probably wondering you may have figured it out but two cars that are about to leave the channel and the country forever are the amazing super chfo Evo 2 Lamborghini Huracan and the 570 GT4 are gone now we bought these cars in cash they're a ton of fun we love them but we don't have the time to really enjoy them it's too much to take the whole team out of the shop there's a reason why the F was behind yeah we distract Mike all the time track days well fun they don't benefit the goal what we're doing those cars Unfortunately they have to go going to a great place to track in Mexico City sounds like it's going to be a hell of a journey to get there let's do a little walk back in memory when we first got the trao and the GT4 because race car so this you guys is the real super trao and it's the Evo 2 and look at these rear quarter p channels holy shnikes oh no no oh no no oh the race car check it out a whole roll Damon called me and wanted me to come here to surprise you with your I just brought in like three pallets of DD merch to stock our store which is also right now a vendor here is measuring the walls to get some stuff stuff yeah some stuff some stuff so right now they're going to fill the Cars full the stuff because all the spirits have to go with this truck and should to Mexico oh I don't think they have enough room for everything that's a problem Tim there's like 20 wheels don't think oh okay these cars are bought and paid for fail sale Money's been wired like done that's why I didn't even drive the car out of the garage you don't own it anymore you don't own it you don't want all of a sudden to go wrong and then n it's on you but he was sharing some stories earlier about what it takes to get him down there it's actually terrifying I had to blur his face in this video he told me he's like hey but don't put my face on there because yeah like it's what you see in the movies is based on true stories based on true stories and I want to be part of that true story bright car going across the border well when they get across there's a certain part he mentioned a city they put it in Clos for the areas you don't want to show the oh okay like you don't want to drive around with like that on a trailer like it just you going get the wrong attention and you're not going to be able to make it he used to do races in Mexico we did Tiana Grand Prix Rosarito and anata Grand Prix and this was in like late '90s you drive with open trailer like we had a dotson 510 race car and we got pulled over for not using our turn signal even though it's only two lanes we' been in the right lane the whole time but the guy just wanted money he's like it's 50 bucks per person the driver was like well it's only me that was driving he's like no 50 bucks per person yeah don't just the way the way things are down there right now is this car is about to leave this room's empty the huracan's already gone these cars are gone there's nothing over here just a Sena so we got to drive the center then I mean I mean there's nothing else well we actually do need to buy more cars cash out of some cars and do okay on them but now it's time to buy more cars the market is like that it's like Buy Low sell high like you got to time it and that's what we're working on being smart with our money right now the money from these cars will finish the F12 but then the money from the KB 43 car and the other vehicles we sold we haven't told you about yet we'll go towards other projects actually have more cars looking at this week buying cuz dude some cars right now I'm looking at prices I'm like bro like like half during what they were during Co that's crazy if you buy a Huracan right now yeah 150 160 really yeah for a higher mileage one yeah but still like you couldn't get them for under 200 no no no no they were like like a mild hurac is like 250 at its peak yeah 570s 12 C's 650 s's uh 4 458 were double but I'll show you guys some of the merch I mean they're just in boxes but just the scale of what our store will look like as far as how much stuff we'll have in there L man's leaving literally today's one of those days where everything's happened all at once like multiple things are happening I'm watching memory cards back and forth trying to figure out what videos what so much happening here's the good news here's our merch all this look at you have in the ceiling projectors going be shining over here you walk in you have a vlog plane we have cars on display just to have merch here the cars on display where people can come in buy stuff and uh just be here at the HQ and check everything out it also like we don't want to waste the square footage when right now it's dumb like we have this huge building you jent would D when are in town you just you're in the shop the bathroom yep you don't go in the offices you don't go in these areas so we're literally using as much space as we used at the old HQ that was the third of the rent but after having the amazing event we had with the block party having the gentleman that came by and the Corvette doing like all that crazy we're building that car community so it's like hey come here have a good time pron you guys as well can come bring your cars after you s a waiver yes yes it's California and when you're invited oh yeah yeah show up don't just show up we have curated so that's it that's the update on the store I