BEELINK SER 3 MINI PC GAMING TEST -- LGH

The AMD Ryzen Mini PC in Gaming Tests: A Hands-On Review

I recently had the opportunity to test the AMD Ryzen Mini PC, a compact and powerful device that's perfect for gaming on-the-go. I started by setting up my environment and getting familiar with the system.

First things first, let me tell you that this mini PC is fast. It has a quad-core processor and 16GB of RAM, which makes it more than capable of handling demanding games. However, it does require some sacrifice in terms of graphics quality. The game I played, Redout 2, had some noticeable stuttering at times.

But overall, the experience was smooth enough to enjoy. I was able to play for a while without any major issues, and the system handled everything that came its way. Now, on to another game - DAR Desert Rally 2.

The graphics in this game were subpar compared to what I'm used to playing on my gaming machine. But the physics and mechanics of the game made up for it. I was able to enjoy the gameplay despite the poor visuals. In fact, I found that the system's ability to handle custom editing software was impressive.

So, is the AMD Ryzen Mini PC worth it? For casual gamers like myself who are willing to sacrifice some graphics quality in exchange for portability and power, this system is perfect. But if you're a hardcore gamer who requires top-notch visuals at all times, you might want to look elsewhere.

In conclusion, I've had a great experience with the AMD Ryzen Mini PC. While it may not be the best option for everyone, it's certainly worth considering for those looking for a compact and powerful gaming device on-the-go. I'll see if I can find a link to purchase one of these units for you.

WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhey guys thank you for tuning in I just want to let you guys know that I'm happy you're here and this is the second part of that belink AMD ryzen Mini PC in gaming tests now basically what's going on here now is we're just like this is PS2 um and now it's PS2 again but this time it's burnout I can't remember the name of the other game I was running there but uh we know these things are going to work I mean this is a ryzen Mini PC vintage gaming up to PS3 or so is not even going to be a factor I would think I think PS3 and down should be great as we'll see here with some of the games that are running uh one thing I'd like to point out is that I am running a 32 gigs of ram in the box now but that is the only mod I did I don't think the machine should run on uh 8 gigs of RAM I believe is what this one came with uh I'll put a list of the specs of the PC Down Below in the comments but uh straight up I mean a ram upgrade was needed on this model because when this model was purchased by me out of my my own money not sponsored it was actually possibly a year ago so I've been holding out and trying to figure out how I want to go about these videos as we will be seeing in the future I've done well in the past I've done some lower-end mini PCS which actually were great at vintage gaming but I probably wouldn't put them up in the world of the modern gaming like I'm going to do down the road here in this video what I would like to point out is that there is a bunch of new Mini PCS coming to me um gmk uh Tech has reached out and we will be seeing more and more videos on Mini PCS from this different price points and various types of what it can and can't do in gaming and what I want to do there is I want to show people that you don't have to have and of course it all comes down to your style of gaming but you don't have to have the best system to go have fun if you are a vintage gamer then I could recommend some of my $100 units I've tested and I'll have a link in the video uh above to check those out um here we're playing Sonic Adventure and the Dreamcast is absolutely Flawless on this system as again I would not expect anything different now on some other units like a little cheaper yeah they can do it too you may get some audio stutter the game will probably perform pretty good but you may get some audio stutter um Wave Race of course had to be tested because I wanted to see what it looked like one and uh how well it ran and and it was flawless I as a Dreamcast fan I could play these games like this no issues and not turn on my Dreamcast if I didn't want to I don't feel that I'm running an emulation at this point uh especially with x box controllers I do think there's some remapping to do on some games and I just haven't bothered to do any of that uh for example for the Wii at the very beginning when I was uh driving around that is because well one I suck and two uh the mapping on the controller was all wrong so it is what it is so we are now going to move into modern gaming but here's fortnite now what I want to make clear here is I just installed the game and started playing I did not change any settings so whatever the settings are on this is a default install so I'm going to guess it's low is but it doesn't look like I'm running in performance mode and the reason why I say that is the detail is still a little too good for what I would call Performance mode how did the game play in this mode as you can see here it's running pretty smooth so could this game uh game console or or PC Mini PC play PC it really comes down to do you want to be competitive or not could you possibly play fortnite like this and be competitive well if you're one of the best guys on the planet sure absolutely no one's going to stop you but if you're looking for like the fastest FPS and this kind of thing which you'll see I didn't bother doing any of in this and there's a reason I didn't want to do this and base it on FPS I wanted to do this and base it on the experience and and to be honest yeah it's not how I play fortnite but it was a good experience I didn't have any issues now on redout 2 I picked this game for its speed it's it's speed and its craziness and my wanting to show you how I can hit almost every wall in the game that's probably what I should have edited out anyway the bottom line here is there was a bit of a stutter a bit and and overall though it was smooth enough I could enjoy this experience as you can see if you really take a look you'll see the odd the odd stutter there right there for example there is a stutter here in there in this game not saying that it isn't an enjoyable game but I mean in a competitiveness that could cause some issues welcome to DAR desert rally to help you win ring I'll follow my instruction and we'll make itally my ready let's do this part now this game I included for a reason one it was a newer game that I got as a free game from epic keep in mind every game that I'm showing you here is free on Epic or at least was free when they were giving them out as you see here high was not working well it was causing me to over steer under steer and it just wasn't good thing so I dropped everything here to medium now with everything on medium I thought all right the experience has got to be okay but it wasn't as you can see here I'm spinning out I hit a rock I'm inside some bushes like it it it still wasn't in my opinion uh responsive enough on the steering because I've tried to go one way and now I'm going the other way and it's over steering right now so of course I had to make a decision hit the brakes my friend hit them and I went back into the settings and changed everything below now changing it all to low this is where and I this is why I wanted to include this game we just seen it on high it was playing it but in my opinion it wasn't good in medium still wasn't good on low how does it game work on low so here we go we're on low now we're going and I'm in the cockpit and and now you can see the crappiness of the game on you can see that it doesn't look as good as it did is it playable oh absolutely at right up here I start twitching back and forth on purpose the the steering everything is perfect everything is back to normal but there's a butt to everything here guys look at the graphics now so here's where I say is it a great experience it's a good experience and if you were going to want something just to do some gaming not a competitive person you just wanted to have something cool it can do all your windows environment it can do it very well actually it can do editing you can do whatever you want on this PC it's got enough power to to do whatever you need but gaming is a huge thing for people to pass some time and I wanted to just point out that you will have to make some sacrifices and in this case with this game it's the visuals but the game became fun and it was enjoyable and I got to play it for a while and I'm happy I did because I never tried the game yet I like the physics I like the mechanics I think it's a pretty cool game but I had to take the enjoyment of my Gra Graphics of what I'm used to playing on my gaming machine but guys that doesn't mean that this is not for you and it could mean that it isn't for you it's it's one of those things where you go I can deal with this doesn't bother me that much and I'm just a Casual Gamer and I can play AAA titles may not look as good as I want them to and if you're a single like a single player kind of guy then this system is perfect anyway guys I want to thank you all this is a really nice little PC I'll see if I can put a link for it but I think they are discontinued as of this point but anyway thanks for watching and guess what guys game over
