6 iPhone Apps You NEED in Your Life Right Now! _ Best iOS Apps for Productivity (2017)
**Sign Now: A Simple yet Powerful Application for Signing Documents**
One of the applications that we are going to cover today is Sign Now, which allows users to sign documents on their iPhone. This application makes it easy and convenient to sign documents such as tax forms, NDAs, and other important papers. With Sign Now, all you have to do is click on the little plus icon, select a document from your email, photo, or other services like iCloud Drive, and then click on the signature spot to sign your name. The application also allows users to resize and adjust their signatures as needed.
**How to Use Sign Now**
To use Sign Now, simply click on the plus icon and select the type of document you want to sign from your email, photo, or other services like iCloud Drive. Once you have selected your document, you can see it in the application. The next step is to go to the signature spot and enter your signature using the "entered signature" option. You will need to set up this feature as well by entering your name and any other relevant information.
**Customizing Your Signature**
One of the best features of Sign Now is its ability to customize your signature. To do this, simply click on the signature spot and adjust it to your liking using the "resize" option. You can also use the "toggle" option to make your signature bigger or smaller as needed. This feature makes it easy to create a professional-looking signature that is tailored to your specific needs.
**Adding Text to PDFs**
In addition to signing documents, Sign Now also allows users to add text to PDFs. This feature is perfect for creating documents such as contracts and agreements that require both electronic and physical signatures. To use this feature, simply click on the "insert text" option in the application and enter your text using a keyboard or by uploading a document.
**Sending Signed Documents via Email**
Once you have signed and customized your document, Sign Now allows users to send them via email. This makes it easy to share documents with others without having to print or scan them first. Simply tap on the "send" button in the application, enter the recipient's email address, and click "send." Your signed document will be sent immediately to the recipient's inbox.
**Slow and Fast Video: A Revolutionary App for Editing Videos**
Another application that we are going to cover today is Slow and Fast Video. This app allows users to slow down or speed up videos at any given point in time, making it perfect for editing videos. To use this app, simply select the video you want to edit from your camera roll or other sources.
**Customizing Video Speed**
Once you have selected your video, you can adjust its speed using the "speed" option. You can choose to make the video go faster (up) or slower (down). The great thing about this app is that it doesn't require you to shoot videos in slow motion on your iPhone. Instead, you can use any video shot in regular mode and still be able to adjust its speed.
**Accessing Additional Features**
In addition to adjusting the speed of videos, Slow and Fast Video also offers other features such as zooming in and out of specific parts of a video or slowing down specific sections while speeding up others. These features make it easy to edit your videos without having to use multiple editing apps or software.
**Conclusion**
Both Sign Now and Slow and Fast Video are must-have applications for anyone who wants to streamline their workflow and stay productive on their iPhone. With these applications, you can create professional-looking signatures and edit videos with ease. Whether you're a busy professional or an amateur content creator, these apps will save you time and effort in the long run.
**Additional Applications**
In addition to Sign Now and Slow and Fast Video, we also want to mention two other iOS applications that make life easier for users: pool and a document all and another application called slow and fast video. These applications are designed to simplify tasks such as signing documents and editing videos, making it easy to stay productive on the go.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwhat's up guys my name is Brandon and today I'll be showing you six iOS apps that are going to make your life much much easier of course these are going to be the most fun and entertaining applications if you're looking for that make sure to check the two videos and the cards right now where I talk about some really great apps of 2017 which are a lot more fun and entertaining but in this video we're going to be going over some applications that are more for productivity basically just making your life easier and quicker here on your iPhone all right let's go and kick it off with LastPass now LastPass is an application I've been using for years and I actually partnered with LastPass to bring you guys this video but of course this changes nothing and the way I value this application so the basic concept of LastPass is that you never need to remember another password basically just plug everything in the last pass set your password set your master password remember your master password and then you can copy and paste or use autofill to fill in all your passwords everywhere LastPass relieves the trouble of looking for passwords and eliminates the anxiety around getting locked out of your accounts because you forgot your passwords so here's how it works so first of all of course download the application on your iPhone or iOS device and I'm also going to recommend you install the plug-in on your computer since they do sync together and it's actually better on the computer as well talk about that in a bit but make sure you have it on your iPhone and then if you have a computer user computer also download the plug-in there on your computer and you want to sign up for an account and start adding in your credentials right away so to do this on the application it's very easy just click the little plus icon up there and then you can choose from one of these popular sites right here or you can add in a custom website let's go and do state custom site and you could just name the website here so we'll just say YouTube just because you can have the folder there and then put in the URL so