**Unboxing the Google Pixel**

As soon as we booted up the device, I was greeted with haptic feedback, a feature that provides a tactile experience on touchscreens. The setup process was quick and easy, although I did notice that it only comes with 32 gigabytes of internal storage, which can be backed up to Google Drive for full resolution automatically.

** specs Overview**

The Google Pixel features a Snapdragon 820 1 chipset, which is a quad-core processor, Adreno 530 GPU, 4 gigabytes of RAM, and 5-inch 1080p AMOLED screen. It also comes with 32 or 128 gigabytes of internal storage, nano SIM, Gorilla Glass 4 protection, 20 megapixel rear facing camera, 8 megapixel front-facing camera, NFC, fingerprint support, and a battery capacity of 2,770 milliamp hours.

**Initial Impressions**

The device feels very solid in the hand, similar to the iPhone 7. The screen is bright and clear, making it easy to navigate through menus and watch videos. As I set up the device, I noticed that it already had an update available for Android 7.21, which indicates that the Pixel will receive updates quickly.

**Testing the Battery Life**

One of the main concerns with the Pixel was its battery life compared to the Pixel XL. However, as a test subject, I can confidently say that the battery life on this device is more than sufficient. In my normal usage, I found that it could easily last for a full working day and even go into the next day without needing to be recharged.

**In-Hand Feel**

While the Pixel XL has a bigger screen with a quad HD display, this device has a 5-inch 1080p AMOLED screen. However, in terms of in-hand feel, it feels very similar to the iPhone 7. If you've used an iPhone 7 before, you'll notice that the width and height are slightly different due to the larger screen on the Pixel XL. Nevertheless, the device is still comfortable to hold and use.

