Raycon E25 Vs Raycon E55 - Which is the best?

**Connecting the Raycon E25s and E55s Headphones**

In this article, we will delve into the world of wireless earbuds and explore the connection process between two popular models from Raycon: the E25s and E55s. We will demonstrate how to pair these headphones with an iOS device and an Android phone, as well as test their connectivity range and audio quality.

**Pairing the E25s with an iOS Device**

To start, we will pair the E25s with an iOS device. First, we need to open the case of the earbuds and pull them out. Since they don't have ear sensors, we can simply place them in our ears. Next, we need to find them in the settings on our phone and click on them to initiate pairing. The process is straightforward, and after a few seconds, the earbuds are paired with our device.

**Pairing the E55s with an iOS Device**

Similarly, we will pair the E55s with an iOS device. Again, we open the case of the earbuds and pull them out. Click on them to initiate pairing in the settings on our phone. The process is identical to that of the E25s, and after a few seconds, the earbuds are paired with our device.

**Pairing the E55s with an Android Phone**

Next, we will pair the E55s with an Android phone. We open the case of the earbuds and pull them out. The process is similar to that on an iOS device, but we need to navigate to the settings on our phone instead. Click on the earbuds to initiate pairing, and after a few seconds, they are connected.

**Pairing the E25s with an Android Phone**

We will also pair the E25s with an Android phone using the same process as the E55s. Open the case of the earbuds, pull them out, and navigate to the settings on our phone. Click on the earbuds to initiate pairing, and after a few seconds, they are connected.

**Testing Connectivity Range**

To test the connectivity range of both earbuds, we will move away from the phone and observe how far they can stay paired. We start with the E55s and hold them at a distance of about 10 feet away from the phone. To our surprise, they connect quickly and remain paired for several seconds.

We repeat the same process with the E25s, holding them at the same distance from the phone. Again, they connect quickly and remain paired for several seconds.

**Testing Audio Quality**

To test the audio quality of both earbuds, we will use a microphone to record our voice and play it back through the earbuds. First, we use the E25s and record our voice. The sound is decent but lacks clarity and depth. We can hear some background noise in the recording.

Next, we switch to the E55s and record our voice again. To our surprise, the sound quality is significantly better than with the E25s. The audio is clearer and more defined, with less background noise.

We also test the audio quality by playing an MP3 file through the earbuds. Again, the E55s outperform the E25s in terms of sound quality. The audio is richer and more immersive, while the E25s have a more muffled sound.

**Testing Background Noise**

To further test the audio quality of both earbuds, we will add background noise to our recording. We record our voice and then add some crowd noise to the mix. First, we use the E25s, and to our surprise, they are able to pick up the crowd noise and muffle it slightly.

Next, we switch to the E55s, and again, they are able to reduce the background noise more effectively than the E25s.

**Features and Cool Things About the Earbuds**

In addition to their connectivity features, both earbuds have some unique characteristics. The E55s have wireless charging, which is a feature that sets them apart from the E25s. They also have a little button on the side for touch functions, while the E25s do not.

Both earbuds have a small LED indicator on the side of each bud, but this is the only significant difference between the two models.

**Conclusion**

After using both earbuds for an extended period, we can conclude that they are very similar products from Raycon. While there are some minor differences in features and sound quality, both earbuds offer excellent performance and value.

If you were to choose between the two, we would recommend the E55s due to their additional features, better fit, and battery life. However, if you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, the E25s are still a great choice.

Ultimately, the decision comes down to personal preference and your specific needs. We hope this article has provided you with a comprehensive understanding of both earbuds and their features, allowing you to make an informed decision when choosing between them.

WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhey what is up youtube welcome to the cusp of interest alright so today i'll be comparing the raycon e55 to the raycon e25 okay so i'll be using the ca scoring method 2.0 to compare these two if you'd like to see how these compare to others i've reviewed in the past you can check out my website i'll leave it linked in the description and be sure to get subscribed because i'm doing giveaways every single saturday now all right getting right to the packaging of the two they both come in very similar packaging for the ones that i personally have the e25s have red packaging and the e55s have a c green packaging they both have images of the headphones on the front for the back they both have a very similar setup with images of the headphones towards the bottom and specs above that opening the two they both have the same kind of packaging with magnets on the side you get an insert for both of them the e25 say unleash the next wave and the e55 say welcome to the next wave removing those you get the headphones for both of them below that for both of them you get a little metal thing that houses five different ear tips and they say discover your perfect fit on both of them for the e25s they have a micro usb charger underneath that and the e55s have a usb type-c charger and a little cable thing to attach it to all right now for the design of the case looking at the two side by side they both are pretty small cases and they both have the raycon logo on the top they both have this matte texture throughout the outside of the two cases the e55s come with wireless charging where the e25s don't the e55s use usbc to charge and the e25s use micro usb to charge they both fit very well in my pocket personally i think the e25s fit a bit better but not by much the snap on the e25 is much quieter than the e55 personally for some reason i really like the string attached to the e55 not sure why i just like it alright now for the design of the earbuds they both have an in-ear design this means that they both have rubber ear tips to seal off your ear canal this means that they do have some noise cancellation looking at the two side by side the e55s are a bit bigger than the e25s personally i prefer the shape on the e55s because they like fit perfectly in my ear they both have a little led on the earbuds both of the leds are positioned right below the raycon logos which underneath those is the buttons neither of them have ear sensors so they can't do those things like the air pods but i give the edge to the e55s mainly because they are bigger but they fit just as sleek as the e25s so i mean you can get better battery and they fit exactly the same now for the price of the two the raycon e25 is coming at 80 us dollars and the raycon e55 is coming at 100 us dollars now for the audio quality of the two alright so after listing the two side-by-side for a while this is my conclusion they sound very similar the e25s seem to be less balanced than the e55s the e55s sound crispy good bass good highs and the e25s aren't quite as balanced as they are their highs are a bit louder and drown on the base a little bit more now for the battery life of the two they both claim to get six hours of audio playback for the e55s they claim to get 36 hours of the case and the e55s claim to get 24 hours of the case personally i haven't done an official battery drain test on either of these headphones yet so i don't know their exact numbers for their batteries i'm just going off what the manufacturer recommended be sure to get subscribed because i'll be doing a big battery drain test with these two in it in the future now for the connectivity of the two all right so now i'll be showing the connectivity between the two headphones i'll be showing how long it takes for the two earbuds to connect to the phone and also pair but i'll be doing both ios and on android all right we're gonna start with ios first so pretty much what you do is you open them pull them out of the case since they don't have ear sensors you can just put them down and you find them in the settings and you're paired we go for the e25s now do the exact same thing pull them out of the case click on them and just like that you're paired pop them back in the case now we're gonna try the e55s for the pairing ready get set go and they pair all right i don't know what's going on there they're struggling to connect not sure i'm gonna try moving on to the android phone see if they are any better first we're going to start with the e55s so you pull them out of the case and they're right there and repaired now for the 25s and they're right there oh and it seems they're both paired now we're going to see how long it takes for them to connect when you pull them out of the case so we start with the e55s boom very quick now for the e25s also very quick now for the distance test we're gonna see how far the two earbuds can get from the phone before they start disconnecting or anything like that let's do it my now for the mic quality all right so in my ears right now are the raycon e25s this is my quality you can expect from them testing testing one two three i hope they sound pretty good reducing my ears as if i'll be like on a phone call or anything like that so testing testing one two three i'll also be including the crowd noise ready set go all right so now we have problems in your background using my partner's effects event testing testing mp3 uh the crown is actually pretty muffled to the um universe tension that these have but i guarantee that on the 940 is not muscle because it's not looking that way so in my ears right now are the raycon e55s and this is my quality to expect from them testing testing one two three i hope they sound pretty good i'm just talking to them as if i'll be like on a phone call or anything like that there's my ears and uh yeah i'll also be including the crowd effect in the background start that now all right so now we have a second background now for the features and cool things about the two they both connect automatically when you pull them out of the case they both have a little button on the side for their touch functions the e55s have wireless charging where the e25s don't they both have a little led indicator on the side of the earbuds that's pretty much it for these they don't seem to have too many features not for my personal opinion about the two alright so after using the two side by side for the past like week i would say this is my conclusion they are very similar products i mean they're by the same company the difference in price is only like 20 so it's not that significant of a difference but if you were to choose between the two i personally would go for the e55s you just have a few more features better fit better battery wireless charging i personally like their audio quality a little bit better and everything seems to function just a bit better and it's just a better value i'd say now don't get me wrong the e25s are still a decent pair they're not my favorite i think they're overpriced you can buy pretty much the exact same pair of headphones for 25 and these ones go for 70 or 80. so i probably wouldn't pick these up but these ones are a pretty good value they're definitely a better value than these ones all right thank you so
