**A Deepcool B2 Review: A Smooth and Impressive Experience**
I was quickly impressed with the Deepcool B2, a CPU cooler that exceeded my expectations. I ordered one and was excited to put it through its paces. As soon as the product arrived, I unboxed it and began the process of installing it. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making it a breeze to set up.
The first thing I noticed was how quiet the cooler was during installation. In fact, I was so impressed that I decided to call Deepcool's customer support to let them know about my experience. I explained what had happened, and they asked for a video of the issue. I created a video showcasing the problem and sent it to them. To my surprise, they were still able to diagnose the issue and offered me a solution.
I was pleased to see that Deepcool's customer support was prompt and efficient. They didn't even ask for warranty information at this point in our conversation. Instead, they wanted to know what was wrong with the product. I explained the problem, and they asked for a video of the situation. I created a video demonstrating the issue, including when the CPU fan speed increased and caused excessive noise.
To my surprise, Deepcool's customer support team didn't ask me any follow-up questions about the warranty or the product itself. They were only concerned with understanding the issue and finding a solution. This demonstrated their commitment to providing excellent customer service. I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help.
After our conversation, the order arrived, and I installed it myself. The process was smooth and easy, with no issues whatsoever. The cooler performed admirably, even when I pushed it to its limits. I also noticed that the fans never slowed down, which is a testament to Deepcool's engineering prowess.
I took some time to clean up the back of my case and ensure everything was properly seated before pushing the system to its limits. I turned on the PC, and the cooler performed flawlessly. The fan noise had indeed disappeared, and I was impressed by how quiet it had become.
Two years have passed since I purchased the Deepcool B2, and I'm happy to report that it still works like new. The fans are still making a strange noise, but there's no issue with temperatures or slow performance. This is a testament to Deepcool's exceptional engineering and design. Their commitment to quality and customer service has paid off, and I'm grateful for the experience.
I'd also like to mention that my friend had an issue with one of their fans, but Deepcool's customer support team was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. This demonstrates their dedication to providing excellent customer service even in challenging situations.
If you're looking for a good CPU cooler without breaking the bank, I highly recommend considering the Deepcool B2. It's performed flawlessly over the past two years, and its exceptional customer support has been a pleasure to deal with.
WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enokay guys hello and welcome back today we are going to solve an issue and the issue here was that this system is running the deepcool uh v320l liquid cooler now the cooler hasn't given up and it hasn't actually caused any issues other than it became noisy and after hunting it all down it turns out two fans for some weird reason i'm guessing bearings at this point are not working so let's power this guy up take a look and may have to get this guy in use because things are looking a little not bad it's just the uh the light dust that that you can't move unless you wipe it um so that's good so as you can see here we're having no issues i'm gonna lay this microphone right in there so now you can hear everything going turn on the tv here so i know what's going on now it's already starting to make the noise let's do that as soon as the the fans speed up i hope that's getting it and then quiet again yeah my tv is probably needing replacement that is actually going to suck as that was my last extra i think okay guys so originally we thought this piece down here this wire the uh power lead was the pci power was giving us wire hitting on the the fan here because it's so close well it turns out that it wasn't sorry my microphone was like actually over there so hopefully it picked up everything okay so as you can see here other than them speeding up doing something there's no noise whatsoever okay and that was troubling because this is not the first time after i built this machine he came in talking about this as it is this is the second time and i deemed that two fans had bearing issues now i'll try and repeat that sound for you so that uh you understand what i'm talking about and you understand his frustration so uh excuse me one moment we're going to change positions here and we're going to look this over dismantle it take it apart hopefully what we're doing is fixing it find out and at the end of the video guys i want to talk about my warranty experience with deep cool should you buy this water cooler still two years later so this is two years old now or should you avoid it so what we're going to do oh is it starting to do it so what i'm going to do i'm going to push the system a little bit by just starting something up let's say fortnite and we're going to get the fans to rev up and here we go and we'll hear it i hope there we go right there the center fan seems to be an issue but unfortunately with this case now remember my thor i'll put a link to the video on this i don't know if you can still get them but it is an amazing case from aza and it's called the as a thor that it was like rare and then it kind of