SPECIAL EPISODE OF AMY'S BAKING COMPANY _ Kitchen Nightmares FULL EPISODE

Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmare Experience with Amy and Sammy

During the filming of an episode, I had the opportunity to work closely with Gordon Ramsay, one of the most renowned chefs in the world. As he would soon discover, I have a very different approach to dealing with criticism than what he is accustomed to. When my husband Sammy calls me with some news about the restaurant, and I tell him exactly what I think of it, he doesn't really want to share that plate with me as I don't really want to hear it because my wife's food is excellent, everybody loved my wife's food. He knew that telling me each plate was getting sent back would be like pouring water on a fire and I'm not going to stop how then I will be a pansy and I'm not a pansy.

The reason Sammy didn't want to tell me about the feedback is because he knows that I would react poorly to it. He tries to shield me from criticism, but I'm afraid that's not possible when you're dealing with someone as passionate as myself. People love us because we stand together and we are united. We will fight to the death for each other. No doubt if anyone comes to attack us, I'll be like a fierce lion, I'll attack anybody who is coming to try to hurt my husband or my business.

It's been noticed that after the restaurant closed down due to negative reviews from people on Yelp, customers started returning and were surprised by how good the food was. It showed that people love our cooking, but they only came in when they heard about it online. I believe this is because some of these Yelp users are not honest people who will say anything just to get a reaction out of you.

One thing that really got my goat was when Gordon Ramsay tried to control the narrative by saying that my husband and I were "psychotic lunatic" types who would scream at customers if they didn't like their food. This couldn't be further from the truth. My husband and I are not people who will make you wait an hour and a half for your food, unless you're trying to test our patience. We're not going to throw you out of the restaurant, but we will definitely give you a piece of our minds if you come in here with an attitude.

Gordon Ramsay also made a comment that my wife's baking company was "excellent" and that everybody loved her food. I have to admit that he is right about that, but what he didn't understand is why people were being so cruel online. My husband and I sit back and laugh at some of the things that are being said about us because they're just too ridiculous.

As for my message to Gordon Ramsay, I want him to know that we appreciate all the respect he has shown towards us in the past. However, this latest experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I want him to really put the truth out there and give us a chance to make things right. If he's not going to do it, then I don't think he should be in the business of helping restaurants and families.
