A Haul from eBay and Decorating Journey Continues

As I unpacked my latest haul from Tuesday Morning, I couldn't help but feel excited to finally get everything settled into its new home. The first item that caught my eye was a beautiful, vintage-inspired bed that I had picked up on Tuesday Morning. It's also my birthday, which is why I'm treating myself to this special purchase. I love how the beigey brown color and sherpa fur lining will add a cozy touch to my bedroom. With the furniture staying largely the same, I'll just be reupholstering the headboard and changing out some accessories.

Speaking of Tuesday Morning, I've been really loving their selection lately. They always seem to have the perfect items that are hard to find elsewhere. However, I've come to realize that my home is missing something - character. A lot of what I buy tends to be from Hobby Lobby, which is why I feel like it's just lacking a certain je ne sais quoi. That's where eBay comes in, and I'm so glad I have it as a shopping option. It's been a game-changer for me, and I've discovered some amazing unique pieces that will add personality to my spaces.

My bedroom is going to be the first room on deck as part of my decorating journey. While the furniture stays the same, I'll be making some tweaks here and there to give it a fresh new look. I'm really excited to see how everything comes together, and I know you guys are going to love the final result.

For now, let's take a look at what I scored on eBay. Unfortunately, I can't link to the items in real-time, but I'll make sure to show you pictures of them once they arrive. First up is this stunning vintage candle holder. It has such a Victorian vibe and would look amazing with a tea light or tapered candle inside. I'm thinking of using it as a decorative piece on my bedside table.

Next, I have this gorgeous vintage book that's going to be a key part of my nightstand display. The binding is just beautiful, and the cover is so delicate-looking. It's definitely something I've been searching for ages, and I'm thrilled to finally have found it. I'll also be styling some other vintage books around it to create a cozy reading nook.

