As a grill enthusiast and chef, I'm excited to share with you my experience with Fire Magic's new Echelon Analog Series grills. These grills are backed by Fire Magic's outstanding warranty and made right here in the USA, making them a great option for anyone looking for high-quality grilling equipment.

The E660 model we're reviewing today measures 30 inches wide by 21 inches deep and can grow up to 24 four-inch round hamburgers at a time. The cooking grids are made from solid stainless steel rods, which provide excellent heat distribution and durability. Below the grids, you'll find the perforated stainless steel flavorizing plates that vaporize food drippings back into your food. These plates are very effective and sit above the three different possible heat zones, each separated by stainless steel heat zone dividers.

The name "Fire Magic" comes from the idea of creating a magical cooking experience with these grills. The Fire Magic E660 comes with three cast stainless steel e-shaped burners rated for a total of 99,000 BTUs. Each burner is primarily lit with Fire Magic's red-hot glowing solid-state ignition and has its own secondary ignition through the use of flash tubes. To ensure the quality of these grills, we performed an XRF test on Fire Magic's Echelon series. The results showed that the inside and outside of the hood tested to be 304 stainless steel, as well as the grids, flavorizing plate, cast burner, firebox, and zone dividers. Even the front control panel and everything on the cart were found to be 304 stainless steel.
