The Unlocker.net Tweak Guide: Enabling Tweetbot 3 Over Cellular Network
Hey guys, it's Daveid from the unlocker.net for you today. We're going to tackle one of my favorite tweaks - enabling tweetbot 3 over a cellular network, including 3G LTE and beyond. So, let's dive right in.
Before we start this tweak, make sure your phone is jailbroken. If it's not, click the link below, follow the procedure, and come back to this video for The Tweak. We want to ensure that our device is ready for the process ahead.
Now that we've confirmed our device is jailbroken, let's head over to Cydia to find and install the tweak. Once you're in Cydia, tap search at the bottom right, and then tap tweet bot 3. You'll see a result called "tweetbot 3 stream 3G LTE." Tap on that one, and then on top right, tap install. After confirming the installation process, your phone will ask you to restart. Tap restart springboard and wait for your phone to reboot.
After restarting, there's not much left to do. If you go into settings and tap on tweetbot three stream, you'll see that there's no configuration available. We're going to head back to the home screen and show you what it does in tweetbot.
Now that our tweak is installed, let's take a look at how it works. The tweetbot 3 tweak itself actually just works automatically with the app itself. There's no need for any additional configuration within tweetbot. However, if you want to turn on Wi-Fi streaming, make sure you're connected to your network and then tap on your profile picture, which is located on the top left. Then, tap on the settings gear at the bottom, and select streaming. You'll see that it says "streaming only works over a Wi-Fi network." But here's the thing - the tweetbot 3 tweak actually overrides this limitation.
This means you can now stream tweets over your cellular network, including 3G LTE and beyond. It's one of the easiest tweaks I've ever downloaded and used, and I hope it helps some of you out there.
