channel for example if you watch one of my videos like today i did the redmi phone if you leave a comment you're going to get a reply and that reply looks like it's coming from me but it's a scam here's what it looks like now you see this person left a comment you're going to get a reply like this now it's going to come from telegram whatsapp wechat some kind of messaging service it's going to have my picture on it and it's going to say something like thanks for watching congratulations you've been selected among my short list of winners telegram me to win a prize or whatsapp me to win a prize or wechat me to win a prize now look if you reply to that message on telegram or whatsapp or wechat the person is going to say you want a prize you want an iphone 13 pro max a galaxy s22 ultra a tablet maybe whatever phone that i'm reviewing that day they're gonna say you won now in order to claim that prize all you got to do is pay the shipping and handling now depending on which scammer you're dealing with that could be anywhere from 100 to 200 bucks do not fall for that scam now look there's a couple of different ways that you can tell us a scam and i'm going to break those down for you right now because on a side note i try to talk to youtube about it i try to talk to telegram i try to talk to whatsapp and they seem like they don't care so me as the moderator on this channel i gotta take matters into my own hands and i'm tired of seeing my subscribers my friends i out here getting scammed there's a couple of easy ways to know that this is a scam number one now not only for my channel no matter what channel you own if you want a big channel that channel is going to be verified look closely all right you see these two names you see my name has the check mark next to it well since i'm looking for my page you're not gonna see the check mark next to it but from your page you're gonna see a check mark next to my name the other fake accounts they're not gonna have that now that goes for mkbhd unbox therapy who knows mr who knows boss i justine supersaf whatever channel you own all right if that channel is big they're gonna be verified when you see them in the comments they're gonna have a check mark next to their name okay so if you get any replies and it looks like this just a regular name i don't care if it's my picture if it's just a regular name it's not me okay that's number one that's the easiest way to know that that person is is a fraud the second thing you could do is just click on that person's channel nine times out of ten that channel was created today or yesterday okay now look i've been on youtube for 15 years y'all see me do giveaways all the time i'm not just going to be in the comments doing random giveaways like that and then asking people for money after you won a giveaway y'all already know i don't flow like that okay now i've been trying my hardest now the reason i'm making this video is because i'm getting tired of going in the comments section and trying to you know fight these people let me show you something real quick i'm gonna pull up um let me pull up let me pull up my youtube page look at this now i've been blocking them every day okay now look this is on my latest video from today look at all you see all of these comments these are from the same same people you see the text me it's all from this text me on whatsapp text me on whatsapp now watch this i want to show you one more thing now i'm gonna go to my actual comments and i've been i've been brawling with these cats all day in the comments doing stuff like this anytime somebody leaves that comment i try to block them but then sometimes i don't block them i'll reply to let people see the difference you can see the difference between my name that person's name you see how mine just highlighted yours you're gonna see a check mark and i've been trying to warn people all day now i posted a big post on my youtube homepage i post it on instagram i post it on twitter but everybody don't follow me on instagram everybody don't follow me on twitter some people are new to my channel this is their first time watching the video so it's easy for people to fall for this scam all right it's real easy and it's especially easy on my channel to forfeit as opposed to certain other big channels because i'm very active all right if you go to any one of my videos you're going to see me in the comments harding a lot of comments replying a lot of comments you're going to see me active on all of my videos so this way somebody new to the channel if you're scrolling through the comments and you see me always in the comments you get a comment from a scammer you you might just think it's me because i'm in the comments now if you go to a channel like mkbhd now shout out to mkbhd and unbox therapy channels that have 15 20 million subscribers they can't be in the comments as hard as me all right because they they post some videos they get millions of views if a video if mkbhd posts a video and gets two million views do you understand how many comments is under that video he doesn't have time to be in the comments you know replying to comments all day that's an astronomical ass for anybody all right they're not gonna do that the channel is too big it's overwhelming these people have regular lives also now me on the other hand i have time all right because i'm an old school youtuber i believe in the community theory like when i post a video the first hour after i post any video i'm gonna be in the comments heavy for my notification squad the reason i call it a notification squad is i'm giving y'all that same courtesy out quickly jump on my video i'm right there jumping back in the comments now i don't reply to every comment but if i heart your comment that means i've physically i literally read it now i don't have time to reply to everybody's comments i like to say thank you and cheers and salute as much as i can but i'm only taking a dump for so long you know i'm saying like at some point i gotta go back to my regular life but anytime i get a minute i always try to go through the comments and filter out these scams all right i try to get rid of these scams i try to block them but this is what they do like if i block them you see all of these all of these ones i'm gonna do it for you right now live i'll these are bots these are not bots these are real people straight pathetic low-life scammers these are real people because when you block them and they'll come back to that same video they see all their comments is gone they quickly make another youtube page and then they come back again so no matter how many times i block them they're gonna be back so that's why i'm making this video because i want y'all to know you got to be aware of this kind of stuff now if nobody else is going to do it on their channel that's up to them but for me and my community i want y'all to be safe now look i know the first thing somebody's going to say because they said this a lot when i posted the first time on youtube a lot of people say well if you're stupid enough to fall for this scam you deserve to be scammed and my i always reply like don't say that i don't do that do not do that because at some point or another no matter how smart you think you are all of us everybody on this earth has been scammed in some way or another all of us now i'm gonna take a quick take a second it's our story time with uncle floss i'm gonna tell y'all the first time i got scammed i'm not above the scam either all right i actually got scammed twice but i'm gonna tell you the first time i got scammed all right just a little quick story now it starts i gotta set the scene for y'all i was 18 years old okay i was 18 years old i was working at enterprise rental car i was making about six dollars an hour which back in the 90s you know that was that was a pretty good salary you know i'm saying but whatever it is what it is so i'm 18 years old i'm supposed to be in my 12th year of heights i'm supposed to be in the 12th grade but i had already dropped out of high school i dropped out of high school in the 10th grade you know i was a different kind of kid you know what i'm saying so anyway and basically a lot of the dudes that i hung out with you know they everybody dropped out of high school we was a bunch of young dumb savages now look when i tell you this story i'm not glorifying that lifestyle but i'm telling y'all the truth and um i don't i don't appreciate that kind of lifestyle that's why when i grew up i made it my business to make sure my daughter doesn't live that kind of lifestyle that i lived you know what i'm saying i broke the cycle anyway so i'm 18 years old i'm making six dollars an hour and um i had saved up 150 all right because i wanted to buy some new timberlands i wanted to buy um a leather jacket you know i just wanted to buy you know young people's stuff so after school now i was i went up i lived in jamaica queens basically all i did since me and a lot of my homeboys none of us was in school all we did every day was hang out at other high schools we hung out at other high schools so we could try to talk to the girls we could try to fight the other dudes because you know i i grew up in that culture of fighting like we like to fight not like this culture of today where dudes is shooting each other and stabbing each other back in my day if you got stabbed if you stab somebody or shot somebody you didn't get no points for that you wasn't you wasn't gangster because you stabbed somebody you was kind of like a sucker that means you ain't got no hands you can't you can't brawl you know what i'm saying like you see all these kids nowadays they talk about the ops they shooting out the ops and all that we had the same thing we had all the ops we all had our ops and all of that but we like to fight we fought each other you know what i'm saying and you you got your stripes whether you win or lost like if you if i'm if i'm with four of my dudes and we see ten other dudes that we got beef with and we fight them and they beat our ass and we come back to the hood we got our stripes cause we we we seen them and we pressed them yeah they beat our ass but yo we we went out like soldiers and it was you you you get back on the block you tell your story yo i got stopped you know how many times i got stomped punched in the face you know what i'm saying i got beat down you curl up in a little ball and get beat down anyway i'm just setting the scene for you i'll let y'all know what kind of kind of time i was on back then so anyway so now i'm with after school i'm on jamaica avenue when i say after school i mean after regular school hours so