Last but not least, I want to show off this gorgeous sake tea set that I scored on eBay. It's just the most beautiful piece, with its wicker element and delicate cups. I'm so glad I paid only $30 for it - shipping was expensive, but totally worth it. The seller did an amazing job of wrapping it up, too. I can already imagine this set making its way into my kitchen decor, and I know you guys are going to love seeing the finished look. for tuesday's video and we're gonna do just a um collective haul from other stores today it was supposed to have been again like released yesterday but i had already pre-filmed my dollar tree and it just ended up being easier for me to do it this way so anyways i have a big haul today like a huge one i've got stuff from hobby lobby tuesday morning some stuff from ebay and walmart i think yeah i think those are the stores i don't know if i'm gonna include anything from amazon or not but anyways so the first things i'm just gonna get them out of the way because i have to do like a clip for you guys the first thing is loki needed a new bed he was outgrowing the other one that i had he's just getting bigger um and if you guys don't know who loki is he is my mastiff he is so cute he's a puppy he just turned four months old on the second so and he is going to get huge so he just needed a new bed and i picked up the bed from tuesday morning by the way um the second item that i'll share is from hobby lobby and i actually ordered it online because my hobby lobby stores didn't have what i was looking for and i was so relieved to have found it um through hobby lobby because these gold mirrors can get quite expensive and i really wanted some gold mirrors for my bedroom makeover which is coming saturday it's gonna get released so make sure your bells turned on your subscribe because if you've seen like the progression of my bedroom and what it's all looked like and it's going to have a different style and it's i know you guys are going to love it so i ended up finding these gold mirrors through hobby lobby and they were on sale forty percent off because it's their spring line so i ended up paying i guess like around fifty dollars per mirror which was awesome so i ended up spending a hundred combined for two mirrors which was amazing because i the other mirror that i liked was on amazon and they were over 200 a piece now that we have that out of the way let's get into the first store which is walmart i did score this right here which was such a good find you get four pieces in here this is the walmart brand the mainstays if my camera would focus there we go um it is a storage bin set so you get two of the large ones and then there's two small ones in here this was eight dollars i actually got three sets the other two are just over there somewhere and i got these because i am in a season of organizing decluttering all of that and really honestly even though it's like physical it's also like in my mind i just really need to get this done because i feel like my mind's just weighing so heavily with kind of everything that's going on in the house so um i got these to organize my pantry with then i found this little file folder organizer i love the peekaboo like window there and i'm just a sucker for anything stationary i got this for just some office organization um i'm going to be getting a new office desk if you watched my office makeover then you know i ruined the desk with polyurethane it turned it from white to yellow so i'm gonna be getting a new desk and the desk i'm looking at doesn't have any like drawer space so i'm gonna be buying something like maybe like a plastic container to fit under there and then using this to like organize all of my papers in my office next up i found a cute little valentine's day mug i just did a declutter of my kitchen and decluttered all of my mugs got rid of donated so many and i wanted to pick up some more valentine's day mugs you're going to see a bunch in today's video this one's really cute it just has like this one little heart kind of looks like the grinch heart this was 3.98 so i'm gonna put it in my um valentine's day mug collection and then i found this shirt this was in the men's section always check out the men's section you never know what you're gonna find and i just love this plaid this is one of my favorite plaids with the green and the yellow and the navy it's a button up i could definitely wear it we know with my leggings i definitely have more of a minimalist style and a bit another big video is coming as well we're gonna be organizing my closet i just did a purchase a huge purchase off sheen i asked you guys on instagram if you wanted to kind of like see that we're going to declutter all my clothes that i'm just not wearing get those donated and then just bring in what i am going to wear and i just thought this was a gem of a fine i think it was like 9.98 and i went with a 3xl so i did choose this size specifically um just because i know you know you know i just know like certain like pieces of clothing and how you want it to kind of fit flannels are one of those pieces where i like it to be bigger on me um so yeah so just stop i could style it like with leggings a sports bra and then this kind of over it and just kind of walk around the house like that you know so now let's jump into hobby lobby this hobby lobby trip i had a goal i had a specific list so that i could check it off for i think like one thing for my kitchen and then the rest for my bedroom however i also picked up some valentine's day things because it finally is on sale so it's i think currently marked at 40 off so i'll show those first i found these little ceramic um envelopes which are so cute i thought they would be really cute styled like on a tablescape and use them as like a place card holder i just thought that could be cute or you could just even like take some like little florals little roses and kind of like put them there and then style it in the center of the plate kind of thing i'm going to be doing a video i've been talking about this on my dollar tree hauls so i'm going to be doing like some dollar tree items and then these hobby lobby items in style like a whole tablescape for you guys and i also picked up some chargers just because i thought they were just they were perfect and i believe they're new i don't know that dollar or hobby lobby did this last year 3.99 but 40 off of that price so i got two because i'm only gonna do two place settings i have a very small kitchen table so i don't need to do like a whole thing these were also 3.99 but 40 off and that's it for valentine's day from hobby lobby then i decided i wanted to pick up more of the um of these clay pots i actually bought my set from dollar tree but because i was at hobby lobby because i knew the color was a little bit different i thought it could be styled nicely to have like a different variety of colors and you'll see this when i release my kitchen makeover next up i picked up another one of these i shouldn't have because it wasn't on sale it's table decor and table decor wasn't on sale this week but like i needed to get it for my bedroom to complete the video it was 5.99 no sale so there's that and then the rest was on sale i picked up this little tea light holder which is funny because i it suddenly dawned on me that i've bought this exact one for my daughter and it's in her bedroom but i got this for my bedroom i'm going for a vintage victorian v mixed with all of my other elements that i have like farmhouse french country so i just thought this little piece would look beautiful and an element that i sometimes can tend to forget with decorating is lighting you know whether it's a little candle or