistency**

You have to just go through that, and then you eventually figure out your style how you are on camera who you want to be in the content you want to make. So you just have to start somewhere; you can always private them later; no one's going to watch that first 10 or 20 unless you really nail it.

**The Value of Documentation**

And once you've got to a point where you're starting to see some success and say, "You've got a client result to share," you can post that and then you can archive like half of your old ones. I like okay, I want to hide maybe some of that but all of those videos you shoot; it's so important in this day and age of YouTube and content creation to have that backup.

**The Power of Trust**

Otherwise people don't believe them; they don't see my entire journey and see where I've come from on YouTube, particularly in the AI space. Watch watch my watch my progress, and that actually builds trust with the audience and trust with the people that you're trying to help or sell your products to.

Just start; you can always private them later; no one's going to watch them; who gives a just get started. I promise you there's a completely different life for you waiting on the other side of it by letting people come to you and putting yourself out there.

in on the AI space and particularly where I am right now and why it's particularly relevant and I'm feeling in a bit of a reflective mood so I'm in vasto and on the eastern coast of Italy for Isaiah zimman's wedding and if you guys have been watching my channel for a while you know that Isaiah um was part of my original eight program um over a year and nearly a year and a half ago when first started teaching people how to start through an AI automation agencies I did a free uh free incubator free coaching program for just eight people and lots of people applied and Isaiah was one of those eight and he's gone to run I think he updated me on his business last night I think4 $445,000 for the Ali appointment set offer um last month and now I'm here in Italy for his wedding a person that I met online through this crazy AI stuff by making videos and just throwing myself into it and just a month ago or a few weeks ago I was in Montenegro for jannis Moore's 30th birthday on top of a Hell in Montenegro with a bunch of his friends and having an awesome time so I've been able to have some really interesting experiences recently as a byproduct of coming on to YouTube and making videos and that's really the point of this video I think is that I want to point out just how ridiculously powerful and life-changing personal branding can be so I did online business for 4 years before I got into the stuff that you guys know me for now and I saw some success enough to be able to not go to university for my entire degree we had to drop out to not have to work for anyone else which I was at doing anyway um and enough success that I could live on my own terms or at least struggle um struggle independently rather than work under the heel of someone else but it wasn't until I put myself out there on YouTube in this format which is uncomfortable for me at first has completely completely changed my life and what I want you to all take away from this video and from my story and what I've done is that any of you can do it too and it's something that only those who are brave enough to go and do it and it doesn't even really take that much braver anymore anyone can do it for any business for anything that you need to you're trying to achieve putting yourself out there and making yourself accessible to people to discover you and to hear about your story and hear about your unique experiences and and the things that you are good at uh there's just really no downside to it unless you're trying to do some shady business you need to stay under wraps you need to be putting yourself out there and there's so many benefits to it that you're just going to attract people into your life um that not only can make you more money and make you more wealthy and more opportunities through just lead generation through your your YouTube channel or whatever you want to do I highly recommend you do YouTube um but also you're attracting the potential for New Life paths and new experiences to be brought into your life as well like I wouldn't be sitting here for a little two day three night trip to uh trip to Italy to go to a wedding of someone who was once a student of mine and now I'm meeting him for the first time and some other people from the accelerator as well Ming Ming if if any of you guys know him he used to be a coach at my accelerator too and recently just in monteno with a bunch of guys from accelerator and yanis as well so there's such a a different dimension into personal branding and the benefits it can give you and the form of relationships and I've always been in the game of using business to create a life that an entrepreneurship that I love and that I was doing cool with cool people and that's always been my thing and so the people were really the biggest aspect and those Rich relationships that you can develop with your team and with say my business partner and all of the guys from my back in New Zealand that now work for me the relationships that we have there are by far the best thing I would I would trade every single thing that I have right now to be able to do it all again with them like if it was either you keep all of your money you keep your business and stuff but you have to give up the relationships and friends I've made along the way I would throw everything in the bin just to just to be able to keep my friends to keep the people that I built relationships with and so if you have not already Dove head first into this AI thing I I don't know what more to tell you really like if you want to start an AI automation agency or an AI business and see this as a place moving forward then starting a personal brand and getting on to YouTube and just making video it's very uncomfortable to begin with of course it is and it was uncomfortable for me um but now I'm here I'm sitting just talking to a camera like I'm I'm really talking to a person behind it so it's everything is a skill and there's no reason why any of you can't learn to communicate yourself or or be yourself on camera um you just need to pick one thing and get like good enough at it that you can make a