we're going to youtube.com then you're going to put in the username for youtube.com so for youtube.com the username is actually going to be an email but for this case we're just doing something just for fun just testing it out so we're going to put in some random letters there and then for passcode you could put in a passcode if you want but I'd recommend you generate new passcode right here so you can see ID mindset on 26 characters so you can go all the way up to 64 characters now I'm going to keep mine and around the 25 to 30 mark I think that's pretty good and you have options right here where you can do you can make it pronounceable or you can just do random letters you can do numbers you can have symbols there you can change all these different settings in here for the passcode and you can see there we have our password for YouTube saved there so let's give you a basic premise of what this app is all about so you're no longer going to have the same password for everything so your data it's going to be a lot more secure if you ever do get hacked or anything like that and so of course you're not going to remember that long generated passcode so when you need to go ahead and copy that password simply go to your list and tap on the key icon next to the site you want the passcode - and then it's copied that quick you also have the ability to save notes in autofill forms but I don't personally use these on mobile now the web version is even better than the mobile version because when you go to a website LastPass knows if you have a password safe for that site and there's going to be a little icon here in the text field that indicates it all you have to do is click those little dots click on the username you want and then do the same for the password and then you're done you're into your account that quickly without even having to remember your password so yeah that's LastPass an app where you don't have to write remember or reset passwords they're all on autopilot they keep track of at all so you can stay sane next up is an application called workflow and this app has made my life so much easier and I'm not sure how I've even been living without this so basically workflow automates the set of processes that you set within the app now I know that sounds pretty confusing and you know it doesn't really tell you much about the application because there's really no good way to explain it you just have to see it in action and you're really going to see very quickly the power of this application so once you open up the application just go ahead to my workflows you can see I only have two workflows right now because I am still very new to this application somehow but you can see here I have one four screenshots of Twitter so basically it's going to show it's actually going to post my latest screenshot to Twitter with one tap of a button then we have the share my weekend music so I'm just going to show you how this works very quickly so go and click on the create new workflow and we have the option for normal today widget or action extension and it says what type of workflow do you want to build now I personally like today widget you can go and click on this little question mark here if you're confused and you don't know which one to choose and the reason I like today which is because I could just bring down the Notification Center team wants to debut right there and click on something that I want to run and it's going to run it just from right there very easily and very quickly I'll show you that next in here in a minute so once you have that selected go and swipe over to the right so you pull over the menu from the left and you're going to have these actions right here you can have the suggestion and then you go back and you can see you have all the actions right here you can also search for them up there which is very very handy so what I want to do for this exam let's take a gift and post it to Instagram so we're going to go ahead up here and do picture we're just going to go ahead and type in camera and we're going to go ahead and take a picture so we have to take video they're going to take photo right here go ahead and we're going to actually take and drag that over here to the right we're going to do three photos since we're taking a gift then we're going to swipe back over here we're going to go ahead and search for gif you're going to see here you make a gift we're going to go and swipe over on that you can also tap on it to get a little explanation of what it is we're going to go ahead over again we're going to do preview I forget what it's called but I think it's preview where you can see a quick look is what it's called so we can go ahead and see it before it posts so we're going to swipe over again and we're going to go ahead to Instagram so you can see post on Instagram right here down at the very bottom so basically now what this workflow is going to do I click this play button it's take three photos make it into a gift it's going to show me a preview and then it's going to post it to Instagram with one single press of a button of course this one's a little bit different because I'm going to have to take pictures so it's not really going to be one press of the button but if you didn't have to take pictures it would be one press of the button so we're going to ahead and click on play here we're going to take the pictures so I'm going to do that do that and then without my hand and it's going to go to make a gif it's doing this automatically here I'm just going to show me a preview of it right there so it looks good we're gonna go ahead and click on done and it's going to go to Instagram and post it here to Instagram just like that so we're going to go ahead and cancel this and go back to workflow then you're going to notice when I pull down my today view we have that workflow right there I didn't actually name it so it's still called on ton of workflow but go and click on that it's going to run that action right there it's going to run that process right there now of course this may not been the best one to show you because you do actually have to press button still so I'm going to show you what it looks like when I have my post my screenshot to Twitter so basically like when a new iOS version comes out I like to post the screenshots on Twitter so if I