So jackets are obviously jackets, what the hell does that mean? Knock knock, I'm Mr. Kate, I'm here, I'll take a look at your place, hi drop by for a while, hello guys! It's fall going into winter and sometimes it's challenging to style around the cold weather, so I'm gonna give you guys some tips that I find helpful when dressing for the cold.

I love these leotards; I have a ton of these from American Apparel. When it's cold out, if you have this area always covered, you won't get a chill. It's got pink and black, that's two colors, okay. I love, love, love bright colored skinny jeans when you're covering up. It's a fun way to have a pop of color in an outfit. If I paired these orange ones with an opposite color like teal or blue, it's one look or I could go sort of more monochromatic.

I have a ton of tights; I love it when it's super cold. I wear them underneath pants and also love to wear them underneath shorts. Leg warmers are cute too; there are so many really nice thick and textured ones like these knit ones. Either leg warmers or knee-high socks are cute, these are over the knee socks, let's see. I live in Southern California, so it's not that crazy cold ever when I do rock the tights and shorts, I usually do like a fun half-a-color type and then just like a more basic cut-off short or something over it.

I also love just like cheap tank tops; Forever 21 is one of my favorite places to get them and get them long so that the covers of your midriff you can wear different lengths of tops over it, which is really great for layering and then for longer sleeve stuff. I love playing with denim; I love to get slightly oversized over shirts because you could wear just a tighter tank underneath blazers and jackets, obviously very important in the fall and winter months.

Jackets to me just mean something a little bit more kind of blousy. This is this army green one which I think is so versatile; I love this one, I will never throw it away. There's also vests people, this is a great vest because it has these kinds of tails that hang out, so I could wear this underneath the jacket and it's just again with the layering but it's sort of a fun play if you're sick of wearing jackets and blazers.

So I'm gonna put some of these outfits together show you guys actually what I'm talking about. So here is the beginnings of my first outfit, you can see I have my really bright skinny jeans on; I just paired them with some little black ankle boots Winston likes them.

is obviously like a spring summer thing i'm gonna half tuck it in i'll pair it with this vest but obviously my arms are free so i need to put on this pleather jacket i think this jacket goes well with this vest because it has the same kind of triangular cut i have the perfect scarf this will make me warm and ready all right on to the next one outfit number two i started out with tights and shorts and i also put on one of my cheap tank tops so that this area is covered i'm gonna stay warm and then i was able to then put on a shorter like a little bit more of a crop top knee-high socks which i just kind of scrunched down and i'm sort of wearing them a little bit asymmetrically i'm going to use one of my structured blazers because i like the juxtaposition of this kind of like rocker look going on and then a sort of structured blazer so i'd probably pair this with a couple more bracelets there you go look number three let's call this lumberjack chic some other fun skinny jeans i put on some nice high boots and this one it has like the three-quarter sleeves the cuffs kind of get to hang out which i think is really cute this is a great way to wear necklaces in the winter because they