won't probably mention much more about this until it's actually built up because I've been talking about this blank room for so long your board un board let's just time best part is I to stare and watch and not have to put my hands on it I will miss this car though I mean unfortunately had one track day with it and didn't really get a chance to really get to know it but that's okay we're going to have new and crazier things and I I can definitely see Dam and I buying more track cars in the future there's lots of options like the lmp3 race car there's such a bargain for what you get it's just a definitely a different level of driving like this is a 570 with a few add-ons but it feels like you're in a car the lmp3 car feels like you're in a coffin all right McLaren loaded now time for the super to fail final cold start here at the daily driven Exotics headquarters Compton California then uh yeah obviously doesn't have much steering angle yeah you have to do a shuffle well you got it on there it's chaos chaos on the Block the clutch is so touchy on this it wants to party it want yeah and uh this is the Beast of a car by the way Beast of a car Beast of a car and and if you let go the clutch a little too much I didn't want to run into the McLaren I was worried about hitting the McLaren let's see how much room you had how much room did I have oh 4 in oh I'm good you got a little bit of the uh chain here on the front lip on the uh wrap that's you know that buff out but it's on there and there you have it you guys both the cars are loaded it's bittersweet it feels good to sell something cuz obviously things cannot sell and you're stuck with it but at the same point all these memories you know Damon had so much fun in his super Chapo 2 at luga racing it competitively that Adrenaline Rush he had and I I know this is hard for him but it is for the greater good of the channel and for you guys to finish the F12 and like I said earlier we're going to buy more cars and more cars we can Street drive race cars are super cool they're bad but not being able to Street Drive is a huge limit manufact it's one of those things we'll buy them when we can afford to buy them and not need them from the content perspective just to have them cuz they're cool so with that we say goodbye three cars are now gone and I mentioned a bunch of times we're buying new cars I found this car that here right now on Facebook Marketplace and it is an absolute steel and it has a really cool Livery so right now we're going to check it out and see if we doing some stuff over there so right away I noticed a few things has all the carbon on the sill here nice and gloss but the really rare spec on this car is Ceramics a lot of these has steel brakes on them now do you have the slides you do so this is a 12 this is a 12 yeah so this is the only year McLaren owners didn't like the sliding and every passenger that gets in my car doesn't like the sliding I pretty much have to open the door for them every time uh it it works good unless it's raining it's a cool gimmick that's all it is it's a great gimmick let's look over the car real quick youve got obviously the wheels with carbon barrels the dime mags we actually have those on we had them on the 720 we still have them not being used currently very expensive wheel yes I mean great wheel solid I mean I've hit some nasty potholes in them that's the one thing I was worried about before I bought them you know them to shatter yeah exactly i' I've taken them on the track with these wheels and uh besides a couple Rock chips here and there I mean it's just it's a race car you know that's why it's wrapped like this I like it you know the Livery is super iconic it has obviously aftermarket exhaust yeah so this is voodoo designs custom Center exit they delete the ugly bars and the weird shaped exhaust tips this makes it look a little bit more modern and uh it's a full straight pipe it's got intake fuel system so it's on 85 right now oh it is how much power you making right around 700 I've heard this yeah 68700 now I had on my mp412 SE if you guys remember I had the they called it a volcano exhaust it was fi and Simco I think it was that made the panel basically the came out here exactly so was super cool cool fact lots of options for this car and here's the thing here's why I'm looking at this car today I've had this car I love it I love McLaren it is a super car not a sport car and it's cheap the Market's complet completely falling apart on cars like this right now Drew has it listed asking price on Facebook Marketplace for $80,000 $80,000 for this the doors go up twin turbo V8 it's a super car it's got a carbon chassis like that is so much car for the money when this car was new I think they were like 250 back in 2012 12 years ago yeah the sticker on this one was 270 new damn so for what you get I don't think you can beat it one thing I also did um is I deleted the ugly couple I don't know what they would call but the front grill that looked really dated I deleted it myself and uh it looked slightly better one thing a lot of people always say with the 12 SE is you should do the 650 front end but 8 Grand for headlights alone plus the panels and then everybody thinks it's been in a wreck afterwards it's just it's not worth it you know what I do appreciate McLaren's very first road car yes they made the F1 it