We're going to set up this MR2. This is the same one that is on the MR2 and this is designed for an MR2, the same one from Hux Racing but we're going to make this one work in the NSX and we might have to modify the catch pan a little bit to make it fit. But it does tuck up really close to the bottom of the pan. You can see that's where the flywheel goes, so we might just have to notch it a little bit here on the back end on the front but it shouldn't be too big of a deal. But yeah, I just wanted to show that real quick because Fox Racing sent this to us and they even engraved "NSX" on it, gave us our own little custom mid plate. So I thought that was pretty cool. But we'll be getting this on soon after the event just to make sure that motor is in there nice and solid.
Because when we brought it to Colorado, you guys saw that the uh the mountains kind of broke and shifted around a little bit, and we just kind of rigged some stuff up to make it work. But we'll make it legit here soon. Catch pan is on. I think Lucy's sneezing in the background and I think she's ready to go. FL 2K is tomorrow, the first day, and we're gonna be roll racing, which is Thursday. It's a four-day event, uh we'll be hanging out most of the event if you guys are wondering but we'll be mainly there for tomorrow, which is the road race and stuff.

Give you guys a quick update on the Radisse transmission. You guys remember we broke it pretty good? We still have our broken shaft over there. But we just got everything from Quafe over here. We got our new shaft that is in one piece and then we also have the new fourth gear. Really, just needed the shaft but this other stuff is just good to replace while we're in here.
We saw some pretty good wear on the fourth gear actually it's fifth gear, my bad. Fifth gear then we got two new nuts because we have re-staked the nuts a few times so i guess these you want to replace every time it needs to come apart to restake those on the fresh nuts. We got some fresh bearings this might as well and then I'm really excited about these two bolts right here.
Because if you guys remember when me and Tom took the white MR24A drive in Colorado, that bolt actually backed out and we lost the shifter um we never found that bolt and ever since we put their outer seat together we've actually been sharing the bolt from the MR2 with their outer seat back and forth whichever one we drive we steal the bolt out of it because it is like a special machine bolt from Quafe. And we were just swapping the bolts back and forth but now I ordered two extras so one will be going back onto the van and then we have one that's a spare so we're good to go.
And all I need now is to get a belt housing which I did track one down because this one's still cracked and then we can swap everything over into the new belt housing and I'll be picking that up here soon. And I'll be working on getting the transmission back together for the router C and getting our minivan put back together.

because it's really light so but we'll find out yeah i mean this thing also like a whole there's a falling car with an auto and a trans brake so i mean like you still got a clutch i mean it basically does its own thing with the fuel tech now but still you still got to drive it i feel like more than what i got to do with this so yeah this one should be a little more laid back yeah let off the button and go so and you're out yep nah it's gonna be sweet all right so right now we have the nsx up on the lift and we are whipping out a catch pan for this thing because we are getting ready to roll race this thing at fl 2k and now wyatt is up under there welding some tabs to our aluminum pan we'll show you a little bit more how we made that here in a second but basically all we did was uh traced out a piece of cardboard and made sure that covered everywhere underneath the engine the transmission sits right here and then we traced that onto a piece of aluminum folded the edges up we got three inches all the way around so this thing will be able to hold plenty of fluid if we have a mishap and we had to just notch it a little bit right here for that oil return coming off the turbo there but it is coming out freaking sweet we need to do a catch pan honestly on all the cars in the future but we're starting here with the nsx because they're getting pretty strict over at the track they don't want any oil downs over at the track because they have a schedule to maintain so if cars blow up they need to not spill cup finals or whatever they had like seven oil down so they're like no more yeah no more of that yeah it's not good because when the car blows up and oils the track down they literally have to take almost half an hour or more just to clean the entire track because it won't be safe to drive on anymore because there's oil everywhere so we are trying to not be those guys in case something lets loosen this thing so they're requiring everybody to get some catch pans and we're getting this one whipped out here it's coming out pretty good though yep that break makes a lot easier to bend them yeah still some welds but not nearly as bad as having to weld every one of those joints yeah we just got her hung up in place right now with some ratchet straps and getting those tabs tacked on there and we'll show you guys what it looks like once we take it off to get those tabs fully welded out wham there she is super thick and there's a nice piece right there we can put the pigment inside there soak up anything if the worst happens the worst case hopefully not now that