jamaica avenue was really my stomping grounds so in that jamaica avenue area you got four high schools that meet up you got hillcrest andrew jackson august martin and thomas edison now me i hung out at all of those schools you know saying so you know and i always been like um i always been a larger-than-life kind of character you know i've always been like a leader in my own my own right i'm not trying to toot my own horn but i just that's the kind of kind of guy that i was i always been like the leader of the crew you know saying like that's that's that's me i just been a very charismatic kind of guy so i knew everybody so after school now jamaica avenue i'm with about 20 dudes okay now let me set another scene for y'all let me show you what i look like now i didn't look like the 18 year olds of today the tight pants louis vuitton gucci diamonds all that that wasn't me if you want to know how i looked pause this video open up another window type in mob deep survive a little finish and watch that video when you watch that video that's exactly i mean exactly how me and my crew looked because we was in that same era we all from queens we hung out with some of the mob deep cats we hung out with all in all the different projects like that was us so this is how i looked so keep that in your mind it wasn't no skinny jeans and me looking like a fashion model we all looked like soap military scumbags we all had on army fatigues dirty timberlands oversized hoodies all right you you everybody looked big you don't say like everybody look everybody look big everybody look not dirty but just grungy everybody look rugged okay so now i'm on jamaica avenue with 20 rugged dudes so we go to gertz mall that was one of our little hangout spots gert's mall is like a little shopping plaza and i couldn't go inside that day because i was actually banned from there me and my homeboy we had a fight up in there maybe three days before that and security they knew us we used to be in there all the time we was banned from there they told us don't come back for a couple of months we'll be getting locked up so nobody want to get locked up so we banned from there so now my other homeboys they want to go look at gold fronts that's all we could afford back in the days little gold teeth you know little little herringbone chains and all that so eight now i'm just throwing round numbers out but let's say maybe 18 of my homeboys winning gert's mall me and my homeboy miller were standing outside in front of them all chilling so now while we chilling my man miller you know he um talking to some dudes that he knows and i look over to the side there's a circle there's a circle a group of people it's about maybe 12 people and they're gambling now they're doing this game y'all probably seen it by now the three shells alright the three shells with the little bean under it you know you do the shells and if you guess the right shell you win the money so as i'm waiting for my dudes i'm just standing there casually watching this go down and i didn't know it was a scam but i'm watching it it looks like the guy's doing the shells this lady keeps winning now let me break down this scam for y'all real quick with three shells whenever you see somebody in a group doing the three shells if it's ten people five of those people are in on the scam okay two of them or maybe three of them are watching out for the cops what you know maybe they have some muscle with them and the other two people or three people one of them is winning one is losing but there's always going to be somebody that's right there winning okay so i'm watching this lady bet 50 win 50 like that bet another 50 bong win like that and then she bet again and lost okay bet again and win so to me it looks like a legitimate game now i'm standing there with 150 in my pocket at six dollars an hour back in those days do you know how long it took me with my my car insurance and you know just commuting you know paying for paying for my own way not long it took me to save up 150 that was a lot of money for me so i'm standing there with 150 in my pocket and i'm saying to myself wow i can as i'm watching the lady win i'm watching every time i guess the one she gets that wins it's the right guess so in my mind i got this game locked down my eyes are faster than everybody else i can see these shells to me they're going in slow motion i can see them so i asked the dude i'm like yeah how much you got a bet to play he's like you bet with whatever you bet that's what you win so i'm like so you mean to tell me if i bet 150 you got to pay me 150 right now he's like yo you show me the money i show you my money so i pulled out 150 had it in my hand like this so he had 150 right there bond slapped him on the table so now he's like this now i'm i'm laser beam focused on the shells focus which one is it i'm in my mind i'm already celebrating like bro it can't be that easy i'm like yo this is it right there this is right there he lifts up the shell there's nothing under it before i could even blink before i could even i couldn't even fix my face to be like what he just snatched the money out of my hand he was like oh you lost snatch the money put the shell back down all right who's next i'm just now i'm standing there in disbelief like i'm not even mad at him i'm mad at myself like i can't believe i just threw away that might have been a month worth of saving for me back then or maybe three weeks worth of saving my little bit of extra money yo i was just stunned so i'm standing there with the dumb look on my face looking like boob of the fool and there's an old lady that's standing like right next to me so she kind of she i'll never forget this she would look like maybe she was about maybe 60 years old so she pulled me to the side she said listen young man don't ever play these kind of games you see the three shells the three cards whatever they doing out here don't ever play these kind of games because they're all scams you're gonna lose i'm like what are you talking about she's like look man i'm old school i'm from the projects i grew up in the hood she's like yo but my husband used to run that kind of that kind of loose scams on people all the time basically what it is is under those shells that little bean that little ball is kind of like a sponge so when he slips the shell out that little ball goes into his fingers so he can have that ball under whatever shell he wants so whatever shell you pick if it was under there when he goes to lift it up he slides it out and there's nothing under it it's right in between his fingers and then if you say oh it's right there he could go like this he could slip it under there and be like yup it was right here back in those days there was no youtube you couldn't google like let me google what kind of scam this is like no you i just didn't know i thought i was a smart guy i just didn't know i got scammed 150 just like that now now once she told me it was a scam like i said i was a different kind of young man at the time i was pretty savage now i'm mad now i'm in rage so now back in the days we used to have the call like so i made the little call that means like yo getting ready to go down so as soon as i made that call before you know it it's about 30 of us right there in this little corner but not at the same corner right there like in front of the mall so i huddle everybody up i'm like yo i just got got you know say it for 150 bucks it's a scam we get ready to beat they ass like i don't even care about my money no more we you know we all we live for this kind of drama fighting and wilding out i'm like we getting ready to beat they ass so i said let me try something real quick so i told my man miller i said yo um he worked that enterprise with me i said you got any money on you he was like yeah i got like 50 bucks i said let me hold that real quick my other home bro let me look you got 30 let me get 30. i i ended up adding up 100 bucks so i'm so here's my scam now i said look i'm going to go bet on this game and when he's mixing the up i need all y'all to surround these groups ain't nobody getting away we're getting ready to we going to jail today hey everybody you know take you take your shoelaces out get ready because we going to jail today so i said while you see me betting everybody surround that group so now i come up by myself i'm like yo i got some more money i want to go the dude's eyes lit up now he looked like he was maybe 40 years old he looked like a old school retired hustler type dude you know a little out of shape he wasn't no threat like that but when the lady told me that oh yeah them people they all working with him and all that so now i'm like okay he do got some people's with him but there wasn't really nobody compared to the numbers the sheer numbers that we had and no you know saying the type of time we was on it really wasn't a threat for me at least i didn't think so i like i said i was young i'm dumb i don't care i didn't really care so as he's mixing them up and he's like all right what you want to bet on i went like this i said hold on a second now i said look i'm going to lift this one up right here now if it's not under there i'm going to quickly grab the other two if it's not under none of these shells yo it's on we yell up and i and you can see that now the dudes behind me everybody got their hoodies up you know we used to wear the big champion hoodies with the coneheads everybody got the army jackets up you know it just looked like a mob now it's a mob scene so the dude was like alright so he quickly pulled me to the side like yo he's like yeah we out here trying to hustle like oh he hit your money back yo don't up the scam now look man i'm not the cops i'm not a vigilante i was like i'm not out here trying to save nobody i just want my bread back otherwise you're gonna you're gonna feel some pain right now so i want my bread back here so he gave me back the money and we all dipped i we just dipped but i said all of that to say this all right now at that time i thought i was pretty smart but i got scammed i didn't happen to me i got scammed so if it happened to me it could happen to you and it happens to a lot of people because i'm getting comments every day every day i just got one today actually two today that's what prompted me to make this video because it was actually somebody that i kind of know on youtube and hit me up on facebook like yo what's up with this giveaway i just want to make sure before i send the money you you got me right i'm like what are you talking about what giveaway and i said send me a screenshot i'm like oh man so you know and he's a you know older