wasn't their engine they made the SLR it wasn't their engine this is the first time McLaren built a chassis a body and an engine all for a street car and I remember the videos they had Lou Hamilton driving this car it first came out yeah super cool cool and iconic right think about what McLaren's done since 2012 right now look at McLaren and F1 they're killing it oh yeah's won some races it's doing really good M's also right now doing tons to grow their brand if you go into a clothing store they're doing so much licensing M merge MC clothing with designers and all that so I think you'll see a lot of big things coming from McLaren the challenge now is everything's going hybrid and electric which depending on who you are depend if you're nerd or not yeah but uh let's look at the inside the interior is stock yeah like nice very comfortable seat let's get in this thing ah oh I love the 12C so many amazing memories in this car now like a modern McLaren it has all the same track functionality you have your handling you've got your power mode being normal Sport and track just like a modern 720 or 650s still do the same technology this car also features the hydraulic suspension this car is handle amazing like I said for $80,000 it is so much car let me ask you a question yes how's reliability been I've put 25,000 Mi on it and I've only had to do oil and Spark W so I did recently do like clutch and trans before the last Track event but I've had replac the transmission no uh fluids my bad oh my God fluid no do I did the transmission no just you know some light work there no uh just just fluids and uh spark plugs it's been like bulletproof can we go for a drive real quick hold on we going to do the old seat belt thing here my friend's like were you going n he knew by the way these burn out in these cars huge money for this panel right here it's like 12,000 the dealer yeah I've never had them burn out one thing I did to help protect them is I have soft closed door latches really from a Tesla yeah they they plug right in McLaren familiar beef yeah it's it says the keys in the front luggage bin it's right here they all do that yeah it's my 65 LT the key half time wouldn't recognize it mik Hall at August luxur Motor Cars once lost the key to a 12C it was the only key I had to go to the dealer it was 12 G to replace the ECU for the key oh my God so don't lose your key yeah I I only have one so yeah these cars don't feel that exotic when it comes to the price but they do when you have to repair them well do a clut feels good you can tell a lot from the passenger SC of these cars the brakes don't really wear a a brake shutter in this car the brakes work or they don't work on carbon ceramic which is nice they also don't really wear out what will kill them is if your pad runs low and it goes metal on carbon camic they're garbage Each corner is about $6,000 all right let's feel the power holy sh all right that's good they're not slow so we're on E85 right now yeah we're on E85 right now so like I said around 700 wheel it keeps up pretty well with my Mustang and my Mustang makes 930 so it it hangs in up until the top end it's it's pretty quick I mean again for the money that's one thing I keep explaining to people it's like it doesn't have the best looks in my opinion compared to modern day McLaren but dude the performance for 80 grand oh dude so in perspective for you guys my last mp412c I had in 201819 when I sold I sold for $140,000 D $60,000 more than this one it had a lot more mileage on it you had 40,000 Mi I had 60,000 Mi on it I had issues with the headlights leaking uh but other than that I just drove it but you have to drive these cars that's the biggest thing we're talking about off camera is like you have to drive it if this car sits for a year you want to go for a drive you're going to have tons of problems things wear out ecus get confused another issues cars had was the ground for the engine to the chassis runs through the carbon tub and they get frail over time they can fail when they're fail the cars are right off so you have to watch for how do you tell well it has a bunch of errors and the can't for where the problem is you buy a car has a bunch of lights on the dash chances are it's probably that this car also calibrates itself so when it's parked on a flat surface you'll hear it and watch it go and it's trying to find his balancing point it's really cool there's an accelerometer in each corner of this car that makes microc changes to the dampening of the car based on the driving condition so it's a phenomenal track car I think when this car came out it was competing with like a 458 and a gyo like this car was so far ahead of his time well that's one thing that I read before I bought this car is McLaren wasn't uh building a car to compete they built the car to Excel and and beat everything and that's why even to this day a stock 12C keeps up if not beats like a stock Huracan again you can't get for $80,000 what's in that price range right now not much may I don't know like a red eyee or Corvette or something all that stuff but yeah but it's not super car for a super car yeah I mean what gen one R8 gen one R8 gen one gyo maybe you're not going to get a 458 for for 80 grand you're looking at like maybe maybe a 430 with high miles on it but you're not going to get the performance of it so phenomenal