**Spring DIY Decor with Dollar Tree Finds**
As spring approaches, I love incorporating new and vibrant colors into my home decor. One way to add a pop of color without breaking the bank is by using Dollar Tree finds. In this video, I'll be showing you how I transformed these everyday items into stunning spring-themed decor pieces.
**Creating a Simple Spring Vignette**
For my first DIY project, I started with a simple garland made from Dollar Tree's floral arrangement. However, I didn't want the traditional strands on the garland, so I decided to cut it off and start putting the little eggs into the greenery itself. I chose not to hot glue or attach them in any way, as this is still my everyday decor and I plan to remove these items once spring is over.
To enhance the look of the eggs, I added some additional Dollar Tree floral pieces in pastel colors that complemented the original garland. This simple vignette turned out beautifully, and I was excited to see how it would work in a real setting. I placed the vignette in my entryway for a touch of spring charm.
**Adding Color with Dollar Tree Decor**
For my next DIY project, I headed back to the 99-cent store to find some additional decor pieces. One of the items that caught my eye was a pink sign that read "Hello" – it was an affordable addition to my spring decor collection. Alongside this sign, I found some small wood bunnies and floral arrangements in pastel colors that matched my initial vignette.
To create a cohesive look, I added more Dollar Tree flowers, including ones that resembled hydrangeas (which, as you can see in the video, were actually meant to be bouquets but worked perfectly for this DIY). The pink hydrangeas added an extra pop of color and helped tie the entire piece together. This simple decor addition brought a touch of whimsy to my kitchen island, where I display some of my favorite spring-themed decorations.
**Creating a True Vignette with Dollar Tree**
For my final DIY project, I wanted to create a true vignette that showcased my love for Dollar Tree finds. I started by removing the everyday decor from my kitchen island and clearing out the space. Then, I took the same floral garland from before – this time, I decided not to cut it up but instead used it as is.
I created a simple base using some Dollar Tree vine leafy stuff, which added depth and texture to the vignette. Next, I built a small stand for my bunny using willow wreaths and canvas from the same store. The canvas was used in between the willow wreaths to give the bunny something to stand on.
To complete the look, I placed the bunny in the center of the vignette surrounded by some Dollar Tree moss-like rocks and added a spring sign (which, like before, was also from the 99-cent store). Finally, I sprinkled some pink hydrangeas around the base of the vignette to tie everything together.
**The Finished Looks**
Each of these DIY projects showcased how affordable and versatile Dollar Tree finds can be. From simple garnishes to elaborate vases, I was able to create a variety of spring-themed decor pieces that brought color and whimsy into my home. Whether you're looking for a budget-friendly way to update your decor or simply want to experiment with new ideas, these DIY projects are sure to inspire.