stopped i'm gonna my mic is not on me i just kind of have it laid down and if you can see that uh i don't even have the lapel on i'm just using it with the built-in right now and this little candy microphone is actually been really really really good so there was a scare at one point where the battery didn't seem to charge anymore but after it died died everything seemed to uh work out quite well okay so what we're going to need the official be quiet screwdriver i hate this case for this i love the case but i hate the case all at the same time so i think what i'm going to do to make this easier is take out the ram oh don't forget to pull the power cord don't bother turning your power supply off just pull the power cord okay let's get some light on this get a little light on me all right so everything here is dark without the lights on it's a dark system so we're gonna that was why when i built it i went with non-rgb ram which i normally don't do but there was so much light in here i thought it was getting to be too much i don't know how i feel about that today like maybe i would do things differently i'm not sure but at that point in time definitely was looking like too much light so i have how many screws did i put in here of course i did okay before we do that this is pretty dirty love it still on the same charge or maybe i charged it once but definitely only once more likely also gonna have to take the back panel off i don't know if you know but deep cool their fan system it's a normal pwm here and then they have a daisy chain system so that you can link up all your fans without having to um you know use a bunch of multiple argb or rgb ports on your board and i was looking at it uh very carefully because in a way i don't know if the camera zoomed in on that proper it's a four pin okay and that four pin looks identical to the four pin rgb header so it looks like you could just plug in there if you had to and i think they come with an adapter to do it anyway but still it's a bit of a pain because it's not a pain when you're building your system but it's a pain when you're taking it apart because now with this no room situation don't know if i'm getting those up through maybe so i don't think i can get the screws yeah see um i suppose if i take the video card out maybe i'm going about this all uh the hardest way i remember putting the radiator in was not easy uh taking it out and taking it down is going to be a little bit of work so maybe just maybe taking the video card out is the smartest choice now sorry i will probably do cuts in the video to get to different sections or this video could end up being uh much longer than anybody uh really really really wants um i'll move the camera back here a bit this way you can see a lot more of what's going on how's my battery everything seems okay so now you're seeing you know much more of the area here unlock nice thing about this card and the space on this board it doesn't oh it would help to take out the power huh it doesn't take up all of the uh it's easy to get at everything i guess it's the easy way to put it guys my old 5600 xt seems pretty clean i think you did a pretty good job so um i don't mind letting the fans move a little but over rpming your fans when you're doing a cleaning can actually damage the bearings one problem the fan header is right there screw doesn't want to come out i may have to take the fan off the board but not when i do this i should be fine all right there we go there we go so we put our screws there now we have one fan out and i know this fan is definitely a culprit now uh what are these 1.7 so this is the funny part these are 1.7 amps and these are actually uh 1.1 amp i don't know how much of a difference that really makes in this situation also rubber inserts no rubber inserts so that's interesting i don't know if this is a newer fan or not maybe it's a revision too maybe they're the revision too i have no idea the system is called the v2 for a reason it's got to be something that made the difference could be here in the pump i don't know and guys i will tell you do not use power tools on your radiator screws because they can strip very easily and i don't just mean the screw head i mean the radiator we have those out now we're going to unhook everything here because it looks like i need to get at the back of this unit and i'm gonna need to spin it for those of you that don't know i made myself a desktop spinner and the reason for that is with my bad back and everything and uh i can just easily move things around to get at the other things needed now one little mod i did on this case was this here and uh it is two argbs coming off the motherboard out the back of the computer which was really unique and scares me every time it comes here because i have to either cover them or make sure that they're spaced away from each other and something's on so they don't poop and blow them blow something on the board but what's cool about him is he actually has a rgb on his desk that he controls from his pc that was pretty innovative i gotta say when he asked me to do it i was like that's kind of cool okay so we got to get this side panel off here and get at this wiring set up now i have a mess made on this side of the desk and things are falling down everywhere like the mouse all right we're over here here's the mess that's hidden behind the whole thing that you don't normally get to see now uh that system so we gotta figure out which ones are which here so this one is coming out and that is oh the heck with it unhook them all by the look of it what's this a little while ago i was talking to my best friend and jeff and uh he was like he's in costco and he