My Tenative TBR for Y'all Fest: A Book Lover's Excitement Builds

The first book on my tentative TBR list for Y'all Fest is technically a series, and that is "The School of Good and Evil" by S. Shannon. I've heard amazing things about this middle-grade series from Adriana from Perpetual Pages, who loves it and cannot stop talking about it. The covers are stunning, and she keeps saying how amazing it is, which has piqued my interest and made me want to read it. I was thinking of checking out the book from the library, but honestly, these covers are so pretty that I've decided to buy them. No shame, kind of, but no shame – after all, who can resist a beautiful cover?

The second author on my list is Ryan Gosling, although I'm not entirely sure if this is her real name or a pen name. The only book by an author with this name that I own is "Wolf by Wolf", which I got from Book Depository but didn't manage to get signed. She also wrote "The Walcotts", another book that I'd love to read, and I've heard great things about it from Maxon Books, who seems to be a fan of her work. Although I've heard mixed reviews about "Where the Crawdads Sing", I think I'll give it a try, especially since so many people have enjoyed it.

Next on my list is Katie McGarry, an author known for writing new adult books. One series that's caught my attention is "North of Nothing", which seems to be similar to "Twisted" by W. Travis Heckerling. I've heard mixed reviews about this book, but overall, I think it will be enjoyable, especially since so many people have read and loved it.

The next author on my list is Brandon Sanderson, an author whose books are a must-read for any fantasy fan. Although I own several of his books, including "Warbreaker", which I haven't had the chance to finish yet, there's one series that I want to complete before seeing him at Y'all Fest: the Mistborn series. I've already read the first book, "Mistborn: The Final Empire", but I'm hoping to finish the other two books in the series soon.

The final author on my list is Sabaa Tahir, who has become incredibly popular after her debut novel "An Ember in the Ashes". Although this book has been getting a lot of attention, I've actually been waiting for the hype to die down so that I can pick it up. The story seems to be right up my alley, and I'd love to read it before seeing Sabaa Tahir at Y'all Fest.

Finally, there's "Code Name Verity" by Elizabeth Wein, a historical fiction book that has been on my shelf for a very long time. I've heard amazing things about this book, particularly the friendship between the two main characters, and I'd love to read it before seeing Elizabeth Wein at Y'all Fest. I also want to pick up her other book, "Rose Under Fire", which seems to be another great story that I wouldn't want to miss.

Y'all Fest: A Chance to Hang Out with Fellow Book Lovers

The main reason I'm excited about attending Y'all Fest is the chance to hang out with fellow book lovers and discuss our shared passion for reading. It's not just about meeting authors, but also about connecting with people who share my interests and values. As someone who loves getting lost in a good story, I find it thrilling to think about discussing books and sharing recommendations with others.

I'd love to see everyone who attends Y'all Fest and catch up on their reading adventures. Let's connect over our shared love of books and swap recommendations – after all, that's what book festivals are all about!
