I've been noticing that I get a lot of foot pain if I wear the wrong shoes, and that's something I need to be consistent with because if I switch between them too much, my feet start to hurt. It makes sense, but it's still frustrating. On the other hand, my knee was doing really well for a while, and now it's started giving me pain again. I think part of it was probably because I was riding every single day for like 2 weeks straight, which is pretty intense. But I'm stoked about it because I feel like I'm finally getting comfortable on my bike again, and I've been able to do tricks that I hadn't done in a while. It's cool to be able to ride like this, even if it does mean dealing with some knee pain.

I try to stretch and do exercises to help alleviate the pain, but nothing seems to be working too well right now. I'm hoping just by stretching a bit and maybe taking it easy on my bike for a while will help it feel better. I know it's not that simple, but it's worth a shot. One huge thing I want to talk about is that I just had my first video reach 1 million views - we hit a million views on episode 28! I'm incredibly stoked about this, and I think it's a big deal for our channel. I know some of you might be wondering why this video was so popular, but I'm not really sure. Maybe it's because it's just a good video that people enjoyed watching, or maybe it's because the timing is right and more people were searching for things like ours. Whatever it is, I'm grateful for your support.

One thing I want to acknowledge is that our most viewed video is actually called "Episode 28", but also I think it was just a fun video of us chilling - Jackie Stan Robert we're all good, but um yeah so people are always asking where Jackie is and what's going on with him. Jackie is in Florida, and he goes to a lot of contests and does a lot of stuff like that. He drives really far, which I don't do because I just don't drive that much. When we're in Florida, our schedules don't usually line up, so it's not always easy for us to ride together. But I know some of you guys miss Jackie being in the videos too, and that's cool.

Another thing I want to mention is that people are always asking where Robert is, and sometimes he misses the videos too. It's true that Robert used to be in a lot more of our videos, but we've kind of fallen into an old-school webisode vibe for a change. And actually, it's pretty cool. One thing that might be coming up soon is that when this video is uploaded, Lzbmx could potentially become the biggest YouTube channel in BMX - I'm not counting my chickens or anything, but it feels like we're getting close to that goal. We've been in this YouTube game for a long time now, and it's crazy to think about how far we've come.

I want to thank you guys so much for subscribing to our channel - even if some of you don't ride bikes at all, I know that there are skateboarders and car enthusiasts who watch our videos because they're entertaining. That means a lot to me. We'll just keep doing what we do, which is have fun on our bikes, skate parks sometimes with cars, and other stuff - and try to pick and choose what to put in videos that I think you guys will enjoy watching. So far, it seems like you guys are enjoying it, so that's all the motivation I need.

the summer I know I've said before but in case you don't fully understand um Robert or Bert sorry I feel like we never refer to him as Robert uh we sublet our apartment for the summer because he goes like to he went to California to Woodward West and I wanted to go home up North so we sublet our apartment for the summer so I moved back up north to live with my mom during the summer in Connecticut so I've been riding like parks around here and traveling up in the Northeast so I'll be here for about a month longer but I'm going to be going in and out traveling a bunch of places which I'm going to talk about in a few minutes so that's the that um travel plans I guess it's not going to be a few minutes I'm going to talk about them right now so Warp Tour is this weekend uh I really don't like Warp Tour because I just think of it as like the the scummiest people all in one place and I just I don't know I got my wallet stolen last time and I just hate like people that just try to fight for no reason but I like I like some of the bands that are playing there especially our last nights one of my favorite bands so I'm excited to go see them um so yeah I'll be there in Hartford on Sunday so if any of you guys are going going that would be sick Hartford Connecticut uh I'll bring stickers and stuff so if you see me come say hi anyway so there's that and then the following week uh so yeah I'm assuming this is going to be uploaded this week so yeah then the week after Warp Tour I'm going to Canada uh I'm going to be like in the Toronto area I'm going to stop at Joy Ride for sure I got to ride there it looks amazing I'm so excited to ride Joy Ride and meet all you Canadians because probably the number one most requested place for me to stop so uh anyway so there's Canada and while I'm around there I'm going to stop at the shop that uh there's pretty much only one shop that I sell wholesale to like that carries my lzb Mech stuff and it's A1 cycle and they're not too far up from Toronto so I'm going to make a stop by there in their local park too so I don't know exact dates for that yet but if you follow me on social media you'll see them posted so I have that and then I'll just be kind of hanging out for a little bit and then I'm going to the UK oh actually no I lied pepper Jam pepper Jam July 18th there's so much pepper stuff going on there's flyers and everything all sure we'll still film quite a bit um don't expect like over one upload a week just because I I don't like editing when other people are with me because cuz I just feel like it's very like selfish and to myself to do it although I got her a piano so she can play piano while I edit so hopefully that won't that won't really affect things but I already have three videos sitting on my computer I have webisode 43 that's all edited just ready to upload um and like I guess one thing that I kind of want to touch on that's kind of annoying but like I don't want to like be mean about it is when people like just constantly email or like tweet at me or ask me like when is webisode 43 going to be up when is so and going to be up and the answer is usually almost always I don't know cuz I don't know when I'm going to have time to upload it I don't know when I'm going to be around so I can answer your guys comments when I first upload it so basically um as soon as I know when I'm going to upload something I always announce it so there's absolutely zero point in asking me when I'm going to upload something because chances are I don't know same thing with like when are you coming to the skatepark I announce everything as soon as I decide it because I want you guys to know I'm not trying to like keep secrets so that's a little thing I want to touch on but any anyway episode 43 is all set ready to upload I have a game of bike with Jimmy that we played in the rain that was pretty fun just sell filmed it and then I have a big 240 check slash type video which is just kind of like a review SL parts list SLC car check on my new Nissan 240SX uh that has a lot of editing to do cuz I'm going to like kind of cut the audio pieces it's not like this where I just kind of talk for one long sucession and try to keep your attention as long as I possibly can so those are those planned videos I'm probably not going to end up making a car check for this car until I get back down to Florida just because there's just still there's just so much going on with this car it's like it looks like crap right now because half the stuff is off the car because I'm trying to swap it and people just keep screwing me over moral the story don't order parts from eBay even though it might be a couple dollars less you'll save headaches if you don't order things from eBay anyway so uh another thing I want to talk about is um if you've watched any of my previous weekly updates one thing that I like kind of one of the common things I talked about was myself being on Accutane which is just like a really strong acne medication um I'm about 2 months in and if you guys haven't noticed my face has cleared up like dramatically 2 months is when I started noting noticing a difference it got really really good where my face was like perfect and then it like started breaking out a little bit more again but right now I still think it's better than it was if you watch like some of the older weekly updates I look like a freaking pepperoni pizza before I hate it it's okay though um the side effects still suck dry lips still suck sunburns still suck I just try to stay out of the sun because if you if you get sun if you're in the sun with this stuff your skin just freaking burns like myself trying to cook uh anyway um another thing that I always talked about was injuries I would always complain about something my two last things were my heel and my knee so my knee got really good because I I don't know why maybe because I was riding a lot or I was doing a lot of stretches and my heel is completely fine now like no more heel bruise oh my God that was a giant what the heck there's just rocks just hitting my windshield that is not cool that really scares me shout out to