go and click on that it's going to take the latest screenshot and automatically pull up so I can post it on Twitter just like that so you can see here this workflow is very simple it just takes the latest screenshot only one screenshot and then it shows the compose sheet here for Twitter so I could post it live there on Twitter and of course there is a little bit of a learning curve here for workflow basically just to know all the actions you can do but it's definitely something out suggest everybody play around with especially if you're into social media or just really anything it's really like I FTP but actually taking control of your device and doing things really really love it definitely going to save you time and definitely a must-have application in my opinion now next up is copied and this is a clipboard management application that's definitely going to save you time no matter what type of iPhone user you are so we've all been there you maybe want to copy multiple links or multiple blocks of text you want to send it all at the same time we have to keep going in and out you know maybe even put paste it into the notes application go back to the notes application copy it again paste it into the text go back and copy it again and notes paste and edit text all kind of things like that but with this application it saves it all inside of one pasteboard so you have everything that you'd copied right there and just can paste it with one simple tap of a button so let me show you how it works let's just go ahead to Safari so we're just gonna go ahead and select this first paragraph of text right here and then instead of clicking copy you can click copy but to save it to copied you're going to go and click on share and you're going to have save to copied right there go and click on that that's going to copy it that quickly so now that we copied that we can go back into the application you're going to notice now that we have that copied twice actually messed up the first one so we go and delete that since it is the same thing so you can see there that it is copied and it's right there at the very top so let's go back and go ahead and copy this link right here so go ahead and tap and hold on that going to go to share save - copied go back to the application you're going to notice that that link now is very top here at copy now of course you want to be copying and pasting things very quickly going in and out of applications you don't want to have to keep going into the copied application which is why there is a widget for copied which I highly recommend you put here so when you pull down on your Notification Center and you're on the Today view you can see you have all your recently copied pieces of text or links whatever you have here right here and all you have to do to copy them simply click on it one time and it's copied just like that you can save any of these for right here so this just makes everything easier if you have multiple links you wanted to copy without having to go back in and out and using the notes application to basically just copy and paste multiple times it's makes everything so so much easier next up is the Aloha browser and this is actually one that I'm using to show you how to save videos from Twitter Facebook or Instagram without multiple applications or a computer or a jailbreak so the Aloha browser makes downloading things online very very easy so basically I'm using save it offline here to put in a Twitter video then i clicked on 360p mp4 right there and then saved it to videos and then if I click this little menu icon right here and go to downloads you can see there that we have the two videos we go and swipe over right here you're going to notice that we have the little download button and you can save video and it saves it directly to your camera roll just like that the aloha browser also has a built-in VPN so it's a very good secure browser here if you wanted an alternative to Safari but I mainly use it for the Downloads function again this website allows you to save Twitter Facebook and Instagram videos without using multiple applications or a computer I'm probably gonna be making a full video on this if you want a little bit more detail but the Aloha browser is nice also because it does have built-in VPN right there I have to just click on this little VPN icon it's going to install a profile I don't have mine set up right now but you can do that here with Aloha and there's a lot of other good features in the Aloha browser but the main reason I'm showing you this application in this video and so that you can save videos from Twitter Facebook and Instagram without having to go through all the hassle of having a computer or you know using multiple apps for each one just makes your life a lot easier if you wanted to download something you saw while browsing on social media now we're going back to the boring application so sign now allows you to sign documents on your iPhone so if you maybe have like a tax document you have an NDA that you need to sign it's going to be very easy to do so with sign now so it's a pool and a document all you have to do is click on the little plus icon then you have all these different services that you can pull one in from so if you have it from an email a photo a sample Salesforce I use other because I do use iCloud drive right here so if you use iCloud drive scroll down to the PDF right here for the NDA you can see it pulls up right there so we have all these empty spaces here we're going to go down to the signature spot just so I can show you how it works so you can see here this is where you're supposed to sign all you want to do here is go and click on the little blank space right there entered signature and you can see I already have my thing that you set up right there and you're going to have to set that up as well go and click on done now you can go down here and resize it if you want going adjust size you can adjust the size there if you want let's go and do that again you has a little toggle to scroll and make the signature bigger or smaller so we're going make it a little bit about like that we're going to go ahead and try to move it again but right there is pretty good that looks good so we can go ahead over now again it's going to zoom out a little bit you could do the other signature over