kind of kind of dude so you know everybody's not tech savvy everybody don't know about the check mark system and verified this but everybody don't know that so you can't just assume that everybody's smart enough to not to know that this is a scam so i was like nah that's a scam bro don't don't pay no don't pay no money that's a scam he was like oh good looking you just saved me 150 bucks and i'll tell you another quick story somebody else somebody else the the scammer hit them up and the person took it upon himself to pay using my paypal now if you look at my my description i got a little donate like if y'all like these kind of videos and y'all like what i'm doing out here i never ask nobody for money but y'all see i spend a lot of money out of my pocket if y'all want to donate to the cause y'all want to donate to white shoes kitty little fun whatever y'all want to do you know i left a little donate link i never really talk about it but it's there you know what i'm saying is there some people do use it so this dude donated a hundred bucks and then so i i gotta i look i see a donation for a hundred i'm like oh like okay i'm looking for the dudes like so i can thank him and then the next very next day now this happened at night so the very next morning i'm getting a uh uh email from paypal talking about oh somebody somebody following the claim against you like they want their money back they want their money back so i'm like yo i'm like why would you donate to somebody and they want their money back so then i i end up you know going through the motions with paypal come to find out he wants his money back because oh he was promised an iphone 13 pro and after he made the payment now the the account is is he can't get in contact with the dude no more forgive him his address and all that he want the money back what you thinking is me so i'm like oh there's some you know so i i refunded him the money also i sent him an email like bro like that wasn't even me so like you know you starting to claim against me up my paypal and all that whatever the bottom line is this all right now i'll tell y'all one more quick story one more quick story the second time i got scammed now this is recently this is about four years ago alright so four years ago on a sunday y'all remember i used to do amazon warrior every sunday night all right so sunday i usually start prepping for my stream at like around eight eight o'clock you know what i'm saying gonna take me a while to go to wirecast set everything up clean up my little area get my drinks ready you know i'm saying like i gotta get i gotta pump myself up for a stream because i know i'll be streaming all night so i'm setting up for the stream i'm using a brand new computer and you haven't seen you click on you click on the link i'm i'm just you know browsing the internet real quick i click on the link i got the pop-up message saying that my firewall is damaged i get a little beeping sound b my computer's beeping making mad noise you gotta call this number now we all know that this scam that's out now everybody knows that scam but i didn't know that at that time i didn't know that so i got the pop-up message i called the number they're like yo we got a remote connect to your computer it's probably going to cost 150 bucks you know we have your computer running again in a couple of minutes so i'm like all right well me just being me i couldn't just give up 150 bucks to fix a computer like i'm old school like old school dudes when all electronics break i don't care if you got a playstation a microwave a vcr dvd player whatever you had remember when it when something happened with it what do you do you know just soon as soon as your tv or something stop working oh quickly go take it to get repaired no you unplug it all right we call that letting cool off so i was like you know what i'm not gonna pay 150 let me let this computer cool off first so i just happen i'm like so i'm on the phone with the dude like i don't don't worry about it i'm good i'm good so i unplugged the computer i'm like i'm gonna just let this cool off i didn't stream that night right that was one of those nights i cancelled the stream i'm like i'm gonna just let this because the computer was kind of new i was like i'm gonna let it cool off and then tomorrow if it works hey i'm good because a lot of times you let cool off it'll just start working the next day by itself i was like yeah i'll let it cool off if it don't work then i gotta then i gotta call the number back and get it fixed and all that so the next day i plug it back in and of course it's working because those little pop-up scams all you got to do is restart your computer i didn't know that i didn't know that so it was about four years ago so then after that day maybe like two or three months go by now i'm just going through the youtube rabbit hole i'm um you haven't been through on the youtube rabbit hole you know what i'm talking about one minute you're watching tech videos next minute you're watching two goats fighting the next one you're watching you're watching three's company you know saying like who knows like you just get recommendations you keep following that hole i i stumbled upon kit bogan y'all know kit bogar who do the uh scam baiting i stumbled upon a kit burger video i started watching it i'm like oh i didn't even know scam baiting is a whole separate genre subculture on youtube i didn't know that so i started watching him i started watching jim brown in then i bumped into my homeboy scam of revolts so as i'm watching this i'm saying to myself wow that was a scam i almost got got i almost let them remote connect to my computer which they could have cleared out my bank account i'll run that whole scam you know what i'm saying i almost could have gave him 150 bucks or got gift cards who knows like who knows what could have happened you know what i'm saying so i said all that to say this now look i'm in the tech i'm in the tech field this is my field and i'm able to get scammed so people that's really not that tech savvy they're definitely able to get scammed okay so don't ever say oh people are too stupid they need to be scammed no all right no what we need to do now is start spreading awareness okay now i don't i don't know who your favorite youtube channel is but if you in the comments and you seeing these scams go down don't just gloss over it you got to let people know that this is a scam you got to put the word out there because look i don't if it's a channel that you rock with you're part of that community so it's your job as a member of the community to help look out for the other members all right that's what i'm that's that's why i'm making this video because i'm trying to look out for y'all and i want y'all to do the same because i can't always be in the comments but if y'all see a fake comment let that person know that yo that's a scam bill that's a scam yo now i'm i'm almost 100 sure that you're going to see that comment even on this video right here because most of these scammers 90 of these scammers are pretty stupid and they're all greedy they're all greedy the average scammer is stupid and greedy okay that's it and look now if you're if you're a scammer i'm talking to you you stupid and greedy and that's how most of y'all get busted the scams never last too like you get a good feeling so a lot of people when they see a lot of people that like my channel then they see these scam comments they say oh like floss is is really that that cool guy like that dollars and just spent it just like that that was just she was like yo floss you just made my whole my you just made my whole winter and then um later dm me on instagram like yo what's up with my you know what's up with the iphone and i said sadly i had to say yo that was a scam yeah but i felt so bad you know i'm saying that she didn't ask me for money she would just oh she sent me this screenshot because i always say send me the screenshots so i see how these scammers are working so i said send me the screenshot she sent it to me i felt bad for her so i gave her back her money i did that a couple of times but i can't be i'm i i'm not in that position where i could just be the the you know the scam anti-hero you know like i'm not i'm not a scam vigilante scam baiting ain't really my thing all i could do is try to spread awareness and that's the point of this video okay that's the point of this video spread awareness remember all right if you don't see a check mark next to the person's name it's not them okay if the person is not doing the giveaway then chances are it's fake you know people don't just randomly do giveaways without announcing them the whole point that people on youtube do giveaways is because they want you to know they're doing a giveaway so you get more subscribers more views you know whatever don't nobody just like oh let me just wake up and do a secret giveaway on the low it doesn't make sense okay it doesn't make sense so please ladies and gentlemen please stop falling for the youtube scam and everybody else don't fall for it and people who know gangsta alpha mega supreme aka red galactus everybody been asking me what's up with this video samsung sent me an email i was supposed to get it today now that got pushed back it's saying i'm supposed to get it on the 18th i'm going on vacation on the 24th if i don't have the red galaxy s22 ultra five games alphabet supreme like this if i don't have that by the 20th then i'm just gonna do my full review on this but i don't want to do it on this one because like i said i didn't pay for this one so i don't have the same i'm not gonna have the same energy that i have for something like this one one that i spent money for i had a lot of energy in that video because if i'm saying i don't like something that means i really don't like it because i'm in the same boat as you you we all consumers we spend our money you're not going to like it i'm not going to like it i want y'all to feel my i want y'all to feel my videos man that's why i say real review i'm a real consumer i don't want i'm not i'm not just saying a real review like oh everybody else is fake i'm saying it because i'm a real consumer and when i say oh yeah i'm mad because the battery is trash i'm mad because they took away removable storage and all that yo we i'm mad the same way you're gonna be bad because all of us spent the same money so i'm doing that video like i said if it doesn't come by the 20th then i'm going one more topic i want to talk about real quick i know i keep saying real quick one more thing i want to talk about because a lot of people aren't asking me about this