that they tested them and everything apparently we had an issue with one of them where the print came off in the dryer so we tested one and the print got a little messed up in the washer too so like we're freaking out right now we don't know what we're gonna do if you ordered one just please don't wash it we're trying to figure out a solution we're talking in the supplier that we got it from we're gonna figure something out but just in the meantime try not to get it dirty and try not to wash it because we don't want it to get messed up on you we're gonna try to figure out a solution so we don't have to send new ones and I'm gonna wash it on a delicate and see if it gets messed up okay but for now please don't wash it don't wash it we're really sorry we've been super stressed about this we possibly could be but right now we're running I think about three days behind so we're working as fast as we can Nicole stops by and helps almost every day and so do i we're packing as many orders as we possibly can but it's hard to get caught up but we will get your stuff before Christmas if you were in the States if you're international it's up to customs we'll do our best on our run later are saying things about daily uploading being related to youtubers wanting to make more money and I feel like this is something that needs to be addressed a few months ago YouTube actually changed the way that its algorithms worked and now favors daily active users and as you would think there's a correlation those channels that upload daily have more daily active users so those channels are getting pushed to more people and they're getting more views you've probably heard a lot of your favorite channels complaining about not getting enough views not getting their videos pushed to all their subscribers and I think that plays a large factor in why from our side like as creators it has nothing to do with wanting to upload more videos to get more money it's honestly frustrating knowing you have let's say 1.25 million subscribers yet your videos only reaching 10% of your audience now if you go on my channel and you look at my videos when I've been uploading daily for like a streak of let's say a week you'll see those videos have about four times as many views as the videos when I was not uploading in a daily streak the crappy thing about this is now creator burnout is becoming a legitimate thing because these YouTube creators are trying to put out daily content so they can satisfy these algorithms and then they're getting burnt out and making loads of videos about being stressed out like me I honestly didn't really know this that much but I did some ore research about it today and it's obviously cool knowing that I'm not the only one again not complaining but I'm just trying to explain it so you guys know that these guys aren't all doing it for money they're doing it because as a creator you want your videos to reach the maximum possible audience that you can especially when you put a lot of work into a video personally I hope it changes like a year ago YouTube's algorithms work totally different and my videos got so many more views even with less subscribers this whole daily thing really is only favoring brands that have more resources and can put out more videos and it's really killing the creators that make YouTube what it is I'm not talking