car we're going to go for a bit of a drive chat about it and see if this is the car that comes in the channel next because right now I'm sold remember the video we made looking at McLaren's and the car that you actually likeed I found one it just went for a test drive it's cheap that he has to beay tax on it so Tim got a tax bill we G him some money for his tax bill I don't like the IRS but he had to pay tax and the M the tax bill so it did cost him some money M we can't just give Tim 80,000 100,000 car but we can give him a raise to cover a payment which we've done Tim's actually almost doubled his income since he joined us so it's Tim's choice if Tim wants to buy this car Tim can afford it let's really up to Tim on that I want to clarify that cuz sometimes he'll say buy him a house buy him a Ferrari well if I bought him a $200,000 car he's going to get a tax bill on20 Grand which the median tax rate would be $61,000 I'd be uh as the kids say cooked yeah however however Tim right now this car is asking 80 grand for he's asking I get him down to 70 no problem h 70 grand if you put down 20% so what's the math on that 20 $14,000 cheap Che that right did I math right on that I did that was really impressive you did a good job how the hell did I do that I don't know you did a good job blacked out what the so you put down 14 Grand yeah right you'll be financing $556,000 probably like 1,400 bucks a month that's not bad then roll on a 12C our Shady mechanic had a 12C that's true you deserve one we don't know if it was actually well allegedly I think this would be a really good first superar the only word of caution is maintenance is more insane but you work for DD and we have access obviously to fixing things we can get parts cheaper and we know people and we know people so the thing with this car and why I think it'd be good for Tim cuz the doors go up the doors go up want to impress the ladies he's a real aggressive the girls it's uh that has never happened uh the truth is is that you drive a lot I do this car he's put on 20,000 Mi on it since he bought it no issues has 40,000 mies on it now if you continue to drive the car and do the basic maintenance you'll have no problems this car can't sit okay so if we buy this car or you buy this car it has to be driven and that's why I think this be a great option for Tim 200,000 mil 2 years no problem what's Wild is right now if you buy a brand new McLaren you get threeyear unlimited mileage warranty really cuz they know people don't people don't drive them the average person buying a super car doesn't drive them for a lot of reasons I they don't want to depreciate the car they don't have time they're so busy in their companies and their business of their job they don't have time to do rally things like that they got to pay for their car payment I'll take that challenge is this something that you consider I think so this is a really good option actually I bet you I could get this car for 70 grand should we do some live negotiations but what would you pay for this car right now if you get if I could get this car what would you right now say if I get this car for x and be serious don't say 10 grand but what would be like something that you would be a comfortable paying for this car your number was pretty good I'm not going to lie we could test the waters a little bit yeah let's let's let's give him a little challenge let's give him a little bit of a good cop bad cop buy this car and I was like well yeah you could here's the numbers on it you can afford it right this car would cost him probably less than $1,000 a month but he has to get a proof of financing so what we're going to do it now in the real estate world is called subject to financing okay so we're make an offer right now okay subject to financing so the offer will expire in 72 hours subject to financing what does that mean it means you can get out of it if you can't get financing so if the bank say no to you then the deals off so that way you're not making a deal and wasting his time he exhaust so Wheels exhaust intake it's pretty much full Bolton E85 you could run 91 as well well is it is it Flex or uh you have to change Maps oh so yeah so I have five different Maps I have 91 91 with burbles E85 E85 with burbles and then a ballet mode okay so it's on E85 right now it makes right around 700 wheel Oh shoot that's pretty sick oh it's it's it's pretty quick yeah I love this car if I wasn't getting a different car I would keep this car you ready y I'm ready all right first gear oh oh it's pretty fast it's I think it's fun for a little bit oh yeah it did yeah it's spun on these tires it'll spin through first a little bit of second I mean the traction control does its best but yeah know yeah it's uh it it's definitely powerful that's for sure for a twin turbo you know small leader V8 it's it's pretty nuts so it's on E85 right now yeah E85 right now fully 85 yeah that feels like about 700 it's fast I've beaten svj in the thing I've beaten hurac yeah McLaren does really good with their traction and their shift programming traction Shifting the power to weight I mean it's it's for the price it's it's crazy yeah it's like you can't really get another you know super I'm rebuilding that got caught in a fire so we're doing some stuff over there so right away I noticed a few things has all the carbon on the sill