topic i haven't done a vlog in a minute so y'all really haven't been getting my my um thoughts about things that's been going on in the world and going on in the world of youtube somebody asked me um can i make a little video um during my next stream let me talk about the dislike button now how do i feel about youtube removing the dislike button we're really still there but only the only the person making the video can see it how do i feel about that and i'm gonna give y'all my honest answer i think that was a smart move from youtube now look let me i want to show you something now not not not not for my perspective because i'll show you something i'm gonna pull up my video real quick i wanna show y'all something one time and one time only but let me go to um let me go to matter of fact i don't even need to show y'all that because i can take my word for it the reason i i think that is a smart move that they got rid of the dislike button is not for me not for big channels because big channels don't really care about that you know first of all even even when i was a small channel i never cared about that that's why you never heard me say please like the video please share the video i don't care about likes and all that i never cared about that but all if you go to my analytics all of my videos have 97 98 like to dislike ratio it's always been like that for the last 10 years it's always like that and every video is always going to have dislikes who cares nobody really cares but the reason i'm glad they got rid of that is for smaller channels now if you know somebody that has a small channel if you have a small channel you understand how that hurts somebody's ego and hurts their motivation when they post a video and they get dislikes before the people even watch the video people disliking just because they jealous of whatever that video is or maybe they just don't like you as a person i know because my daughter has a small channel and amaya likes making youtube videos like she's not trying to be a professional youtuber you know but she just likes making videos you know like there's something that we have in common so she makes her little videos and right now so her thing is cheerleading video so she'll make a little cheer videos and she'll she puts a lot of time you see she does a hundred percent more edited than me yeah she she puts a lot of time and effort to the video and then when you post it you maybe you get 300 views or whatever but out of those 300 views now you got 10 dislikes you know it doesn't seem like a lot but to smaller channels those little dislikes they hurt that person's motivation that that makes people well maybe people don't really like my that just kind of hurts your ego i know now for me i don't give a i got big skin but for smaller channels that kind of deters people from wanting to make videos because nobody i don't care who you are nobody wants to click on your their video and see dislikes when they took they they put their heart and soul soul into that video they maybe they took a whole three four days they went on a vacation you know i know because i'll be on vacation with amaya she's you know hold up dad before we eat let me take a picture of this hold up let me get let me get some shots here like you know she want to make her video as fun and as good as she can for the viewers but so when somebody takes all that time and then up all night editing dab what should i do should i do this you know going back and forth and then put the video up and people disliking it just because you know like that that hurts people's confidence that hurts people's motivation and then you know especially with smaller channels that makes them not want to make videos so i think that was smart from youtube now i will say this i will say this i'm in favor of having a dislike button because some people need to be disliked like if somebody's um clickbaiting if the title of the video is yo um little dirt gets slapped in the mouth at the airport and you click on it and there's a video of my cat sitting on the table that video needs to be disliked because that's clickbait and that's that's basically lying that's basically lying so my thing if i was working at youtube my proposal would be either two things number one if you dislike a video a box should pop up and you have to type in why you dislike the video all right this you have to you have to type in why you dislike that video now i could you could just type in okay i don't like this person i don't like their voice they're going uh are they stuttering too much in the videos they lying about a product maybe they don't know what the they talking about whatever but you should have you should have to write something in there so when that person sees that dislikes maybe it's something that they could correct you know what i'm saying like if somebody disliked my video right now they could say you know what i don't like this video because i got my kids right there you keep cursing and all that i don't like that and i would say oh okay you know maybe i do need to tone it down a little now y'all know i ain't gonna give a i'm i ain't gonna get but maybe some maybe some people will care maybe somebody said well you know i don't like this video because you know you forgot to talk about this you forgot to talk about that or the main reason i came on this video is because i wanted to know about the battery you never talked about the battery okay that's a valid reason to dislike the video cool i'm with that so they should do something like that or my second idea would be and this one i kind of take i kind of have a personal uh personal uh experience with this if you click on a video that's 20 minutes long you're not allowed to dislike it until you watch at least 50 of that video or at least 30 percent of the video it shouldn't be like you can just click on the video at 8 o'clock i upload a video eight o'clock you shouldn't be able to click on it at 801 and dislike it you didn't even see the product come out of the box yet you don't say you you shouldn't be like that it should be like all right well if you want to dislike this video you got to watch 50 percent of the video then you got to get then you can dislike cool that means at least you know that that person disliked it but they watched they at least they have a they at least have some kind of uh leg to stand on on why they disliked it that's just my theory all right um i think that you know because when they had the dislikes on that a lot of times i would be i i would feel as somebody who has a you know a kid i know i love the kids floss a lot of kids and somebody with a kid i would you know i support all of amaya's little friends they all know youtube they all vlogging i hate when i go on a little kid video and it's even like the little kids that's into tech and a little kid be reviewing a little battery charger or something and the video got dislikes on it and all the little kids did was show the product say how much it costs show you how it works there's really no reason to dislike that if a dude making a video about a phone case there's a couple of things that has to be covered in that video where did he get it from how much does it cost how does it look on the phone what are the materials the case is made of does the buttons work does the wireless charge work there's a couple of things that there's only certain a certain amount of things that you could talk about with a phone case if that person talks about all those things what is there to dislike how could you dislike that me personally and all of these years on youtube i've never disliked the video i've never disliked the video and my personal reason for not disliking videos is because i'm a big believer in karma and energy i don't put negative energy into the air because what you put out is what you get back so if you're one of these you know corn balls sitting on youtube all day just clicking on somebody you got the notification turned on as soon as that video pop up you're the first one to hit dislike and then you still watch the whole you just all day disliking video disliking videos that's why don't work out for you that's why when you try to get a loan you get declined that's why when you see that girl you send her a message she'll leave you on red right there that's why that's why you don't get picked that's why nothing good happens to you because all you're doing is putting out negative energy and that's what you're getting back the universe is paying you back my thing is if i don't like a video even if it's the dumbest in the world if i don't like a video simple keep it moving keep it moving if i'm on instagram and i see a post or somebody wearing a silly shirt i don't be like yo why did you buy that shirt which a lot of people really do people come on my videos oh you shouldn't have you why are you wearing that you should have worn this like no if i don't like something i keep it moving so my advice i this is some uncle floss advice if you don't like something just keep it moving all right stop putting negative energy into the air because you're going to get that negative energy back on you when it's your turn everything sooner or now you start later own business you're going to start getting negative reviews on your business people are going to come in your business rob your steal from your because that's the universe going to have to pay you back all right spread love receive love spread hate same thing get it you watch one of my videos like today i did the redmi phone if you leave a comment you're going to get a reply and that reply looks like it's coming from me but it's a scam here's what it looks like now you see this person left a comment you're going to get a reply like this now it's going to come from telegram whatsapp wechat some kind of messaging service it's going to have my picture on it and it's going to say something like thanks for watching congratulations you've been selected among my short list of winners telegram me to win a prize or whatsapp me to win a prize or wechat me to win a prize now look if you reply to that message on telegram or whatsapp or wechat the person is going to say you want a prize you want an iphone 13 pro max a galaxy s22 ultra a tablet maybe whatever phone that i'm reviewing that day they're gonna say you won now in order to claim that prize all you got to do is pay the shipping and handling now depending on which scammer you're dealing with that could be anywhere from 100 to 200 bucks do not fall for that scam now look there's a couple of different ways that you can tell us a scam and i'm going to break those down for you right