years it's kind of the big thing everybody focuses on at these Keynotes but in comparison how little webcams uh have changed during that same period I'm I'm sure I'm not the only one on a bunch of video calls simly every day I'll let you in on a little secret people notice that potato camera that you're connected with on like let's say hypothetically a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air that means the built-in webcam you're using on your laptop it sucks so it's kind of why now there's never been a better time to actually think about the other camera right we think about our phone cameras all the time but you don't think about the camera on your computer and it's time to start I can't tell you how many people actually recognize when you're using a garbage camera on your MacBook MacBook Air MacBook Pro whatever it might be they look bad makes you look bad and people can notice it's a perfect time to upgrade the camera that other people can see uh with one of these so this is the link 2 it is a super Sleek 4K webcam it's got Advanced AI tracking features built in it's got a 2X gimbal you don't generally see gimbals on webcams and I can show you what that does in a sec delivers same great 4K quality at a more affordable price at a compact size both of these are super wellmade they've got compact designs so both have a touch key that sort of acts like a function button allowing you to zoom in uh on the 2C and start and stop tracking functions uh on the link two both are built with privacy in mind as well kind of entering privacy mode within 10 seconds of inactivity on the link to actually will flip the camera down you can physically see that is not facing you and the link Toc has a physical built-in privacy shutter so you don't have to worry about whether or not the camera is on or off and I don't want to go any further in this video without showing the quality uh which is I think that's what matters of the link 2 Series so here you go here it is uh the audio and video here is like directly out of the link to no special microphone lighting kind of any of that stuff and it kind of giv a peek behind the scenes when we film our videos we really use a big camera complex lighting system professional mics recorders all that stuff but this just a webcam we have no extras here no add-ons just really good camera paired with great software uh the link controller with that software you can do a lot of things so I can like jump in here and I could set the boka so right now I've got it to 100 I could drop it all the way down to zero if I want or some degree in between I can do things like background blur if I want turn it all off if I want to do kind of a green screen effect get stuff in the background make things look little cleaner I can do that here as well I can turn on things like portrait mode these kind of things and have that flexibility uh all inside of link controller I prefer the boka look to be honest and I like it up to 100 so not only does the image I think look good here uh this is 4K 30 with HDR uh but also has true Focus which means if I bring something up to the camera and this is kind of like a magic tra it will immediately focus on it so like boom my phone and like it's focused you could see the logo on the back of it boom it's focused so if you're bringing things in you're presenting it's a really kind of awesome way to do that usually that Focus takes like a lot of time you can see it trying to Rack Focus come in come out it's almost instantaneous here you just bring whatever you're trying to show up to the link two or 2C and camera's going to do the rest so use hand gestures like you do at other 360 cameras if I want to turn on AI tracking I just put my hand up LED indicator blinks a few times now ai tracking turn off watch turn a tracking back on my hand goes up and now if I move it follows me and like we've seen that before on a lot of computers it'll follow you a little bit so I want to show this check this out I mean like I'm still I'm still going backwards I'm going hit Alex back here like I'm still in the middle and I am very very far away so I had it El torso if I get closer though it comes right back so obviously that's an extreme example but if you're walking around screen or you're moving uh you are always going to be in Focus I think that's incredibly cool and also incredibly useful if you want to zoom in on a call you don't have to like hunt for the zoom button it also there's other AI things here too I can hold my fingers up it'll blink and I can zoom myself in Zoom myself out it's cool it works uh if I want to do the Whiteboard example too I just give it a p sign hold it up and I'm set over to whiteboard book if you're more of like a Hands-On person you don't want sort of all the AI stuff happening uh there's a button actually on the camera tap it once it'll turn things off then if you double tap it it'll refocus the frame C so really impressed with the of like laundry or boxes slightly out of frame you can set that up too so your dirty laundry is literally not being aired to the world most people know insta 360 from their cameras their action cameras and 360 cameras they we've done videos on them they are the best in the industry for video quality for AI and for sort of all everything that goes into making them work and that AI Tech that's
