Tech Survival Kit! Everything You Need!

**My MacBook Air Charger and Its Uses**

I'm excited to share with you my experience with the 30-watt charger that I use for my MacBook Air. While it may not charge at full speed, it's more than enough to keep my laptop powered up while I'm still using it. I've found that this charger is perfect for travelers like me who are always on the go and need a reliable way to charge their devices. In fact, I can use this charger to charge my iPad and iPhone as well, which is a huge plus.

I also appreciate the simplicity of this charger. It's compact, lightweight, and easy to use. I can simply plug it in and forget about it until I need to charge my MacBook Air again. The 30-watt charging speed may not be as fast as some other chargers on the market, but it gets the job done. And at its price point, I think it's a great value.

**My Multi-Tool and Miscellaneous Items**

In addition to my charger, I also carry a multi-tool that I received from TCL years ago. This little device is exactly what it sounds like – a tool with multiple functions, including pliers, knives, and scissors. While it may not be the most exciting thing to carry around, I appreciate its versatility and practicality. It's always good to have something handy in case you need it, and this multi-tool fits the bill.

On the other side of my pouch, I store a collection of miscellaneous items that I like to carry with me wherever I go. These include microfiber cloths from different companies, including dbrand, which is one of my favorites. I also have a paper cleaning kit that opens up to reveal a spray bottle and a microfiber lining on the outside. This little kit is a lifesaver when it comes to cleaning my devices on the go.

In addition to these items, I also carry some personal care essentials like chapstick, lip balm from Burt's Bees, and a backup pair of headphones. The latter are my Liberty Sound Core 4S headphones, which I use as a secondary pair in case my main pair gets damaged or lost. These headphones are amazing value for the price, with features like active noise cancellation, transparency mode, and a dedicated application.

**My Gadget Pouch**

The pièce de résistance of my gear is this fantastic gadget pouch that I've been using to carry all my essentials. This pouch is designed to be multifunctional, not just holding my devices but also serving as a toiletry bag, makeup case, or even a switch carrying case. The zipper stays open by design, making it easy to grab what you need without having to rummage through the entire pouch.

The pouch is made of high-quality materials and has a sturdy construction that can withstand rough handling. I've been using this pouch for months now, and I'm impressed with its durability and versatility. It's also very comfortable to carry around, thanks to its slim design and padded interior.

**Recommended Products**

If you're in the market for a new charger or gadget pouch, I highly recommend checking out these products. First up is the Zera tri-fold wireless charger, which is a must-have for anyone who wants to charge their devices quickly and easily. This charger is essentially a copy of Apple's MagSafe Duo, but with an added bonus – it can also charge your AirPods.

Next, I recommend checking out this fantastic gadget pouch that I've been using myself. It's perfect for travelers, commuters, or anyone who wants to stay organized and stylish while on the go. With its multifunctional design and high-quality materials, this pouch is an investment worth considering.

Finally, if you're in the market for a new pair of headphones, I recommend checking out the Liberty Sound Core 4S headphones. These amazing value-for-money headphones offer features like active noise cancellation, transparency mode, and a dedicated application that make them perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy great sound quality without breaking the bank.

That's it for today's article! I hope you enjoyed learning about my gear and hearing about some of my favorite products. If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to reach out. Until next time, stay tuned and happy holidays!