now because on a side note i try to talk to youtube about it i try to talk to telegram i try to talk to whatsapp and they seem like they don't care so me as the moderator on this channel i gotta take matters into my own hands and i'm tired of seeing my subscribers my friends i out here getting scammed there's a couple of easy ways to know that this is a scam number one now not only for my channel no matter what channel you own if you want a big channel that channel is going to be verified look closely all right you see these two names you see my name has the check mark next to it well since i'm looking for my page you're not gonna see the check mark next to it but from your page you're gonna see a check mark next to my name the other fake accounts they're not gonna have that now that goes for mkbhd unbox therapy who knows mr who knows boss i justine supersaf whatever channel you own all right if that channel is big they're gonna be verified when you see them in the comments they're gonna have a check mark next to their name okay so if you get any replies and it looks like this just a regular name i don't care if it's my picture if it's just a regular name it's not me okay that's number one that's the easiest way to know that that person is is a fraud the second thing you could do is just click on that person's channel nine times out of ten that channel was created today or yesterday okay now look i've been on youtube for 15 years y'all see me do giveaways all the time i'm not just going to be in the comments doing random giveaways like that and then asking people for money after you won a giveaway y'all already know i don't flow like that okay now i've been trying my hardest now the reason i'm making this video is because i'm getting tired of going in the comments section and trying to you know fight these people let me show you something real quick i'm gonna pull up um let me pull up let me pull up my youtube page look at this now i've been blocking them every day okay now look this is on my latest video from today look at all you see all of these comments these are from the same same people you see the text me it's all from this text me on whatsapp text me on whatsapp now watch this i want to show you one more thing now i'm gonna go to my actual comments and i've been i've been brawling with these cats all day in the comments doing stuff like this anytime somebody leaves that comment i try to block them but then sometimes i don't block them i'll reply to let people see the difference you can see the difference between my name that person's name you see how mine just highlighted yours you're gonna see a check mark and i've been trying to warn people all day now i posted a big post on my youtube homepage i post it on instagram i post it on twitter but everybody don't follow me on instagram everybody don't follow me on twitter some people are new to my channel this is their first time watching the video so it's easy for people to fall for this scam all right it's real easy and it's especially easy on my channel to forfeit as opposed to certain other big channels because i'm very active all right if you go to any one of my videos you're going to see me in the comments harding a lot of comments replying a lot of comments you're going to see me active on all of my videos so this way somebody new to the channel if you're scrolling through the comments and you see me always in the comments you get a comment from a scammer you you might just think it's me because i'm in the comments now if you go to a channel like mkbhd now shout out to mkbhd and unbox therapy channels that have 15 20 million subscribers they can't be in the comments as hard as me all right because they they post some videos they get millions of views if a video if mkbhd posts a video and gets two million views do you understand how many comments is under that video he doesn't have time to be in the comments you know replying to comments all day that's an astronomical ass for anybody all right they're not gonna do that the channel is too big it's overwhelming these people have regular lives also now me on the other hand i have time all right because i'm an old school youtuber i believe in the community theory like when i post a video the first hour after i post any video i'm gonna be in the comments heavy for my notification squad the reason i call it a notification squad is i'm giving y'all that same courtesy out quickly jump on my video i'm right there jumping back in the comments now i don't reply to every comment but if i heart your comment that means i've physically i literally read it now i don't have time to reply to everybody's comments i like to say thank you and cheers and salute as much as i can but i'm only taking a dump for so long you know i'm saying like at some point i gotta go back to my regular life but anytime i get a minute i always try to go through the comments and filter out these scams all right i try to get rid of these scams i try to block them but this is what they do like if i block them you see all of these all of these ones i'm gonna do it for you right now live i'll show you something real not bots these are real people straight pathetic low-life scammers these are real people because when you block them and they'll come back to that same video they see all their comments is gone they quickly make another youtube page and then they come back again so no matter how many times i block them they're gonna be back so that's why i'm making this video because i want y'all to know you got to be aware of this kind of stuff now if nobody else is going to do it on their channel that's up to them but for me and my community i want y'all to be safe now look i know the first thing somebody's going to say because they said this a lot when i posted the first time on youtube a lot of people say well if you're stupid enough to fall for this scam you deserve to be scammed and my i always reply like don't say that i don't do that do not do that because at some point or another no matter how smart you think you are all of us everybody on this earth has been scammed in some way or another all of us now i'm gonna take a quick take a second it's our story time with uncle floss i'm gonna tell y'all the first time i got scammed i'm not above the scam either all right i actually got scammed twice but i'm gonna tell you the first time i got scammed all right just a little quick story now it starts i gotta set the scene for y'all i was 18 years old okay i was 18 years old i was working at enterprise rental car i was making about six dollars an hour which back in the 90s you know that was that was a pretty good salary you know i'm saying but whatever it is what it is so i'm 18 years old i'm supposed to be in my 12th year of heights i'm supposed to be in the 12th grade but i had already dropped out of high school i dropped out of high school in the 10th grade you know i was a different kind of kid you know what i'm saying so anyway and basically a lot of the dudes that i hung out with you know they everybody dropped out of high school we was a bunch of young dumb savages now look when i tell you this story i'm not glorifying that lifestyle but i'm telling y'all the truth and um i don't i don't appreciate that kind of lifestyle that's why when i grew up i made it my business to make sure my daughter doesn't live that kind of lifestyle that i lived you know what i'm saying i broke the cycle anyway so i'm 18 years old i'm making six dollars an hour and um i had saved up 150 all right because i wanted to buy some new timberlands i wanted to buy um a leather jacket you know i just wanted to buy you know young people's stuff so after school now i was i went up i lived in jamaica queens basically all i did since me and a lot of my homeboys none of us was in school all we did every day was hang out at other high schools we hung out at other high schools so we could try to talk to the girls we could try to fight the other dudes because you know i i grew up in that culture of fighting like we like to fight not like this culture of today where dudes is shooting each other and stabbing each other back in my day if you got stabbed if you stab somebody or shot somebody you didn't get no points for that you wasn't you wasn't gangster because you stabbed somebody you was kind of like a sucker that means you ain't got no hands you can't you can't brawl you know what i'm saying like you see all these kids nowadays they talk about the ops they shooting out the ops and all that we had the same thing we had all the ops we all had our ops and all of that but we like to fight we fought each other you know what i'm saying and you you got your stripes whether you win or lost like if you if i'm if i'm with four of my dudes and we see ten other dudes that we got beef with and we fight them and they beat our ass and we come back to the hood we got our stripes cause we we we seen them and we pressed them yeah they beat our ass but yo we we went out like soldiers and it was you you you get back on the block you tell your story yo i got stopped you know how many times i got stomped punched in the face you know what i'm saying i got beat down you curl up in a little ball and get beat down anyway i'm just setting the scene for you i'll let y'all know what kind of kind of time i was on back then so anyway so now i'm with after school i'm on jamaica avenue when i say after school i mean after regular school hours so jamaica avenue was really my stomping grounds so in that jamaica avenue area you got four high schools that meet up you got hillcrest andrew jackson august martin and thomas edison now me i hung out at all of those schools you know saying so you know and i always been like um i always been a larger-than-life kind of character you know i've always been like a leader in my own my own right i'm not trying to toot my own horn but i just that's the kind of kind of guy that i was i always been like the leader of the crew you know saying like that's that's that's me i just been a very charismatic kind of guy so i knew everybody so after school now jamaica avenue i'm with about 20 dudes okay now let me set another scene for y'all let me show you what i look like now i didn't look like the 18 year olds of today the tight pants louis vuitton gucci diamonds all that that wasn't me if you want to know how i looked pause this video open up another window type in mob deep survive a little finish and watch that video when you watch that video that's exactly i mean exactly how me and my crew looked because we was in that same era we all from queens we hung out with some of the mob deep cats we hung out