**Unboxing and First Look: Samsung Galaxy J6**

In this video, we have just finished setting up our brand new device, the Samsung Galaxy J6, and as you can see, it's already started downloading a bunch of stuff. We're now taking a closer look at some of its features.

**Display and Design**

We were able to quickly check out the display on this device and it looks like we have a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The screen is quite vibrant and colorful, which is always a good thing when it comes to displays. We also noticed that there are no physical buttons on this device, so instead, we have a home button, multitasking key, and back key. This might take some getting used to for those who are not familiar with this type of design.

**Software**

We checked out the Android version of this device and it's running on Android 8.0 (Oreo) with the Samsung Experience UI version 9. We were also able to check out the settings menu, which shows that we're getting some nice updates, including the latest security patches.

**Hardware Specifications**

We took a look at the hardware specifications of this device and it comes with a processor from 2017, namely the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7870 processor. This might be an older processor compared to what's currently available in the market today. However, we also noticed that we have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

**Camera**

We quickly took out the camera app on this device to take a look at its capabilities. The rear-facing camera is a 13-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/1.9, while the front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel sensor also with an aperture of f/1.9 and even a front-facing LED flash. We were able to check out some sample shots taken with both cameras.

**Storage and SD Card Slot**

We checked out the storage options on this device and it comes with a dedicated microSD card slot. However, when we looked at the storage information, we only saw about 9.4GB of free storage space available for download.

**Biometric Features**

One feature that caught our attention is the face unlocking feature on this device. We were able to set up the fingerprint scanner and test it out and it's working well. The facial recognition feature also worked smoothly without any major issues.

**Samsung-Specific Apps**

We noticed that we have some Samsung-specific apps installed on this device, including Samsung Pay, Samsung Maxx, FM radio functionality, and Samsung Mall app.

**Outdoor Mode and Dark Mode**

One feature that we're quite happy about is the outdoor mode which automatically adjusts the screen to a lower brightness when outdoors. We were also able to enable auto-brightness, but it's not enabled by default.

**Samsung Bixby Mini**

We noticed a small icon on the home screen of this device and it turns out that it's Samsung Bixby Mini, which is a smaller version of Samsung's virtual assistant. It's always nice to have a personal AI assistant integrated into our devices.

offline and online so yeah finally a smartphone that will be sold offline also so let's quickly just open this up so let's open up the box and as you can see we have the phone itself and actually it looks nice because the new screen aspect ratio let me take this out as you can see and that 18 is to 9 aspect ratio and just started booting up let's just keep this to the side for now and this is the three goodbye to our model as you can see it even has a fingerprint scanner but let's just keep this to the side for now and let's quickly see what else do we get so a bunch of paperwork like squid start guide even we have a Hindi and warranty card and yeah a bunch of paper let's keep that to the side we get a sim ejector tool we also get a micro USB cable and even in a year but are actually included in this package these days many phones don't include that but you're getting this and these are normal earbuds as you can see guys not in your style but they have the Samsung brand name and we also have button here to take our end calls and this will also have a microphone so that's what you're getting and there will be a normal charger it has a 3000 milliamp hour battery and as you can see it's a 5 volt 1 amp charger that you're getting so definitely not a fast charger that you're getting so let me keep these things to the side let's look at the handset itself so here is the handset itself and again as I mentioned definitely it looks a little bit premium because of the news screen aspect ratio that something likes to call infinity display and this is supposed to have AMOLED display that is 70 minute 20 p HD Plus display and the back is metallic we have some will just pick that out and if this is also metallic guys and as you can see on the top we have actually nothing this might be the speaker event and we have the power on/off button on this and we also have some plastic a lot of plastic as pre-applied I will take that out later on the bottom 3.5 mm headphone jack micro USB port that we use for charging this device and still more plastic about that and we have actually two slots as you can see so this is actually interesting so let's open the big one first and this so we are getting one nano SIM slot and a dedicated micro SD card slot on the first slot let's also open the second one and this has a secondary nano SIM so you can actually put two nano Sims and even a micro SD card on this one that's a good thing we also have volume rocker over here moving to the back it's a 13 megapixel camera with F 1.9 lens and we also have a fingerprint scanner and so