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enso in today's video what I want to do is talk about my tech survival kit which is pretty much everything that I bring with me at all times just to make sure I have all my bases covered now again I'm calling this a tech survival kit but it could go one of each way right you can talk about this as a survival kit whereas you put stuff in here that you would need in a pinch that you rarely touch and you only pull out in emergencies or it can be like your travel pouch to carry all your smaller Tech related items that you will need when you are traveling and I thought this was a perfect video to do now because it is a holiday season and a lot of people are going back home visiting family and they're traveling but at the end of the day you gotta have your devices ready to go whenever you need it so without further Ado let's talk about my tech survival kit for 2022 and 2023 because I think everything in here is just about perfect and it'll justify everything that I need moving forward so without further Ado let's get into it okay everyone let's get right into this video we should have two angles up we'll have my face and then we'll also have what's going on in the actual pouch itself so let's start off with the pouch and we'll go through these things relatively quickly and these are all items that I like to bring with me whether I'm traveling or whether it's again something that I always keep with me either in my car or on the bottom of my bag just to make sure I have maybe an extra iteration or an extra cable an extra charger whatever the case may be but let's start off with the pouch and I have this pouch in this new khaki color by a company called Ugg Monk and I've seen them on Twitter a lot they've made some new awesome desk premium desk accessories that I do want to try out but this is their actual soft Gadget pouch that comes in two different sizes I got the larger one it's just a very quality Gadget pouch it's made very very nicely you can hear it right here if you can it's kind of got like a nylon finish to it which I really really enjoy and really like and again it's just one big zipper there's no pockets on the outside one thing that I do notice is it has a little hook right here so if you want to put a carabiner on there you can it's got very minimal branding you can only really see it over here which is something in a different language right there but outside of that there isn't much to it on the outside but now let's open it up and see exactly what we got going on so we can grab the zipper open it all the way up and the first thing that you notice about this pouch itself is it has a hidden wireframe right here to keep it open so again I close it and then if I pop this open even though yes it is very full right now if it wasn't full at all it would still stay open because of that wireframe which I thought was a very good and very welcome addition so it's again it's that attention to detail that I really really enjoy and it's broken up into three main pieces in kind of four so you have the two main Side Pockets so that's pieces one and two and then you have the actual middle part which I consider the third part but it does come with a little partition with velcro it's a rigid kind of like divider in here that attaches via velcro that's already pre-installed in there to kind of divide that middle section if you do want to separate some stuff like I do here but let's just start pulling out some of these items so the first one let's start off on the left hand side the first one you guys see me talk about this before this is moff's magsafe battery pack it's about 3 400 milliamp hours and what I really like about this is obviously the leather finish so it is vegan leather faux leather but I like how it's made out of that nice material instead of just made out of plastic or made out of aluminum it's a little bit different gives it a little bit more character dirt and it charges your iPhone perfectly well and like I mentioned in previous videos it works with their actual MAF wallet so it works with the stand because it's not only magnetized to the iPhone itself but it also has some magnets back here to attach to the actual wallet itself also so this I always have with me I actually have two of these I have one that I always keep in my backpack for actual use and then I have one fully charged ready to go and then I have another one that's always fully charged just so I have an emergency one with 3 400 milliamp hours which I love so let's put that off to the side and you'll see as I start to pull some of this stuff out you can see that a lot of stuff fits in this little pouch right now but the next thing I'm going to pull out is this is actually I would consider an essential for any again emergency Tech survival kit right like you want to have something like this because it pretty much checks off every box that you would need in a pinch now this is by a company called ampere there's a bunch of different companies that make this this is just so happens to be the one that I have but it's very very simple so you just pop this open and you can see that it has a bunch of different little tips in here so you have a lightning you have two usbcs you have USB a you have a micro usage USB as well which for all those devices that still use it you have a SIM ejector tool and like I said you have the cable itself so if I grab this you can see that it's a cable with adapter so let's say you want to charge your iPhone which only you know uses lightning sadly for now you can just use one side to the USBC port to the wall and then you can use the adapter to get the added lightning cable in there so I think this is the definition of a tech survival kit like necessity and I've even seen ones that have built-in charges in here which with about a thousand to two thousand milliamp hours if you're really in a pickle and you need to charge a little bit but I just love the functionality of this and it also doubles as a stand so on the back side you pull this down you can actually place this down like that and you can put an iPhone or something right there and it acts like a stand for your iPhone or again for your iPod mini so this is in my opinion an essential for any like emergency carrying case and then I also like to carry around these These are USB a adapter so it's a USBC in and out you get a USB a just in case you ever need one I always have a few of these laying around here by a company called magfast in their Lux category so highly recommend it but very self-explanatory and that is everything I have in this pouch now let's actually turn around and go to the other side which is the other kind of sleeve right here and in here is one of my newer products so this is by satechi and it is their Duo wireless charger power stand so it's exactly what it sounds like so it's a 10 000 milliamp hour battery bank so it does have some nice heft to it and it's made by satachi so you guys know it follows that Apple aesthetic all made out of aluminum very sturdy very quality and you can charge two of your devices at once so this actually kicks up as a stand so you can put your iPhone here and it charges up to 10 watts it doesn't charge your iPhone up to 10 watts because it's not magsafe certified but it charges you know your Samsung devices or your Android devices up to 10 watts and it charges your iOS device at 7.5 Watts so it does have these little grippies on here to make sure that the phone stays in place and on the rear there's a little location to wirelessly charge your airpods airpods pro