**Setting Up OBS with Custom Themes and Widgets**
In this tutorial, we will be setting up OBS (Open Broadcasting Software) with custom themes and widgets to create a visually appealing stream.
First, let's start by making sure our OBS program is running correctly. We want to make sure it fits properly on the screen so that everything works seamlessly. To do this, simply resize the window to fit your needs.
Next, we will add a gameplay capture source to the scene. However, please note that my OBS program recording this tutorial may crash when adding another capture source, so we will move on to the next scene for now.
We are now in Scene 1, and everything looks great. Let's proceed to the next scene.
In Scene 2, we will change the URLs and make sure everything is updated correctly.
Now that we have set up our scenes, let's move on to setting up alerts on our stream. If you want basic alerts like the one shown in this tutorial, click on the guide provided for more information.
However, for this tutorial, we will be adding a widget theme. To do this, go to the top menu and select "Themes," then choose "Widget Themes." Here, you can see various widgets available, including alert boxes.
Select the alert box from the list on the left, as it is the one we want to add to our stream. Since the same theme used in this tutorial does not come with a free widget theme, we will have to search for something that fits within the team and is free.
Let's select the colors red, gray, and white, as they are the same colors used in our scene theme. Then, look for something that you think will work well. I recommend checking out the glow widget theme on the second page, as it looks great.
Click on the glow widget theme to install it. It is simple but effective. Now, go to the top menu and select "Install" to add the widget theme to our stream.
Once installed, test the alert box by going to the in-game scene and clicking on "Follow." If you don't see this prompt, click on "Test Widget" to make it appear, then click on "Follow."
As you can see, the alert box is a bit small. To fix this, click on the alert box and use the pixels on the side and down arrow keys to move it pixel by pixel until it's in the middle of the screen.
Now that we have set up our alerts, let's proceed to the next step.
**Countdown Timer**
In addition to adding a widget theme, you can also add a countdown timer to your stream. This is great for letting viewers know when exactly you will be online and making sure there are people to talk to immediately when you go live.
To add this feature to your stream, click on the guide provided for more information on how to set it up.
**Conclusion**
In conclusion, we have successfully set up OBS with custom themes and widgets. We added an alert box to our stream and even installed a countdown timer to let viewers know when exactly you will be online.