with all in all the different projects like that was us so this is how i looked so keep that in your mind it wasn't no skinny jeans and me looking like a fashion model we all looked like soap military scumbags we all had on army fatigues dirty timberlands oversized hoodies all right you you everybody looked big you don't say like everybody look everybody look big everybody look not dirty but just grungy everybody look rugged okay so now i'm on jamaica avenue with 20 rugged dudes so we go to gertz mall that was one of our little hangout spots gert's mall is like a little shopping plaza and i couldn't go inside that day because i was actually banned from there me and my homeboy we had a fight up in there maybe three days before that and security they knew us we used to be in there all the time we was banned from there they told us don't come back for a couple of months we'll be getting locked up so nobody want to get locked up so we banned from there so now my other homeboys they want to go look at gold fronts that's all we could afford back in the days little gold teeth you know little little herringbone chains and all that so eight now i'm just throwing round numbers out but let's say maybe 18 of my homeboys winning gert's mall me and my homeboy miller were standing outside in front of them all chilling so now while we chilling my man miller you know he um talking to some dudes that he knows and i look over to the side there's a circle there's a circle a group of people it's about maybe 12 people and they're gambling now they're doing this game y'all probably seen it by now the three shells alright the three shells with the little bean under it you know you do the shells and if you guess the right shell you win the money so as i'm waiting for my dudes i'm just standing there casually watching this go down and i didn't know it was a scam but i'm watching it it looks like the guy's doing the shells this lady keeps winning now let me break down this scam for y'all real quick with three shells whenever you see somebody in a group doing the three shells if it's ten people five of those people are in on the scam okay two of them or maybe three of them are watching out for the cops what you know maybe they have some muscle with them and the other two people or three people one of them is winning one is losing but there's always going to be somebody that's right there winning okay so i'm watching this lady bet 50 win 50 like that bet another 50 bong win like that and then she bet again and lost okay bet again and win so to me it looks like a legitimate game now i'm standing there with 150 in my pocket at six dollars an hour back in those days do you know how long it took me with my my car insurance and you know just commuting you know paying for paying for my own way not long it took me to save up 150 that was a lot of money for me so i'm standing there with 150 in my pocket and i'm saying to myself wow i can as i'm watching the lady win i'm watching every time i guess the one she gets that wins it's the right guess so in my mind i got this game locked down my eyes are faster than everybody else i can see these shells to me they're going in slow motion i can see them so i asked the dude i'm like yeah how much you got a bet to play he's like you bet with whatever you bet that's what you win so i'm like so you mean to tell me if i bet 150 you got to pay me 150 right now he's like yo you show me the money i show you my money so i pulled out 150 had it in my hand like this so he had 150 right there bond slapped him on the table so now he's like this now i'm i'm laser beam focused on the shells focus which one is it i'm in my mind i'm already celebrating like bro it can't be that easy i'm like yo this is it right there this is right there he lifts up the shell there's nothing under it before i could even blink before i could even i couldn't even fix my face to be like what he just snatched the money out of my hand he was like oh you lost snatch the money put the shell back down all right who's next i'm just now i'm standing there in disbelief like i'm not even mad at him i'm mad at myself like i can't believe i just threw away that might have been a month worth of saving for me back then or maybe three weeks worth of saving my little bit of extra money yo i was just stunned so i'm standing there with the dumb look on my face looking like boob of the fool and there's an old lady that's standing like right next to me so she kind of she i'll never forget this she would look like maybe she was about maybe 60 years old so she pulled me to the side she said listen young man don't ever play these kind of games you see the three shells the three cards whatever they doing out here don't ever play these kind of games because they're all scams you're gonna lose i'm like what are you talking about she's like look man i'm old school i'm from the projects i grew up in the hood she's like yo but my husband used to run that kind of that kind of loose scams on people all the time basically what it is is under those shells that little bean that little ball is kind of like a sponge so when he slips the shell out that little ball goes into his fingers so he can have that ball under whatever shell he wants so whatever shell you pick if it was under there when he goes to lift it up he slides it out and there's nothing under it it's right in between his fingers and then if you say oh it's right there he could go like this he could slip it under there and be like yup it was right here back in those days there was no youtube you couldn't google like let me google what kind of scam this is like no you i just didn't know i thought i was a smart guy i just didn't know i got scammed 150 just like that now now once she told me it was a scam like i said i was a different kind of young man at the time i was pretty savage now i'm mad now i'm in rage so now back in the days we used to have the call like so i made the little call that means like yo getting ready to go down so as soon as i made that call before you know it it's about 30 of us right there in this little corner but not at the same corner right there like in front of the mall so i huddle everybody up i'm like yo i just got got you know say it for 150 bucks it's a scam we get ready to beat they ass like i don't even care about my money no more we you know we all we live for this kind of drama fighting and wilding out i'm like we getting ready to beat they ass so i said let me try something real quick so i told my man miller i said yo um he worked that enterprise with me i said you got any money on you he was like yeah i got like 50 bucks i said let me hold that real quick my other home bro let me look you got 30 let me get 30. i i ended up adding up 100 bucks so i'm so here's my scam now i said look i'm going to go bet on this game and when he's mixing the up i need all y'all to surround these groups ain't nobody getting away we're getting ready to we going to jail today hey everybody you know take you take your shoelaces out get ready because we going to jail today so i said while you see me betting everybody surround that group so now i come up by myself i'm like yo i got some more money i want to go the dude's eyes lit up now he looked like he was maybe 40 years old he looked like a old school retired hustler type dude you know a little out of shape he wasn't no threat like that but when the lady told me that oh yeah them people they all working with him and all that so now i'm like okay he do got some people's with him but there wasn't really nobody compared to the numbers the sheer numbers that we had and no you know saying the type of time we was on it really wasn't a threat for me at least i didn't think so i like i said i was young i'm dumb i don't care i didn't really care so as he's mixing them up and he's like all right what you want to bet on i went like this i said hold on a second now i said look i'm going to lift this one up right here now if it's not under there i'm going to quickly grab the other two if it's not under none of these shells yo it's on we yell up and i and you can see that now the dudes behind me everybody got their hoodies up you know we used to wear the big champion hoodies with the coneheads everybody got the army jackets up you know it just looked like a mob now it's a mob scene so the dude was like alright so he quickly pulled me to the side like yo he's like yeah we out here trying to hustle like oh he hit your money back yo don't up the scam now look man i'm not the cops i'm not a vigilante i was like i'm not out here trying to save nobody i just want my bread back otherwise you're gonna you're gonna feel some pain right now so i want my bread back here so he gave me back the money and we all dipped i we just dipped but i said all of that to say this all right now at that time i thought i was pretty smart but i got scammed i didn't happen to me i got scammed so if it happened to me it could happen to you and it happens to a lot of people because i'm getting comments every day every day i just got one today actually two today that's what prompted me to make this video because it was actually somebody that i kind of know on youtube and hit me up on facebook like yo what's up with this giveaway i just want to make sure before i send the money you you got me right i'm like what are you talking about what giveaway and i said send me a screenshot i'm like oh man so you know and he's a you know older kind of kind of dude so you know everybody's not tech savvy everybody don't know about the check mark system and verified this but everybody don't know that so you can't just assume that everybody's smart enough to not to know that this is a scam so i was like nah that's a scam bro don't don't pay no don't pay no money that's a scam he was like oh good looking you just saved me 150 bucks and i'll tell you another quick story somebody else somebody else the the scammer hit them up and the person took it upon himself to pay using my paypal now if you look at my my description i got a little donate like if y'all like these kind of videos and y'all like what i'm doing out here i never ask nobody for money but y'all see i spend a lot of money out of my pocket if y'all want to donate to the cause y'all want to donate to white shoes kitty little fun whatever y'all want to do you know i left a little donate link i never really talk about it but it's there you know what i'm saying is there some people do use it so this dude donated a hundred bucks and then so i i gotta i look i see a donation for a hundred i'm like oh like okay i'm looking for the dudes like so i can thank him and then the next