**The Art of Creating Delicious Golf Ball-Sized BBQ Meatballs**
When it comes to outdoor cooking, few things are as enjoyable as firing up the barbecue and cooking up some tasty meatballs. In this article, we'll explore the process of creating these delicious golf ball-sized BBQ meatballs using three different types of meat: turkey, pork, and lamb.
**Preparation is Key**
To start, we need to prepare our ingredients. We've got a selection of flavor combinations that complement each type of meat perfectly. These include ginger garlic coriander for the turkey, apricots and oak for the pork, and rosemary thyme garlic for the lamb. To make these flavors work, we'll be mixing them up with a little bit of salt and pepper.
**Mixing Up the Flavors**
Once our ingredients are prepared, it's time to mix everything together. We'll use a spoon to combine our coriander and garlic into a puree, add some chopped ginger and chili, and then sprinkle in some salt and pepper. Next, we'll take our pork and mix in some dried apricots and oak, followed by the lamb and a blend of rosemary thyme garlic. With all our flavors mixed up, it's time to start rolling out our meat into golf ball-sized balls.
**Rolling Out the Meat**
To get our meatballs into the perfect size, we'll be using a bit of elbow grease. We'll roll each piece of meat between our hands until they're nice and firm, making sure there are no air bubbles inside. This is the most important part of creating these delicious golf ball-sized BBQ meatballs β getting the texture just right.
**Cooking Up the Meatballs**
Once we've got all our meatballs rolled out, it's time to cook them up on the barbecue. We'll place each one onto the grill and let them cook for a few minutes on either side, or until they're nice and caramelized. To get that perfect sizzle, we'll be moving the meatballs every couple of minutes as they cook.
**The Finished Product**
And there you have it β our delicious golf ball-sized BBQ meatballs are ready to be devoured! Whether you're heading out on a golf course or just want to spice up your backyard barbecue, these tasty meatballs are sure to impress. And the best part? They're incredibly easy to make and can be adapted to suit any barbecue setup.