like fairy lights i'm telling you it creates the most calming relaxing environment so i needed to bring in some pieces that i could do that with so i'll put tea lights in this and then i also picked up these candle holders so you can see this has more of a farmhouse french country look to it so i'm definitely mixing elements um 13.99 and 11.99 for these two but 50 off because it was on sale and i am gonna do some led like tapered candles um some that i have from dollar tree and then this one was 9.99 but 50 off so like what five bucks so those are for my bedroom you'll see it saturday and then also for my bedroom i have these pretty much all over the house like this exact one i love using this metal piece to frame doorways it just looks so pretty um this was 13.99 but 50 off because it's wall decor this week wreath i kind of went back and forth on this this is also going to be part of my bedroom you can see it has more of a french country vibe 24.99 but floral is also 50 off so 50 off of that price and i did get it for my bedroom all right so that's it for hobby lobby now let's get into tuesday morning now y'all already know my obsession with mugs so here we go okay i found these at tuesday morning and it was just this one is beautiful i wish you guys could see this in person like the center part of the heart is like doodly i don't know if you can tell but it's such a beautiful mug like what 3.99 absolutely love this mug love the pink shade too i don't have anything like it and then i saw this black one with all of the little hearts that say xoxo and then all the dots it's so pretty there's like some really nice texture to it pink lining on the inside i love that detail this black mug is is everything 3.99 and then i picked up some easter mugs which has been on my list um so i picked up this one i love the black like doodly part on the the handle it's so pretty and then the eggs and then that powder it's green for a minute there it looked blue but it is a mint green lining 3.99 as well and then i found this little set i mean it didn't it wasn't sold as a set but you can definitely tell that they go together and so i found this one which has like a creamy yellow lining kind of hard to see look how pretty that is just gives me a little bit of like vintage or like maybe french country for sure like house or shabby chic maybe i don't really know but um they were all 3.99 and then here's the pink bunny and the bunnies are on both sides by the way like how pretty is that little bunny and pink lining on that one and then here's the blue bunny which has like a little flower crown which is so cute and they had more they had like it's like a blue lining just like this but the bunny looked different but this is what i went with all right so those are the mugs and then this i saw this and i said yeah this is a teapot it's not so just so darling um i feel like easter is one of those times where i i just get to decorate with pastels because i'm usually not like a pastel person but i just live vicariously through easter for that moment and this was just so beautiful it was 24.99 and i have been collecting teapots i'll actually do like a clip here so you guys can kind of see what i've collected and this there's i don't have anything like this one it's just stunning like you see the little butterfly part right here where you would pour the tea and then the tea comes out of the little tulip y'all okay and then you saw loki's bed that was also a tuesday morning purchase and then the last thing i think from tuesday morning is this huge blanket it's stunning you guys it's lined with like this sherpa fur on the inside i love this beigey brown color and i got it for my bedroom so it's gonna be like the blanket that goes over like the duvet set alright so we've checked off walmart hobby lobby tuesday morning now let's get into ebay through my decorating journey and just trying to figure out my style what i finally realized was missing from what you kind of see in the background is character you know a lot of what i get is from hobby lobby so i feel like my home is just missing those pieces that makes it kind of feel like a home um and i've really like loved ebay for this um so it's just been a place that i've loved shopping at recently now my living room is going to be next as well it's just little touches that need to be done so um furniture is basically staying the same but like i'll be moving that mirror and doing something else we'll be doing something there so yeah anyways i digress so in a previous haul i only showed pictures of this because i hadn't got them in yet so i thought i'd share them now because i did get them in the mail so from ebay unfortunately i can't link it right so like one-of-a-kind kind of deal um but this is for my bedroom i just love how victorian and just vintage this looks it's like a little candle holder i could also do it just like this um and then i could just like put a tea light in here really or i could take this out and do like a tapered candle kind of thing so i got this for my bedroom and then i also saw this beauty too like just not give you burger 10 vibes i just love how vintage and stunning this piece is um yeah and a tapered candle there as well could sit you know just kind of like styled with decor it's not something that i'm actually going to be like using functionally it's just a decor piece but it is for my bedroom also for my bedroom and i've been waiting for this to come because it's going to be a key element in my knife stand display but i found a seller that was selling a lot of these vintage books and this is where you're going to kind of see some color in my bedroom because a lot of it's going to be pretty neutral um but just look at those bindings or just like the the name just escaped me spine but yeah it just has such a vintage like look to it and i thought this is something i definitely need like look at this book like oh just i think it's stunning you know um this little one is so cute too and then i have these as well so yeah and i was definitely going for like looking at you know just i wanted the books to look aged like they you know they've been they've been around for a while so um those are gonna get styled on my nightstand and then the last thing from ebay this is so beautiful i think it's a sake tea set i think it's how it was listed y'all is this not absolutely darling and i love the wicker element because it's a material that i use with decorating and you'll see this in my kitchen decor and where i'm gonna put this and then it also came with the little cups oh my gosh i love this set so much the price that i paid for i don't even remember what i paid for it i think it was like thirty dollars i mean shipping you know um but shipping was quite expensive but completely worth it the seller did an amazing job like wrapping it and everything but this little set is just this is the best find ever for me so i love it and i can't wait for you guys to see um yeah what it's going to look like in the kitchen so that's actually it for the halls a pretty big haul i hope you guys enjoyed and i'm really happy to be sharing all of these spaces and especially right away so you're gonna see the bedroom in a couple days the kitchen will follow and then we're gonna do edits to the living room the entryway hallway and the library the library is going to get a new revamp is i've had problems getting like um my shelf in and also i have a whole new vision for that space it's still gonna be a library but a whole new vision and i just i can't wait to share with you guys so um and then um we'll move on to the upstairs as well even though most of the upstairs is done but anyways that's it i know i talked
