Oukitel K6000 Plus Unboxing & Hands-On Review - 6000mAh mobile
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: engot a phone here today from a brand that I have never looked at it's the oukitel k 6000 plus now the 6000 means that it's if you've got a six thousand milliamp hour battery in there which is a huge size for a mobile phone some tablets don't even have that kind of capacity so this has a MediaTek 5750 t in there very similar to the Calliope e 10 although this version of the cpu is clocked down a little bit lower so it's got 4 gigabytes of RAM 64 gigabytes of storage 5.5 inch 1080p screen I got this review unit here from tiny deal and they sent it to me with DHL and I paid 27 euros 17 tax on this so reasonably well packaged up there's a bit of bubble wrap in there so oukitel first phone of there's no idea what to expect I'm hoping it's going to beat the current battery life King for me which is the xiaomi redmi note 4 x that thing's got about 14 hours of screen on time hopefully this thing will be able to beat it alright so that is a very chunky mobile phone very thick or get onto the mobile in just a second so here we have a sim tool what else is in here just a quick guide your standard kind of things you get okay they do include a screen protector that's nice but here we have the OTA cable that included one which you don't normally see and get onto that charger here now so let's say you can charge the six thousand milliamp hour battery in under two hours which is crazy fast so there we go rated maximum rating 12 volts 2 amps fast charger and of course the cable there in white nothing else in the box ok so it feels quite heavy and I can see it has a pre-applied my screen protector and a clear case on them which is good you're getting that so I'm going to take it out of the case just to get a look and see exactly how thick this thing is with such a large battery it feels very bulky so looks and well ten point to five millimeters there that's well it's not to break any records for the slimmest bone but I guess that's not the point of at the point of it is about battery life so get the screen protector off here comes pre applied I'll also just weigh it to see however this is it's not exactly light feeling to me two hundred and seven grams yeah that's not the lightest mobile so it has two SIM card support or you can put a SIM card and a micro SD card in there there's the instructions there on the back which is good to see that we've got micro SD card support on that F 64 gigabytes isn't enough for you so looking at the top front here we have an 8 megapixel F 2.0 aperture camera for selfies the air piece and just along here is an ambient light sensor now this glass around the edges that's 2.5 D on the front there there is a physical home button which is a click n type that also acts as the fingerprint reader for fingerprint security I'll set that up later on in the video so we've got two screws holding in the rear housing loud speaker and microphone here on the right side the power volume buttons these are made out of metal they're not I wouldn't call them loose but they've got a little bit of play in them but they don't rattle around which is good because I do find that really annoying now you can see the joins here the top bottom parts for the antenna reception they're made out of plastic you can see that the set of them isn't exactly perfect I guess it comes with the territory with the price of this mobile buy on the top of 3.5 millimeter headphone jack the upper left-hand side of the phone you'll find the SIM tray therefore the sims and the micro SD card and lastly the rear of the device we have that 16 megapixel camera it's got phase detection autofocus below that 2 LED flashes and you can see the difference between the metal rear here and then the plastic along the top overall my first impressions are that the build quality is decent it's ok but it's definitely not a flagship premium device that's for sure because there are some minor imperfections with the fit so time to power it on for the first time now the screen is 1080p and it should be running Android 7.0 which is another bonus there and I do believe it is a stock rom or it's got a very light skin on it if it does have one ok so let's have a look at the ROM doesn't seem too bad to me there's really no bloatware on there that I can see ok we've got a few google apps and whatnot on there so if in radio is there I do believe hardware as well yes you need headphones to plug on that so that's hardware FM 100% on that not using software or streaming which some Mobile's do so under storage we've got almost 54 gigabytes free and available memory to us on first boot is around 3 gigabytes it's using about 1 gigabyte at the moment running the operating system here so the screen of it actually looks quite good not bad at all I think it's made by sharp 2 panel and viewing angles look standards IPS now maximum brightness also is looking good it's probably going to overpower my camera settings but not bad at all so I have connected up to my wireless network now it did not detect or see my wireless AC network at all so it doesn't seem to support the 5 gigahertz band for wireless you've only got wireless in there are no system updates at the time of this video the Roberts on seems to be the latest there because there's nothing coming back at least look there over-the-air update system that now the menu keys recent apps and back button there you can see those capacitive buttons are backlit the backlight that it has isn't very bright you can just make them out I'm going to set up a fingerprint now have a look at the fingerprint reader how it performs it's quite funny it's asking me to locate my fingerprint sensor on my phone and it's showing the location of it on the back it's not there it's up the phone anyway so I need to place my finger on here just like any other phone move it around and do this approximately 10 times I think it is okay now I've done that very quick this is just a very quick test it wants my PIN first okay now try it there we go now it's working now I don't need to press down or anything it's a straight wake and unlock that is actually working quite quick and as you can see it's worked every single time there for me so not bad fingerprint reader performance so far so I've just noticed a bug sadly already I've only literally has it for 30 minutes not even that it's dropping Wireless so was connected up apparently it says the signal was good and then it just completely lost my wireless connection there just completely dropped it I'm hoping it's going to connect back up again but not good to see this so early on and me testing this phone time to test out that single loud speaker it has downward firing on the bottom all right so it's not the greatest sounding loudspeaker it peaked about 90 almost decibels but there's lots of distortion there's really had in any base so a very average sounding loudspeaker on this mobile the snails of stock camera application we have so got filtered along here slopping over to the front-facing camera control the flash that is all standard there's filters so video mode photo mode beauty mode advanced this just has more your proceeding so you can tweak very hard to see they're just along here because I've got such a light background at the moment that should help a little you can see we can tweak the ISO settings your white balance and control the exposure there so move into video just have a look and see what settings we have I don't imagine this can do okay so there's no real settings here I just think in it video quality high that will be 1080p D I don't think there is a 4k option on this that is the high oh no fine fine quality and it does have electronic image stabilization that can be enabled but it's off by default as you can see there and you've got a few settings you can tweak there the white balance exposure compensation and of course add your location photo have a look at what settings we get nat - so photo settings almost the same anti-shake is zero shutter delay face detection so look at the shadow rate that's good that's just instant really and these kind of lighting conditions you'd expect that so I'm going to go outside now take a few photos and some samples from the front and rear cameras here's a sample from the front-facing camera so it's it on the fine setting and the moment the quality to me looks actually reasonable looking at the screen course alright now until I put this on my PC so let's check out the rear camera now so put the fitting on to fine which is the best quality I would say that this can produce I can tell that autofocus doesn't seem to work at all you need to use chapter focus here we go and I'll see if I can get it to focus on something here I'm close so my first impressions of the video quality so far look to be very average you so first impressions of the oukitel case excels in + are so far good the camera quality has surprised me a little bit these still images as you can see from those samples it's quite sharp it tends to be quite a good looking image to me notice that as I said it was going to be so the build quality is average the fit and finish isn't quite perfect some of those joins there with the front and the rear meet up and we do have that plastic top and bottom the screen on it is nice it's bright it's sharp IPS panel the fingerprint reader unlocks instantly works very well the loud speakers also loud at 90 decibels however the quality of it isn't the greatest there is some distortion there a nice ROM on there too so there's no Chinese bloatware or it's not crammed packed full of useless applications which you often see relatively stock most of it there there is one con that I have discovered so far and it could be a bit of a deal-breaker it seems to be dropping the wireless at least for me all of the time it won't hang on to the connection for very long it drops off it needs to connect again it'll work for a while then it drops off again so that I'm going to have to test out hopefully there's going to be in over there err update to fix that problem with my unit so hope to see you back in my full review thank you so much for watching this video\n"