here nice and gloss but the really rare spec on this car is Ceramics a lot of these has steel brakes on them now do you have the slides you do so this is a 12 this is a 12 yeah so this is the only year McLaren owners didn't like the sliding and every passenger that gets in my car doesn't like the sliding I pretty much have to open the door for them every time uh it it works good unless it's raining it's a cool gimmick that's all it is it's a great gimmick let's look over the car real quick youve got obviously the wheels with carbon barrels the dime mags we actually have those on we had them on the 720 we still have them not being used currently very expensive wheel yes I mean great wheel solid I mean I've hit some nasty potholes in them that's the one thing I was worried about before I bought them you know them to shatter yeah exactly i' I've taken them on the track with these wheels and uh besides a couple Rock chips here and there I mean it's just it's a race car you know that's why it's wrapped like this I like it you know the Livery is super iconic it has obviously aftermarket exhaust yeah so this is voodoo designs custom Center exit they delete the ugly bars and the weird shaped exhaust tips this makes it look a little bit more modern and uh it's a full straight pipe it's got intake fuel system so it's on 85 right now oh it is how much power you making right around 700 I've heard this yeah 68700 now I had on my mp412 SE if you guys remember I had the they called it a volcano exhaust it was fi and Simco I think it was that made the panel basically the came out here exactly so was super cool cool fact lots of options for this car and here's the thing here's why I'm looking at this car today I've had this car I love it I love McLaren it is a super car not a sport car and it's cheap the Market's complet completely falling apart on cars like this right now Drew has it listed asking price on Facebook Marketplace for $80,000 $80,000 for this the doors go up twin turbo V8 it's a super car it's got a carbon chassis like that is so much car for the money when this car was new I think they were like 250 back in 2012 12 years ago yeah the sticker on this one was 270 new damn so for what you get I don't think you can beat it one thing I also did um is I deleted the ugly couple I don't know what they would call but the front grill that looked really dated I deleted it myself and uh it looked slightly better one thing a lot of people always say with the 12 SE is you should do the 650 front end but 8 Grand for headlights alone plus the panels and then everybody thinks it's been in a wreck afterwards it's just it's not worth it you know what I do appreciate McLaren's very first road car yes they made the F1 it wasn't their engine they made the SLR it wasn't their engine this is the first time McLaren built a chassis a body and an engine all for a street car and I remember the videos they had Lou Hamilton driving this car it first came out yeah super cool cool and iconic right think about what McLaren's done since 2012 right now look at McLaren and F1 they're killing it oh yeah's won some races it's doing really good M's also right now doing tons to grow their brand if you go into a clothing store they're doing so much licensing M merge MC clothing with designers and all that so I think you'll see a lot of big things coming from McLaren the challenge now is everything's going hybrid and electric which depending on who you are depend if you're nerd or not yeah but uh let's look at the inside the interior is stock yeah like nice very comfortable seat let's get in this thing ah oh I love the 12C so many amazing memories in this car now like a modern McLaren it has all the same track functionality you have your handling you've got your power mode being normal Sport and track just like a modern 720 or 650s still do the same technology this car also features the hydraulic suspension this car is handle amazing like I said for $80,000 it is so much car let me ask you a question yes how's reliability been I've put 25,000 Mi on it and I've only had to do oil and Spark W so I did recently do like clutch and trans before the last Track event but I've had replac the transmission no uh fluids my bad oh my God fluid no do I did the transmission no just you know some light work there no uh just just fluids and uh spark plugs it's been like bulletproof can we go for a drive real quick hold on we going to do the old seat belt thing here my friend's like were you going n he knew by the way these burn out in these cars huge money for this panel right here it's like 12,000 the dealer yeah I've never had them burn out one thing I did to help protect them is I have soft closed door latches really from a Tesla yeah they they plug right in McLaren familiar beef yeah it's it says the keys in the front luggage bin it's right here they all do that yeah it's my 65 LT the key half time wouldn't recognize it mik Hall at August luxur Motor Cars once lost the key to a 12C it was the only key I had to go to the dealer it was 12 G to replace the ECU for the key oh my God so don't lose your key yeah I I only have one so yeah these cars don't feel that exotic when it comes to the price but they do when you have to repair them well do a clut feels good you can tell a lot from the passenger SC of these cars the brakes don't really wear a a brake