very next day now this happened at night so the very next morning i'm getting a uh uh email from paypal talking about oh somebody somebody following the claim against you like they want their money back they want their money back so i'm like yo i'm like why would you donate to somebody and they want their money back so then i i end up you know going through the motions with paypal come to find out he wants his money back because oh he was promised an iphone 13 pro and after he made the payment now the the account is is he can't get in contact with the dude no more forgive him his address and all that he want the money back what you thinking is me so i'm like oh there's some you know so i i refunded him the money also i sent him an email like bro like that wasn't even me so like you know you starting to claim against me up my paypal and all that whatever the bottom line is this all right now i'll tell y'all one more quick story one more quick story the second time i got scammed now this is recently this is about four years ago alright so four years ago on a sunday y'all remember i used to do amazon warrior every sunday night all right so sunday i usually start prepping for my stream at like around eight eight o'clock you know what i'm saying gonna take me a while to go to wirecast set everything up clean up my little area get my drinks ready you know i'm saying like i gotta get i gotta pump myself up for a stream because i know i'll be streaming all night so i'm setting up for the stream i'm using a brand new computer and you haven't seen you click on you click on the link i'm i'm just you know browsing the internet real quick i click on the link i got the pop-up message saying that my firewall is damaged i get a little beeping sound b my computer's beeping making mad noise you gotta call this number now we all know that this scam that's out now everybody knows that scam but i didn't know that at that time i didn't know that so i got the pop-up message i called the number they're like yo we got a remote connect to your computer it's probably going to cost 150 bucks you know we have your computer running again in a couple of minutes so i'm like all right well me just being me i couldn't just give up 150 bucks to fix a computer like i'm old school like old school dudes when all electronics break i don't care if you got a playstation a microwave a vcr dvd player whatever you had remember when it when something happened with it what do you do you know just soon as soon as your tv or something stop working oh quickly go take it to get repaired no you unplug it all right we call that letting cool off so i was like you know what i'm not gonna pay 150 let me let this computer cool off first so i just happen i'm like so i'm on the phone with the dude like i don't don't worry about it i'm good i'm good so i unplugged the computer i'm like i'm gonna just let this cool off i didn't stream that night right that was one of those nights i cancelled the stream i'm like i'm gonna just let this because the computer was kind of new i was like i'm gonna let it cool off and then tomorrow if it works hey i'm good because a lot of times you let cool off it'll just start working the next day by itself i was like yeah i'll let it cool off if it don't work then i gotta then i gotta call the number back and get it fixed and all that so the next day i plug it back in and of course it's working because those little pop-up scams all you got to do is restart your computer i didn't know that i didn't know that so it was about four years ago so then after that day maybe like two or three months go by now i'm just going through the youtube rabbit hole i'm um you haven't been through on the youtube rabbit hole you know what i'm talking about one minute you're watching tech videos next minute you're watching two goats fighting the next one you're watching you're watching three's company you know saying like who knows like you just get recommendations you keep following that hole i i stumbled upon kit bogan y'all know kit bogar who do the uh scam baiting i stumbled upon a kit burger video i started watching it i'm like oh i didn't even know scam baiting is a whole separate genre subculture on youtube i didn't know that so i started watching him i started watching jim brown in then i bumped into my homeboy scam of revolts so as i'm watching this i'm saying to myself wow that was a scam i almost got got i almost let them remote connect to my computer which they could have cleared out my bank account i'll run that whole scam you know what i'm saying i almost could have gave him 150 bucks or got gift cards who knows like who knows what could have happened you know what i'm saying so i said all that to say this now look i'm in the tech i'm in the tech field this is my field and i'm able to get scammed so people that's really not that tech savvy they're definitely able to get scammed okay so don't ever say oh people are too stupid they need to be scammed no all right no what we need to do now is start spreading awareness okay now i don't i don't know who your favorite youtube channel is but if you in the comments and you seeing these scams go down don't just gloss over it you got to let people know that this is a scam you got to put the word out there because look i don't if it's a channel that you rock with you're part of that community so it's your job as a member of the community to help look out for the other members all right that's what i'm that's that's why i'm making this video because i'm trying to look out for y'all and i want y'all to do the same because i can't always be in the comments but if y'all see a fake comment let that person know that yo that's a scam bill that's a scam yo now i'm i'm almost 100 sure that you're going to see that comment even on this video right here because most of these scammers 90 of these scammers are pretty stupid and they're all greedy they're all greedy the average scammer is stupid and greedy okay that's it and look now if you're if you're a scammer i'm talking to you you stupid and greedy and that's how most of y'all get busted the scams never last forever because people are just greedy all right so i'm basically just making this video because i want y'all to be aware of what's going on whenever i do a giveaway all right now let me let me say not me and that goes for mkbhd i justine all these other channels because people are making fake accounts using their names and then come into my comment section and then you'll be like oh i didn't know i just didn't watch flossie carter videos but she's right here in the comments and she's saying i want a prize who knows maybe they're friends maybe they're friends that's what people think and you also have to remember it's easy for people to get scammed it's easy for you to get scammed by somebody that you like you know look i i like a lot of channels like i like i rock with a lot of a lot of smaller channels on youtube you know i'm saying uh yeah whatever but if it's somebody that whose channel that i like and they reply to my comment i don't care how big you think i am or whatever when you get a reply from your favorite youtuber you kind of feel good there's nothing wrong with that you feel good like oh like i i really rock with this channel and this channel is rocking with me too like you get a good feeling so a lot of people when they see a lot of people that like my channel then they see these scam comments they say oh like floss is is really that that cool guy like that like he seemed cool but he's really that cool he just giving me a phone and all i gotta do is pay 150 dollars cool i'm telling you man i can't i can name at least 30 30 people that have hit me up now only three of them i actually gave them money out of my own pocket because i felt bad after the whole story that they told me like you know a lot of people out here struggling you out here struggling you know this one this one chick was like yo she out here basically broke you know she got a bunch of kids she out here broke she got an iphone 3 from back in the day iphone 4 whatever some old ass iphone that barely even worked and now she got a chance to win you know she just won a new iphone all she got to do is spend a hundred dollars for shipping and handling she just grounded up a hundred dollars and just spent it just like that that was just she was like yo floss you just made my whole my you just made my whole winter and then um later dm me on instagram like yo what's up with my you know what's up with the iphone and i said sadly i had to say yo that was a scam yeah but i felt so bad you know i'm saying that she didn't ask me for money she would just oh she sent me this screenshot because i always say send me the screenshots so i see how these scammers are working so i said send me the screenshot she sent it to me i felt bad for her so i gave her back her money i did that a couple of times but i can't be i'm i i'm not in that position where i could just be the the you know the scam anti-hero you know like i'm not i'm not a scam vigilante scam baiting ain't really my thing all i could do is try to spread awareness and that's the point of this video okay that's the point of this video spread awareness remember all right if you don't see a check mark next to the person's name it's not them okay if the person is not doing the giveaway then chances are it's fake you know people don't just randomly do giveaways without announcing them the whole point that people on youtube do giveaways is because they want you to know they're doing a giveaway so you get more subscribers more views you know whatever don't nobody just like oh let me just wake up and do a secret giveaway on the low it doesn't make sense okay it doesn't make sense so please ladies and gentlemen please stop falling for the youtube scam and everybody else don't fall for it and people who know about it spread awareness spread awareness now there's a couple of things else i wanted to talk about i'm gonna turn this into a little vlog the second topic real quick is galaxy s22 ultra five gangsta alpha mega supreme aka red galactus everybody been asking me what's up with this video samsung sent me an email i was supposed to get it today now that got pushed back it's saying i'm supposed to get it on the 18th i'm going on vacation on the 24th if i don't have the red galaxy s22 ultra five games alphabet supreme like this if i don't have that by the 20th then i'm just gonna do my full review on this but i don't want to do it on this one because like i said i didn't pay for this one so i don't have the same i'm not gonna have the same energy that i have for something