**The Great Debate: Why I Don't Own a Nintendo Switch**
Hey there, fellow gamers! Today, we're here to talk about the Nintendo Switch and why I don't own one. Now, before you think I'm bashing the console or hating on Nintendo, let me clarify that I think the Switch is an amazing device if you love portability. But, as for me, I'm not a big portable guy. In fact, I'm always looking for ways to play my portable stuff on my television - weird huh? But that's just the way I am.
**My Portable Gaming Habits**
All my portable gaming is done on my Note 8. I've got a huge screen, plenty of power, and impressive graphics. The games available on this thing are pretty impressive, so I don't need a Switch for that. If Nintendo came out with some new cool games that really caught my attention, I might consider buying one. But would I go and buy the same games twice? That just seems stupid to me.
**The Wii U Conundrum**
You see, the thing is, many of the great games on the Switch are also available on the Wii U or a version of it. And that's not enough to make me think my money is worth spending on almost the same game. I mean, if the Wii U was such a terrible machine, why are the games being remarketed and put on the Switch and being a hit? It just doesn't add up.
**My Experience with the Wii U**
In fact, other than my Xbox One, which I play almost every night, the Wii U is the most played console in the house. My children play on it daily, and it's been durable - we haven't had any problems with it. The gamepad thing? Never an issue for me. In fact, I had to do a firmware update when I first got it to fix some connection issues, but that was about it.
**Why I'm Sticking with My Wii U**
So, personally, I'm gonna stick with my Wii U until I see a reason to buy a Switch. And right now, I'm not a big current-gen guy - my current gen stuff is actually on my Xbox. If you own a Wii U and have to play games like Mario Odyssey or some new ones coming out, then go ahead and get your Switch. But keep your Wii U and play your old games there - it's not worth going out and buying the same thing again.
**The Final Verdict**
So, that's my take on why I don't own a Nintendo Switch. If you're still with me after all this, thanks for reading! And if you disagree or have something to say, feel free to comment below. Don't forget to like and subscribe for more gaming content - maybe next time we'll be talking about the Switch itself!

from the Wii U if you're living off your top games and your success is off the Wii U why am i buying an attender switch okay so looking things over other than maybe one or two games I like the Mario Odyssey or or whatever in that category that's kind of cool but it's not enough to make me go out and drop $400 and then another 60 $70 on the game to play one game it would have to be one heck of a game other than that everything that I want to play so far on the Wii U our sorry on the switch is on the Wii U and or a version of it or something like it which is not enough to say hey is my money worth going out and spending on the almost same game no not hating on the switch the switch has done extremely well I think that it's a great console I've not personally played one because I have not had an interest in it not that I'm not interested in newer generation systems I play my xbox 1s almost every night my buddy and I were always playing something online or the be racing shooting whatever the case may be if I'm gonna play stuff such as doom I want to play it on my PC I want to see the game the way it was meant to be played I want to see the features and the graphic capability
