Welcome to Barbecue Pit Boo's House of Sausage: A Culinary Adventure with Butter Steam Clams

As we walk down to the house of sausage, donning our barbecue shoes, we can't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. Today, we're going to embark on a culinary adventure that will take us to the shores of the sea, where the freshest ingredients come together in perfect harmony. Our mission is to create the most mouth-watering butter steam clams this side of the ocean.

As we gaze upon our selection of clams, we see several types before us. We have hard shell clams, affectionately known as little necks or Cherry stones, and soft shell clams, often referred to as Steamers. And then there are the farm-raised muscles, a delicacy that's sure to impress even the most discerning palate. It's time to get started on our culinary journey.

The first step in preparing these butter steam clams is to heat up some butter. We can use either unsalted or salted butter, whichever suits our taste buds. Today, we'll opt for the latter, as it will add a touch of sophistication to our dish. As the butter melts, we'll add a few crushed garlic cloves to give it that pungent flavor we all know and love.

With our garlic butter ready, we'll transfer it to the hot coals, where it will simmer for a few minutes. Meanwhile, we've prepared a black iron pan, where we'll add all our clams, ensuring they cook evenly and in their own juices. The moment of truth has arrived; as the shells start to pop up, we know our butter steam clams are done. It's a sign that tells us it's time to plate our dish and serve.

Now, while our clams are finishing off their cooking process, we'll prepare some garlic cheese bread. This is where things get really interesting, folks! We'll smash up a few cloves of garlic and rub them onto the fresh bread, infusing it with that unmistakable aroma. And on top of this garlic-infused goodness, we'll drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle some cheese. It's a combination that's sure to elevate our butter steam clams to new heights.

As our garlic cheese bread toasts in the grill for another couple of minutes, we know that our dish is almost complete. The aroma wafting from the kitchen is tantalizing, making our mouths water in anticipation. Finally, just before serving, we'll add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to our garlic butter, giving it that extra burst of flavor.

And there you have it, folks! Our butter steam clams are ready to be devoured. We'll serve them with our garlic cheese bread and a side salad, creating a culinary masterpiece that will leave even the most seasoned foodies speechless. So go ahead, take a bite, and let the flavors transport you to the shores of the sea.

As we savor each morsel of this delicious dish, we can't help but think about where we got it from. Barbecue Pit Boo's House of Sausage has been a culinary gem, hidden away from prying eyes until now.