video on it you don't even need to be that good you just need to be better than the majority of people as long as you're like one step ahead of people I've seen a lot of people was succeeding in the in the free community my free school um saying that they're getting leads by just posting the first YouTube video and I looked at the video was showing them how to set up like a relevant AI tool onto a GPT and they're getting leads from it like the bar is so low and there's so much demand for the these tutorials at the moment for business owners for other AI automation agency owners there's a small window of time you have to make the most of this personal branding bubble you could say of where there's so much attention and there's so many people trying to get into it but there's so few people who are prepared to put themselves out there and make high quality content or at least some kind of content so that's where any of you can tap into this and be able to get Leaps and Bounds ahead in your career um with less effort right so you're getting more out of your effort say if you tried to start a personal brand and I don't know the SM space is always one I go for but to start a brand in the personal brand in the SMA space and get the kind of results that that I've had or some of the other guys have is is basically unheard of now it's it's impossible because it's so saturated there's so many people in there um they people who are in there already have achieved such a high level of proficiency that you coming in as a beginner as you're just like absolutely at the bottom of the barrel and why would people watch your content but right now there's myself there's some other guys but there's really still a big gap and in every single Niche and and Specialty for you to come in and and start sharing a story and sharing value and creating tutorials are the best way to start that's how I got my start building showing AI development tutorials no code half the time sometimes I do I do development like custom code stuff as well but you can just pick your rentry point and and just start going I you already know that if you want to start a business and be an entrepreneur that there's no better place to do it than in the AI space right now I don't need to tell you that and if I do then uh gosh like where where have you been like I don't I don't know what other other area of business would be more appealing right now than understanding how you can build businesses in the AI space it's just like unmatched potential in the space right now so either you're on the fence and you haven't decided to jump in yet or you've started one and you're struggling or you're starting one and you're successful and if you're still on the fence um I think you just need to sit there and do the maths like I've had to do the math everyone else who is is in this thing now has done the maths and gone if I have to spend my time somewhere as an entrepreneur what area should I be focusing on and if you come to the conclusion like I have as many others is that the AI space is going to give you their best rur of your time there so do the math yourself have have conviction in what you're doing get in there and actually start one of these business I've put a ton of free content on this channel other people as well there's so much information out there now at least to get a start um and if you're struggling and you've started one and it's it is hard um would you want it to be easy that's something that I asked myself and then also my business partner Josh is like how hard can they make it like what I even why am I complaining about this being hard when would I want this to be easy would I want to look back and look at my life and be like hell yeah like I did that was so easy you know like we just walk through that like a breeze that's not a good story you don't want that for your life you want challenges and you have to overcome them and that's what's going to give you the confidence in yourself to go and do anything else as well like you DAV David Goin calls it his cookie jar and so once you've gone through something tough you now have this cookie jar and when you going through something tough again you look back and said I can do this I've done this this this this and this before so of course it's going to be hard to start one of these um but it it's not like it's not going to be worth it what I'm here to to communicate as well is that it is worth it I completely changed my life by starting one of these businesses and documenting it via personal branding so whether that's starting YouTube channel starting a blog starting to write on medium starting to tweet on Twitter whatever it is there's no downside to this kind of content creation unless you're put taking too much time and putting into it that's going to distract you from the business so it's completely changed my life and I've met so many cool people from it I continue to meet more cool people and I'm sure that down the line this is all going to lead up to something really really incredible as the rate we're growing as a community the free the free community we just hit 30,000 people my accelerator's got a lot of people in there too and it's just so much to be gained by putting yourself out there guys so that's what I really want to point out to all of you and I hope for some of you you start your Channel or you start whatever personal branding platform you you decide to after this and then within a year's time maybe you're in some random part of the world at a at a wedding with some of the people that you met through your personal brand because it's entirely possible and it's it's really exciting and rewarding to be able to meet people and build relationships and then meet them in person and in this case be there for one of their most important days of their life so wherever you are on the spectrum of that I just went through of not sure where to start you've started about you're struggling or you're seeing a bit of success just like keep going it took me five or six years of Entrepreneurship to get to this point in my journey and I've never seen a better time to start than now I when I started Drop Shipping I was getting the crumbs I knew I was getting the crumbs I saw all of these YouTubers like dozens and dozens of these guys all like flexing the numbers and showing how they're doing this this this and