here if we go ahead right here you can go ahead and insert text so you could just put in what is put in something random right there move it around to wherever you want to go very easy to sign and add text to PDF if you need to sign them and send them through an email if you have like tax documents or NDA's or anything like that this makes it very very easy to do so so again that is signed now that allows you to sign documents very quickly and very easily on your iOS device and once you get done go ahead click on the little check mark save it as whatever you want to save it as you're going to upload and finalize the signature then just go and tap on it and you can go ahead and save or open it in wherever you want send it back as an email whatever you want very very easy to edit and send out again once you have signed it any final application is called slow and fast video and this does exactly what the name implies it allows you to slow down and speed up videos at any given point in time so you have to do is select your video so at first it's going to show you slo-mo videos you just want to go to all videos right here select the video click choose then you have these little dots down here we're going to be able to adjust the speed so of course up means faster down means slower you can move them side to side you know wherever you want you can completely customize the speed of which this video moves and the great thing about this is that the video does not have to be shot in slo-mo on your iPhone which is you know the only way you could do it with stock iOS without an application as if you shot it in slo-mo you can change the slo-mo you know where the slo-mo occurs but without that you know if you just shot it as a regular video you could not do that that's where this app really comes in handy and saves you some time so you don't have to go onto the computer go into some other editing suite and going to slow it down manually this allows you to do it very quickly really highly recommend this application again it's called slow and fast video I will have a link down in the description below but anyways guys there you have it those are six iOS applications that are going to make your life easier no doubt about it hope you enjoyed the video found at least one application you didn't have before if you did make sure to go ahead and hit that like button and let me know you enjoyed it also make sure to leave a comment down below what's your favorite application or if you have another application that makes your life easier going to maybe getting cover here in this video of course make sure to subscribe if you want to see a lot more iOS app videos here in the future so thanks again for watching guys and I'll see you soonwhat's up guys my name is Brandon and today I'll be showing you six iOS apps that are going to make your life much much easier of course these are going to be the most fun and entertaining applications if you're looking for that make sure to check right there so we have all these empty spaces here we're going to go down to the signature spot just so I can show you how it works so you can see here this is where you're supposed to sign all you want to do here is go and click on the little blank space right there entered signature and you can see I already have my thing that you set up right there and you're going to have to set that up as well go and click on done now you can go down here and resize it if you want going adjust size you can adjust the size there if you want let's go and do that again you has a little toggle to scroll and make the signature bigger or smaller so we're going make it a little bit about like that we're going to go ahead and try to move it again but right there is pretty good that looks good so we can go ahead over now again it's going to zoom out a little bit you could do the other signature over here if we go ahead right here you can go ahead and insert text so you could just put in what is put in something random right there move it around to wherever you want to go very easy to sign and add text to PDF if you need to sign them and send them through an email if you have like tax documents or NDA's or anything like that this makes it very very easy to do so so again that is signed now that allows you to sign documents very quickly and very easily on your iOS device and once you get done go ahead click on the little check mark save it as whatever you want to save it as you're going to upload and finalize the signature then just go and tap on it and you can go ahead and save or open it in wherever you want send it back as an email whatever you want very very easy to edit and send out again once you have signed it any final application is called slow and fast video and this does exactly what the name implies it allows you to slow down and speed up videos at any given point in time so you have to do is select your video so at first it's going to show you slo-mo videos you just want to go to all videos right here select the video click choose then you have these little dots down here we're going to be able to adjust the speed so of course up means faster down means slower you can move them side to side you know wherever you want you can completely customize the speed of which this video moves and the great thing about this is that the video does not have to be shot in slo-mo on your iPhone which is you know the only way you could do it with stock iOS without an application as if you shot it in slo-mo you can change the slo-mo you know where the slo-mo occurs but without that you know if you just shot it as a regular video you could not do that that's where this app really comes in handy and saves you some time so you don't have to go onto the computer go into some other editing suite and going to slow it down manually this allows you to do it very quickly really highly recommend this application again it's called slow and fast video I will have a link down in the description below but anyways guys there you have it those are six iOS applications that are going to make your life easier no doubt about it hope you enjoyed the video found at least one application you didn't have before if you did make sure to go ahead and hit that like button and let me know you enjoyed it also make sure to leave a comment down below what's your favorite
