Fixing everything with PartPic in Atlanta - Small Empires S. 2 Ep. 1

The Struggle to Sleep and the Pressure to Succeed

It's hard for me to sleep even if I'm okay, it keeps going through my mind. I've accomplished all the tasks I need to do today, but it's just like impossible to rest well. It's hard because I feel pressure, because this is my big vision and I really want to see it come to life. But now that I've brought other people on board, it's not just me anymore - everyone wants to see it come to light, including my family, little brothers who think success means being good at sports or becoming a doctor.

I feel obligated to them because they look up to me as a role model. They want to be successful too, but they don't understand that starting a company and seeing it through is not an easy task. I want to be the person who can inspire them to pursue their passions and make a difference in the world. But it's hard when you're seen as unconventional, especially when compared to other entrepreneurs on stage at TechCrunch Disrupt.

I feel like I'm up for the challenge, though - I can just see it. I can envision this company becoming a billion-dollar success story, with people looking up to me as a role model. But there's also pressure from others who doubt my abilities and tell me that I'll never make it. For every person who says something discouraging to my face, there are hundreds of them who believe in me and want to see me succeed.

I know what drives me - I just really believe in what we're doing and what it can be. I've done everything I can so far, but I still feel like there's more to do. There are experiments I want to run, and sometimes I wonder if my conviction is too strong for people to handle. Maybe I should try to approach things from a different angle - meet with someone else who can help me pitch the idea or go into meetings without me.

Despite all these doubts and fears, I know that I won't give up. Jewel has been an inspiration to me, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for her and our company. She's not quitting anytime soon, and neither am I - in fact, I'd be surprised if she didn't make it big within the next 10 years. The technology that enables entrepreneurs like us is amazing, but there are still barriers to entry that can hold people back from succeeding.

Fortunately, companies like Jules have shown that with determination and hard work, anything is possible. She's not just a founder - she's also an inspiration to other entrepreneurs who want to make a difference in the world. And for me, being here in Atlanta and meeting her has only reaffirmed my commitment to making it happen.

Harvick, another company that's helping small businesses level the playing field with larger competitors, is poised to stand out from the crowd by leveraging mobile solutions. By building a mobile-friendly site with a simple layout and avoiding excess images that slow load times, small businesses can connect with customers on-the-go and stay ahead of the competition.

Another way to reach customers is through text reminders of sales or appointments, using apps like Foursquare to promote your business and offer special discounts to those who check-in at your store. And for those who want to really take advantage of their mobile opportunity, building a mobile app can help deepen relationships with customers and mobilize the way they do business.