**Next Steps**

As I will be using this device as my primary driver for the next couple of weeks, I would love to hear from you if you have any questions or suggestions in the comments section. Additionally, if you're interested in comparing this device with the Pixel XL, let me know, and I'll try to produce a video showcasing their differences.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhi there this is Ranjit and on this video we'll be doing the unboxing of this Google pixel smartphone and I also have the pixel XL and the iPhone 7 so we will also be doing a physical comparison because this pixel regular size is having a 5 inch screen and I purchased this one from Flipkart and the maximum retail price is 57,000 guys but the flip cart is running some offers if you use a credit card or something like that so I'll have links for flip card in the YouTube show notes let's just open this up and again in terms of specs even this pixel has the same specs like the elder brother the camera is also the same but obviously the physical size is different screen size and the battery so this is the phone we'll just keep this to the side and it says let's go some paperwork and stuff we also get the sim ejector tool so we have some paperwork I'll just keep these things to the side for now and we also get a year phones bundled if you're purchasing this in India in other countries we don't get the earphone sir and we also get one extra cable this is USB type 2 USB cable that we get and we also get a USB OTG adapter this USB type-c to USB so you can easily plug in pen drives and stuff and transfers and on this end let's open this up we have a quick charger this is a quick charger specifically for the pixel and this is USB type-c and we get this cable this cable is USB type-c 2 USB type-c so it will be used with this power adapter so we get this extra cable which is handy so let me keep these things to the side so here we have the Google pixel itself and the big thing is that it has that Google assistant so let's just open this up and again I got this one also in the gray color I didn't like the white color variant so this is the device itself let's bring the elder brother this is the pixel XL which is having a 5.5 inch screen as you can see it is considerably wider and let's bring the iPhone 7 and this is the iPhone 7 so as you can see the difference between them it's very close to the iPhone 7 and size though the iPhone 7 has just a 4.7 inch screen but if you hold it I always felt that the pixel X's was a little bit white to hold it is similar to the iPhone 7 plus I would say in terms of width but this one feels a lot more comfortable to hold in terms of build quality again it's similar to the pixel XL metallic back and glass over here let's keep these handsets to the side and let me give you a physical overview on the top we have the 3.5 mm headphone jack again this is made up of metal so build quality google hasn't compromised we have the power of button volume rockers on the bottom we have the USB type-c and one speaker vent and here we have the SIM slot it accepts just a single seven guys and again we have this dual tone finish this is made up of glass we have the fingerprint scanner and this 12 megapixel rear facing camera which is supposed to be really good both the pixel and the pixel XL have the same camera so you don't have to worry about the same and before we continue here is a word from our sponsors this video was made possible thanks to graphic stock graphic stock has the largest unlimited library for graphics photos vectors at images on the internet most website generally charge per image or graphic to be able to use in commercial projects with graphic stock you get unlimited downloads of one flat annual fee and all memberships come with 100% royalty-free agreement in fact if you notice some of the thumbnails that I have been recently using and some of the clips that you see in my videos I have been using stock images from graphic stock to make the thumbnails better and improve the general presentation usually it's a 99 dollar fee for this package with graphics stock but as this is the holiday season graphics stock is offering an exclusive $50 discount go to graphics comm slash holidays or click the link in the description box below to get $50 off one year of subscription again wanna thank graphic stock for sponsoring this video now quickly just booted up for the first time let's just power this on and it gave me haptic feedback and let's quickly go over the setup I'll fast forward that in the meantime let me give you a specs overview this google pixel is part by the Snapdragon 820 1 chipset which is a quad-core processor it has the adrene of 530 GPU 4 gigabytes of RAM it comes with 5 inch 1080p AMOLED screen 32 or 128 gigabytes of internal storage nano SIM it also has Gorilla Glass 4 protection 20 megapixel rear facing camera 8 megapixel front-facing camera it also has NFC and fingerprint support and it has er two thousand seven hundred seventy milliamp our battery and I've just finished setting up this device and though it has just 32 gigabytes of internal storage it can backup your photos and videos full resolution automatically to Google Drive so again as you can see we already get one update that's Android 7.21 that's the beauty of this pixel devices they would get the Android updates the quickest and let's let me just adjust the brightness guys and if we go to about as you can see we already have an update so I will apply that and the one that I have is 32 gigabytes variant let's look at the storage how much do we get out of that 32 and almost about 6.7 GB is sort of used so you will get about roughly about 25 gb of space that is available to you with this pixel again there is also one more variant that comes with 128 gigabytes of storage there is no 64 gigabyte variant for this device and again it's the stock Android experience that you would expect with this device so in my I did test this pixel XL for quite a bit and the performance was really good so have very high expectations the biggest difference between this pixel and the pixel Excel is in terms of screen this one of this Lee has the excel has a bigger screen which a quad HD display but this one is having a 5-inch 1080p both of them are AMOLED and obviously because of the size the battery is a slightly lower capacity that's a 27 70 milliamp hour battery compared to the 34 50 milliamp hour battery on this pixel XL so I really need to test how would be the battery life because with the pixel XL in my experience the battery life that I was getting was really good and it could easily last for a full working day and in my normal usage I used to charge it once every one and a half days I have to see how is the battery life on this one so I will be doing that and again in terms of in hand feel I would say it's very similar to what you would feel with the iPhone 7 it's slightly wider compared to the iPhone 7 if you place it closely you'll notice that the width is slightly bigger on this pixel compared to the iPhone 7 but in terms of hightea again that's also a little bit bigger but as this one is having a 5 inch screen but in terms of in hand feel if you have used the iPhone 7 it also feels very solid that's the same thing even with this pixel so again guys that's it for now for this quick unboxing of this pixel and I'll be using this device as my primary driver for the next couple of weeks so if you want a comparison with the pixel XL do let me know in the comment section and I'll try to produce a video so guys that's it for now for this video and if you're not subscribed to my YouTube channel hit that subscribe button this is Ranjith and I hope to see you in my next videohi there this is Ranjit and on this video we'll be doing the unboxing of this Google pixel smartphone and I also