or whatever other wireless charging headphones you do have and that charges up to 5 watts and if you really want this actually provides a USBC in and out so what that allows you to do is obviously charge the device itself via USBC but then also if you are in a situation where you want to do a USBC out maybe you have another iPhone you want to charge or maybe you have your Apple watch cable that you want to charge because there isn't an Apple Watch charger here you can just plug it in and you get up to 18 Watts out if you plug directly into here and I really like this because it's so compact it has a little feet down here so it can stay at a desk if you wanted to but then also it folds up and it turns into a nice little travel charger that fits perfectly in here and now we go into the middle of the pouch itself there's nothing else in that side so in the middle of the pouch you can see that we have a few things so first off is my zero wireless charger you guys have seen me talk about this wireless charger in my opinion it is a no-brainer it is pretty much a carbon copy of Apple's magsafe Duo but again with a third actual tri-fold over here that allows you to charge not only your iPhone your Apple watch but also whatever headphones you have that has wireless charging and again it folds up nicely nice and compact it's multi-purpose because let's say you only want to charge your iPhone you want to use it as a stand by all means you can set it up as a stand and it works perfectly well it does charge your iPhone up to 7.5 Watts it does have the magsafe magnets on one side of them it's not Max save certified but magsafe compatible and overall for the price again I think Apple's Duo charger is like 150 or 130 dollars for less than half the price you get a third wireless charger and travels very very nicely and it uses USBC and I've had this for about eight months I know some people worry about third-party companies making stuff like this because they think maybe it'll mess up the battery on their iOS devices but again I've had this for about eight months I use it a lot of the time and I use it for all of my devices even my older ones like I said I have a 13 Pro Max I have my Apple Watch series 5 and then I also have the airpods pro Gen 2 and everything charges perfectly oh and also for your airpods it does move up to a 90 degree angle if you do have a band that doesn't open up completely so that is by xera and you can see how compact that is right you can just slide it in wherever put in a backpack even fits in your pocket and then to continue on this side we just have a normal USBC to C plug which I use for all of these devices right here by satechi and then I have satachi's Gan 30 watt charger this is again the only thing that I need when I'm in a pickle right this Gan charger 30 watts is going to be more than enough to charge all of my devices including my laptop because I have a MacBook Air if I really wanted to I could charge my MacBook Air maybe not at full speed but I can charge it enough where if I'm still using it I'm still going to get power with this 30 watt charger and it's more than enough to charge my iPad more than enough to charge my iPhone and all the corresponding devices that I brought up so again nice simple charger and I'll link a few of these down below if you guys want to check them out and then here I just have a multi-tool this is one that TCL sent to me years ago it's exactly what it sounds like it has a little plier has whatever knives I want tell me unbox stuff very self-explanatory it's just good to have something in here as a little fail safe just in case you need to you know you need a multi-tool and then on the other side it's kind of like my miscellaneous so a few things I always carry microfiber cloths with me I think this one's by dbrand but I have a bunch by different companies I also have my paper like cleaning kit which you guys have seen me talk about in the past this just opens up you slide it out and then you have not only the spray bottle in here but then the outside of it is also a microfiber lining to allow you to clean whatever device you have without needing to carry another one I just like to carry that one as an I'd just like to carry in it just one just in case because I use this one I use it a decent amount but also I'm sure over time it gets 30 and it starts to lose its cleanliness I guess so I just like to mitigate that by bringing another microfiber cloth always carry some spare chapstick some lip balm by Burt's Bees and then lastly I always have a backup pair of headphones now these are my Liberty sound core 4S if I wasn't in the Apple ecosystem these would be the headphones that I use because they're just they're they work extremely well for the price I believe they're about 150 bucks and it does have active noise cancellation it has the ability for transparency mode it connects perfectly via Bluetooth to any devices it has a dedicated application and even has some health features with supposedly Apple's going to come out with with the airpods pro but these came out with it first and again it's just like a heart rate sensor inside of your ear that does work with Fitbit and things like that by these by soundcore absolutely amazing as a backup pair of headphones or a main pair of headphones if you guys aren't in the Apple ecosystem just my recommendation only caveat is that these don't have wireless charging sadly they just charge via USBC but that is pretty much everything you can see that I was able to fit all that stuff into this Ugg monk kind of Gadget pouch and like I said you can use this not only for your gadgets for emergency stuff you can use this as a toiletry bag too and I just love how it just stays open you see that stays open and if I want to close it just close it shut grab the zipper and just like that it's a nice little package and then like I mentioned this middle thing is actually a divider that is removable via Velcro so if you want to change the orientation maybe make one side a little bit smaller I can even see people using this as kind of like a switch carrying case take the joy cons off throw the switch right in there put your gains on the side maybe a charger or two and you'll be good to go but let's get out of this View and finish up the video so that's gonna do it everybody hopefully you enjoyed that video and it gave you some ideas of what I consider a necessity versus a nice to have and gives you an idea of what you should bring with you if you are traveling during this holiday season my favorite one and probably the one that I would recommend to most people is that Zera tri-fold wireless charger because even though it is from a third party and yes it is a complete copy of Apple's magsafe Duo it does add that tertiary charging form so you can charge your airpods as well as your iPhone and not just your air pods and your Apple watch but that's gonna do it everybody I'm gonna link everything down below I highly recommend getting that pouch because there's nothing better than having a quality pouch that's multifunctional right like I mentioned earlier it can be not only your Tech pouch but it can also be like your totally true bag too so so keep all that in mind with these accessories that I mentioned because they are multi-use for the most part but that's going to do it if you guys want to watch more iPad OS iOS or Mac OS videos click on one of these right here but until next time I'm Fernando and I'm out of here peace happy holidaysso in today's video what I want to do is talk about my tech survival kit which is pretty much everything that