shutter in this car the brakes work or they don't work on carbon ceramic which is nice they also don't really wear out what will kill them is if your pad runs low and it goes metal on carbon camic they're garbage Each corner is about $6,000 all right let's feel the power holy sh all right that's good they're not slow so we're on E85 right now yeah we're on E85 right now so like I said around 700 wheel it keeps up pretty well with my Mustang and my Mustang makes 930 so it it hangs in up until the top end it's it's pretty quick I mean again for the money that's one thing I keep explaining to people it's like it doesn't have the best looks in my opinion compared to modern day McLaren but dude the performance for 80 grand oh dude so in perspective for you guys my last mp412c I had in 201819 when I sold I sold for $140,000 D $60,000 more than this one it had a lot more mileage on it you had 40,000 Mi I had 60,000 Mi on it I had issues with the headlights leaking uh but other than that I just drove it but you have to drive these cars that's the biggest thing we're talking about off camera is like you have to drive it if this car sits for a year you want to go for a drive you're going to have tons of problems things wear out ecus get confused another issues cars had was the ground for the engine to the chassis runs through the carbon tub and they get frail over time they can fail when they're fail the cars are right off so you have to watch for how do you tell well it has a bunch of errors and the can't for where the problem is you buy a car has a bunch of lights on the dash chances are it's probably that this car also calibrates itself so when it's parked on a flat surface you'll hear it and watch it go and it's trying to find his balancing point it's really cool there's an accelerometer in each corner of this car that makes microc changes to the dampening of the car based on the driving condition so it's a phenomenal track car I think when this car came out it was competing with like a 458 and a gyo like this car was so far ahead of his time well that's one thing that I read before I bought this car is McLaren wasn't uh building a car to compete they built the car to Excel and and beat everything and that's why even to this day a stock 12C keeps up if not beats like a stock Huracan again you can't get for $80,000 what's in that price range right now not much may I don't know like a red eyee or Corvette or something all that stuff but yeah but it's not super car for a super car yeah I mean what gen one R8 gen one R8 gen one gyo maybe you're not going to get a 458 for for 80 grand you're looking at like maybe maybe a 430 with high miles on it but you're not going to get the performance of it so phenomenal car we're going to go for a bit of a drive chat about it and see if this is the car that comes in the channel next because right now I'm sold remember the video we made looking at McLaren's and the car that you actually likeed I found one it just went for a test to get a tax bill on20 Grand which the median tax rate would be $61,000 I'd be uh as the kids say cooked yeah however however Tim right now this car is asking 80 grand for he's asking I get him down to 70 no problem h 70 grand if you put down 20% so what's the math on that 20 $14,000 cheap Che that right did I math right on that I did that was really impressive you did a good job how the hell did I do that I don't know you did a good job blacked out what the so you put down 14 Grand yeah right you'll be financing $556,000 probably like 1,400 bucks a month that's not bad then roll on a 12C our Shady mechanic had a 12C that's true you deserve one we don't know if it was actually well allegedly I think this would be a really good first superar the only word of caution is maintenance is more insane but you work for DD and we have access obviously to fixing things we can get parts cheaper and we know people and we know people so the thing with this car and why I think it'd be good for Tim cuz the doors go up the doors go up want to impress the ladies he's a real aggressive the girls it's uh that has never happened uh the truth is is that you drive a lot I do this car he's put on 20,000 Mi on it since he bought it no issues has 40,000 mies on it now if you continue to drive the car and do the basic maintenance you'll have no problems this car can't sit okay so if we buy this car or you buy this car it has to be driven and that's why I think this be a great option for Tim 200,000 mil 2 years no problem what's Wild is right now if you buy a brand new McLaren you get threeyear unlimited mileage warranty really cuz they know people don't people don't drive them the average person buying a super car doesn't drive them for a lot of reasons I they don't want to depreciate the car they don't have time they're so busy in their companies and their business of their job they don't have time to do rally things like that they got to pay for their car payment I'll take that challenge is this something that you consider I think so this is a really good option actually I bet you I could get this car for 70 grand should we do some live negotiations but what would you pay for this car right now if you get if I could get this car what would you right now say if I get this car for x and be serious don't say 10 grand but what would be like something that you would be a