like this one one that i spent money for i had a lot of energy in that video because if i'm saying i don't like something that means i really don't like it because i'm in the same boat as you you we all consumers we spend our money you're not going to like it i'm not going to like it i want y'all to feel my i want y'all to feel my videos man that's why i say real review i'm a real consumer i don't want i'm not i'm not just saying a real review like oh everybody else is fake i'm saying it because i'm a real consumer and when i say oh yeah i'm mad because the battery is trash i'm mad because they took away removable storage and all that yo we i'm mad the same way you're gonna be bad because all of us spent the same money so i'm doing that video like i said if it doesn't come by the 20th then i'm going the 19th i give me give me one day to really play with it and i'll do that next uh next the original reason i came down here for this video was for the really gt2 pro 600 bucks this might be the most one more topic i want to talk about real quick i know i keep saying real quick one more thing i want to talk about because a lot of people aren't asking me about this topic i haven't done a vlog in a minute so y'all really haven't been getting my my um thoughts about things that's been going on in the world and going on in the world of youtube somebody asked me um can i make a little video um during my next stream let me talk about the dislike button now how do i feel about youtube removing the dislike button we're really still there but only the only the person making the video can see it how do i feel about that and i'm gonna give y'all my honest answer i think that was a smart move from youtube now look let me i want to show you something now not not not not for my perspective because i'll show you something i'm gonna pull up my video real quick i wanna show y'all something one time and one time only but let me go to um let me go to matter of fact i don't even need to show y'all that because i can take my word for it the reason i i think that is a smart move that they got rid of the dislike button is not for me not for big channels because big channels don't really care about that you know first of all even even when i was a small channel i never cared about that that's why you never heard me say please like the video please share the video i don't care about likes and all that i never cared about that but all if you go to my analytics all of my videos have 97 98 like to dislike ratio it's always been like that for the last 10 years it's always like that and every video is always going to have dislikes who cares nobody really cares but the reason i'm glad they got rid of that is for smaller channels now if you know somebody that has a small channel if you have a small channel you understand how that hurts somebody's ego and hurts their motivation when they post a video and they get dislikes before the people even watch the video people disliking just because they jealous of whatever that video is or maybe they just don't like you as a person i know because my daughter has a small channel and amaya likes making youtube videos like she's not trying to be a professional youtuber you know but she just likes making videos you know like there's something that we have in common so she makes her little videos and right now so her thing is cheerleading video so she'll make a little cheer videos and she'll she puts a lot of time you see she does a hundred percent more edited than me yeah she she puts a lot of time and effort to the video and then when you post it you maybe you get 300 views or whatever but out of those 300 views now you got 10 dislikes you know it doesn't seem like a lot but to smaller channels those little dislikes they hurt that person's motivation that that makes people well maybe people don't really like my that just kind of hurts your ego i know now for me i don't give a i got big skin but for smaller channels that kind of deters people from wanting to make videos because nobody i don't care who you are nobody wants to click on your their video and see dislikes when they took they they put their heart and soul soul into that video they maybe they took a whole three four days they went on a vacation you know i know because i'll be on vacation with amaya she's you know hold up dad before we eat let me take a picture of this hold up let me get let me get some shots here like you know she want to make her video as fun and as good as she can for the viewers but so when somebody takes all that time and then up all night editing dab what should i do should i do this you know going back and forth and then put the video up and people disliking it just because you know like that that hurts people's confidence that hurts people's motivation and then you know especially with smaller channels that makes them not want to make videos so i think that was smart from youtube now i will say this i will say this i'm in favor of having a dislike button because some people need to be disliked like if somebody's um clickbaiting if the title of the video is yo um little dirt gets slapped in the mouth at the airport and you click on it and there's a video of my cat sitting on the table that video needs to be disliked because that's clickbait and that's that's basically lying that's basically lying so my thing if i was working at youtube my proposal would be either two things number one if you dislike a video a box should pop up and you have to type in why you dislike the video all right this you have to you have to type in why you dislike that video now i could you could just type in okay i don't like this person i don't like their voice they're going uh are they stuttering too much in the videos they lying about a product maybe they don't know what the they talking about whatever but you should have you should have to write something in there so when that person sees that dislikes maybe it's something that they could correct you know what i'm saying like if somebody disliked my video right now they could say you know what i don't like this video because i got my kids right there you keep cursing and all that i don't like that and i would say oh okay you know maybe i do need to tone it down a little now y'all know i ain't gonna give a i'm i ain't gonna get but maybe some maybe some people will care maybe somebody said well you know i don't like this video because you know you forgot to talk about this you forgot to talk about that or the main reason i came on this video is because i wanted to know about the battery you never talked about the battery okay that's a valid reason to dislike the video cool i'm with that so they should do something like that or my second idea would be and this one i kind of take i kind of have a personal uh personal uh experience with this if you click on a video that's 20 minutes long you're not allowed to dislike it until you watch at least 50 of that video or at least 30 percent of the video it shouldn't be like you can just click on the video at 8 o'clock i upload a video eight o'clock you shouldn't be able to click on it at 801 and dislike it you didn't even see the product come out of the box yet you don't say you you shouldn't be like that it should be like all right well if you want to dislike this video you got to watch 50 percent of the video then you got to get then you can dislike cool that means at least you know that that person disliked it but they watched they at least they have a they at least have some kind of uh leg to stand on on why they disliked it that's just my theory all right um i think that you know because when they had the dislikes on that a lot of times i would be i i would feel as somebody who has a you know a kid i know i love the kids floss a lot of kids and somebody with a kid i would you know i support all of amaya's little friends they all know youtube they all vlogging i hate when i go on a little kid video and it's even like the little kids that's into tech and a little kid be reviewing a little battery charger or something and the video got dislikes on it and all the little kids did was show the product say how much it costs show you how it works there's really no reason to dislike that if a dude making a video about a phone case there's a couple of things that has to be covered in that video where did he get it from how much does it cost how does it look on the phone what are the materials the case is made of does the buttons work does the wireless charge work there's a couple of things that there's only certain a certain amount of things that you could talk about with a phone case if that person talks about all those things what is there to dislike how could you dislike that me personally and all of these years on youtube i've never disliked the video i've never disliked the video and my personal reason for not disliking videos is because i'm a big believer in karma and energy i don't put negative energy into the air because what you put out is what you get back so if you're one of these you know corn balls sitting on youtube all day just clicking on somebody you got the notification turned on as soon as that video pop up you're the first one to hit dislike and then you still watch the whole you just all day disliking video disliking videos that's why don't work out for you that's why when you try to get a loan you get declined that's why when you see that girl you send her a message she'll leave you on red right there that's why that's why you don't get picked that's why nothing good happens to you because all you're doing is putting out negative energy and that's what you're getting back the universe is paying you back my thing is if i don't like a video even if it's the dumbest in the world if i don't like a video simple keep it moving keep it moving if i'm on instagram and i see a post or somebody wearing a silly shirt i don't be like yo why did you buy that shirt which a lot of people really do people come on my videos oh you shouldn't have you why are you wearing that you should have worn this like no if i don't like something i keep it moving so my advice i this is some uncle floss advice if you don't like something just keep it moving all right stop putting negative energy into the air because you're going to get that negative energy back on you when it's your turn everything sooner or now you start later own business you're going to start getting negative reviews on your business people are going to come in your business rob your steal from your because that's the universe going to have to pay you back all right spread love receive love spread hate same thing get it
