Apple Releases iOS 11 Beta 6 to Registered Developers

Hey guys, better myself here and today Apple released iOS 11 beta 6 to registered developers and today this comes as a bit of a surprise. Apple usually takes about two weeks to release beta software at least iOS 11 that's been the trend this time around we saw a beta 5 last week and beta 6 to register developers this week now public beta testers you're most likely to see this tomorrow so stay tuned for that.

Now, let me go here into the About section and show you the current build number which is going to be 15a 53 54 B that is the current bill number for iOS 11 from beta 6. So, the animation on the lockscreen is definitely different. You see here the icons sort of fly into the screen unlike iOS 11 beta 5 which by the way is running on this iPhone 7 plus. If I go here to the lockscreen you see simply swipes up in reveals the homescreen by the way the bug here where the screen will stay black or dark you see there that it's have been fixed in beta 6 but the animation definitely definitely different.

Let's go ahead and take a look at the home screen here. You might notice right away I'm key differences on some of the icons. You see that the App Store here is definitely a new icon. Also, you have the maps which is definitely a new icon and we have the reminders which has been inverted now the colors are on the Left instead of on the right. You see there the dots now on the control center.

I want to show you some minor differences in terms of colors. So if I 3d touch here on one of the platters let's say you see that the platters are definitely darker and the colors are just a little darker on the control center. Other than that nothing more with the control center now.

I also want to show you here under the messages tab. Let me go ahead to here instead of messages you see right here you see the new App Store icon is represented but throughout all I oh s11 beta 6 so you'll see that represented through the entire operating system not just the App Store icon itself.

Now, also wanted to go here under the display and brightness option. You see here that in beta 6 we no longer have the auto brightness toggle under the display and brightness option that option can now be found under the accessibility and disability accommodations auto brightness hitting all the way back there. I don't know what Apple would do that I would love to have it there because it's just a lot easier to toggle on or off and access it from there.

Let me show you here and this some of the new splash screens that I received. This one here is for the news application how some of you receive this in beta 5 I got it in beta 6 same thing here four nodes same thing here for photos.

I took some screenshots here just to kind of show you guys what's different between beta 5 and bit of 6 under the iTunes and App Store settings we now have a password management setting optimal there. We also have a new option under mail options here you can now access your mail and you can see here that Siri search Siri and searches there. We see notifications and you can manage also the cellular data which is in present in beta 5.

You also have some key differences here under the Photos tab in settings we also have the expiry and search option in there as well so you can enable or disable Siri entirely by going through those options there other than that I also wanted to show you here in iOS 11 beta 6 which was also present in beta 5. The multitasker here for the iPad is definitely definitely faster in my opinion.

And I like this really cool animation for the belt now this was available before again in beta 5 I didn't get a chance to cover it but isn't that pretty cool. This silent switch there on the iPad is also different so all-in-all i OS 11 beta 5 in comparison to beta 6 there isn't a whole lot going on there's definitely a few changes.

iMessage and iCloud was completely removed in beta 5 still not present in beta 6 so there you guys have those are some of the minor changes that we see from iOS 11 beta 5 to beta 6.