goes i smell toast burnt toast i'm like dude are you okay it was a little hot i'm like when you leave you gotta tell me you're okay so you just text me and said that so all right last thing i want to know is that something you know good in my life went in troubled um all right so i'm just gonna unplug all these there's no i don't care which ones are which right now we'll figure it out was that a hub i put in oh that's a oh yeah yeah that's the hub for uh for that over there why is this connected to that that's one fan out and i mean it's getting kind of grimy in there i hope the camera can see that it was uh definitely discolored i don't know yeah look so i mean let's face it too they are two years old they've been probably running since the machine was put together non-stop kid's a gamer so i expect something now the wonderful thing about this happening is it wasn't wonderful of course to the person but it is good for me because i get to learn what i think of deep cool and their warranties and this one's out same thing very yellow um and again 0.17 so now i'm hoping with all hope that those were the two issues i always thought it was the front one every time i tested it and it turned out by touching and stopping the fans it was not true so now what we got to do is get the new ones back in test it and hope the problem is solved i will okay we will start talking about the rma process so i emailed deepcool and i did not let them so when i emailed them first i emailed them from a private email address not my game hunter address now i know i'm a small youtuber but voices are voices and i think i was getting about 30 000 hits on the deep cool reviews so to me that is enough to still have a voice and what was happening was they were actually i'm going to put it in a simple term amazing i have not dealt with a company that was so good so now we got to get these fans back in and try and clean up some of that wiring um yeah so anyway their um warranty procedures blew my mind i was uh more than happy with the outcome basically start off with okay what is the problem blah blah blah so that was one email blah blah after i created a um what do you call it a uh service request and then i should put that in first because i know exactly what's going to happen and then they contact you really quickly i was really impressed and uh basically you get the okay what's your still without even asking warranty information or anything at this point all they're concerned about is what's wrong so i explain what's going on and they ask for a video i don't know if the camera seen that but there's actual dirt flying out here best damn tool i ever bought so anyway they uh then i did a video i'll put that video up right now while we're talking here so basically they wanted a picture of the situation which i totally get it i mean you can't just call up crywolf and ask for a product replaced they need proof and they asked me for a video so i created a video and sent it to them and of course showed them whenever i put more stress on the cpu fan speed up and cause amazing amount of noise now to be clear the fans never slowed down they didn't give me issues there was no heat issues was actually impressed to see that they were still performing i think it's pretty tight working on any case with a radiator to be honest most cases you got to pull the radiator for just about anything but it looks like i actually got it so anyway the um order came it went out everything like they said very smooth very very smooth very happy with deepcool's way of doing business and very happy of deep cools way of getting the job done quickly now i can't say i'm overall happy yet until of course this works be right back i need to take a break it is really hot in here break over so i've already moved the computer around now i have to take all the wiring that we just got new take it get it rooted here make sure we got the right stuff going on why is that one underneath there so like i said you have pwm and you have your argb linkage so pwm basically you're just going to go from one to the other so here's pwm coming out here pwm here it needs to be plugged in oh the lights basically oops we'll connect only one way to themselves so there's no issues there we got it all right so now i'm going to put everything back together get the video card to ram everything back in and if you're wondering why this is actually working like it's supposed to it's on its own controller just in case you're like wait he hasn't even posted how's the motherboard telling everybody what to do everything on this system has its own controller we have not used the motherboard for any of it so process for that of course is no software coming up as false viruses or this that whatever that's allowing you to be kicked out of any games which happens a lot more than people think it does okay so what i'm going to do now i'm going to put the ram the video card and everything back in i am not going to clean up the back right now i want to see what happens with this when i push it did we get rid of the noise all right we're gonna have to push it see if the noise is there i'm taking off the mic putting the mic pretty much in the system to see as you can see here right there microphone is going to pick a bit of wind noise of course but what i'm looking for now is the overall bad noise they're speeding up the noise seems to be gone away i'm going to clip this back down and see if this causes any of that noise so far well they're pushing some air right now i gotta say i just want to update you on two years later on this uh product that nothing has really failed on it and it's working as new even when the fans are making that
